Planen Sie einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Monte Verde, unserer kürzlich fertiggestellten, 1400 m² großen Villa in der prestigeträchtigen Gegend von St. Orient Bay. Martin. Unsere Villa bietet einen luxuriösen Ansatz für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wenn Sie ein anspruchsvoller Reisender mit hohen Erwartungen sind, ist unsere Villa die richtige Wahl. Sitzhocker für vier Personen. Sie können damit rechnen, alle Kochutensilien zu haben, die Sie normalerweise zu Hause haben würden. In der Villa kann auch Ihr persönlicher Koch Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Eine Innendusche und eine private Außendusche ermöglichen es Ihnen, die warme Inselluft beim Duschen zu erleben. Dies ist eine Erfahrung, die jeder mindestens einmal machen sollte.

Amazing Villa!

We had an amazing time while we stayed at Mone Verde St. Maarten... From our Conceierge Pauline to our Personal Chef Romain.. The Villa had spectacular views, the layout of this Villa was so great, very spacious...each room had its own outside shower, which is a must! when on vacation, espically when your coming from the beach..the decor was beautiful and the expresso machine was excellent! Having enjoyed a great cup of coffee of my choice in the morning and the views.. Was Spectacular! We are defiently booking another trip for next year with the family.

Fantastic Stay

From start to finish the stay at this villa in Orient Bay was fantastic. Communication with both Jennifer and Florent was quick, friendly and professional. The home has all you will need and more for a visit to the island. It is in a perfect location with million dollar views. Plenty of space to stretch out and feel right at home. Can't ask for more, highly recommend and would stay again in a heart beat. Thanks Jennifer and Florent for a great visit.

Vue fantastique

L extérieur de la villa est fantastique, les chambres aussi. Petit bémol pour la décoration de la cuisine et du salon qui est peu moderne et peu d équipements dans une cuisine en état moyen. Nous avons quand même un fabuleux séjour dans cette spacieuse villa.

“Beautiful Villa”

The house is exactly how it’s advertised, “Beautiful!”. Location was quite, clean and located in a very safe gated community. Security gate to enter the community and another security gate leading into a driveway up to each individual villa. Each of the Villas are very private. You will need a car to go back and forth. My family and I enjoyed the tranquil surroundings especially the large infinity pool. Hopefully we will be able to return in the near future to enjoy this wonderful villa. Rating it from a 1 to 10, we would give it a 20. “Greg” was very informative about any questions you put forth about the house and area.

Beautiful property

This place is nothing short of amazing. It’s beautiful, spacious and well attended. Having the entire villa is what I’d suggest although closing and checking the locks on all the doors takes a while if you’re a concerned parent like me. The place is large. I used their suggested chef and his familiarity with the property definitely helped. I’d suggest this place to anyone. I’d absolutely book again. Oh, Greg the property manager is amazing. Very responsive and eager to help.

What's not to love...

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside and out. You can be confident with the photos supplied by the owners to be very representative of the villa. Our family appreciated a great outdoor living space, wonderfully furnished to be able to lounge by the pool, enjoy meals and just relax. Many options to enjoy sun or shade at any time of day. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The outdoor showers were a treat. We decided that we could shower indoors back in Canada so we used them all the time. What a nice experience…especially in St.Maarten. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the property manager, Raoul, who was always available and pleasant to deal with. We had a catering company, Fabulous Feasts in one evening and David prepared a wonderful dinner all with impeccable service. We should have done that again but ran out of time. The kitchen was stocked and provided the opportunity to eat in and enjoy the villa. Loved the coffee/expresso machine, which was filled with coffe beans for the entire week. You will love the view from this beautiful home. If you enjoy a sunrise you will be in heaven. Peaceful and beautiful way to wake up in the morning. Just stunning. And the views of Pinnel Island all the way to St.Barts will never be tiring. We'd love to return one day and hope that future guests and the owners maintain its beauty and standards for years to come.

Best villa I have ever stayed in. The view is amazing 180 degrees

We stayed for a week in St. Martin at Villa Monte Verde. It is in a gated community by orient beach. This place is amazing!! I have stayed in Villas in St. Thomas and Aruba they did not compare to Monte Verde. The place has (4) Master Bedrooms/Bathrooms and 4 outdoor showers. Each Bedroom had an ocean view. The amenities were 5 star!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The 180 degree view and the infinity pool were amazing. I can not even give a recommendation on how it could be better the place is perfect. The Property manager was very attentive to all our needs and questions, housekeeping was wonderful. I guess you can tell that I really liked the place. I wish I was not back home in the cold weather of Minnesota. Oh well there is always next year. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place. It was so great I am going to recommend it on all the travel sites. Thanks again for a great villa and vacation.

Beyond Expectation!

We have rented many villas in many places around the world and Villa Monte Verde is perhaps tied as one of the best we have experienced! The descriptions were spot on and the additional information provided in advance was accurate. The villa, which is a little over a year old, is furnished Euro Style, with all the amenities that anyone would need for a great week in SXM. (I loved the coffee/cappuccino/espresso station) Having been in the business, I was impressed with the quality of construction and the materials used to build and furnish. We were two, so obviously we enjoyed the space, but for those traveling with family or a group of friends, you could all enjoy the home with a sense of privacy due to the layout. The zero edge pool and landscaping made it hard for us to leave during the day and we really didn't. We like deserted beaches anyhow! The villa sits in a new development, with as many as 37 homes to come, but only 3 built and one under way above. That being said, the engineering on the slope side lot affords ample privacy, as the "back yard" is basically where you spend your time around the zero edge pool, and with unobstructed views out to the Atlantic, St. Barts and a glimpse of Anguilla. The subdivision has a gated entry, as well as an individual electric entrance, each controlled by key fobs. The home also has electric shutters that come down with a touch of a button and a security system that lets you sleep in comfort. For us the location was super. 20 minutes from the airport and Grand Marche Stores (much preferred over the Simply near the villa for price and variety). We are not night life types, but it was as near as you would like. The villa was perfectly located to enjoy the restaurants of Grand Case which was a highlight. Having thought of St. Barts as the culinary capital of the Caribbean, I stand corrected. Wtih two exceptions, one being a dinner pool side, we enjoyed 5 wonderful dinners on Grand Case's "restaurant row", with gourmet cuisine, great service, and warm hospitality. Tuesday "Madi Gras" night is a must. Back to the villa...we had but one minor issue when rain tripped a breaker one evening, leaving some perimeter lighting out. One call to Raoul (owner/developer/manager), and he was at the villa within 10 minutes. His hands on approach also added to our confidence and pleasure with the villa. We don't usually return to a villa in consecutive years, but we are already planning for next January!

Great property, well be back next year!

This is a phenomenal villa. The location is great, in a secure gated community, with all possible ammenities. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and furnished and are all of equal size with excellent bathrooms and outdoor showers! If you chose to cook for yourself, you won't be dissapointed, since all appliances are modern and new. Overall this villa ranks among the best we've stayed at in St. Martin over the last dozen years or so. If you need a 4 bedroom villa on Orient Bay, this one should be on top of your list!

Villa Monte Verde is a gorgeous place!

One of our favorite places to stay! We had a house full and plenty of room. This villa is large and spacious and decorated to the T. The owners have VERY nice taste and style. Everything about this villa is done right. We spent our days around the large pool and sunbathing on the great patio. We cooked alomost every mean in. The kitchen is out of this world!!!! SHopping was easy as the grocery was about 4 min around the corner. We loved our stay and will for sure stay again next time. No more stressful trip planning as we know what we are getting here! Outstanding Villa!!!!!!

Our group had a fabulous time at this luxury five star villa. Everything about this villa was just outstanding. I cannot describe in words what this villa has to offer and the design and hard work that was put into it to make it such an amazing place to stay. The owners and manager were both so very kind and went out of their way to help us plan our trip. We love to cook and make our own gourmet meals and the kitchen offered plenty of space for five us to be preparing food at the same time. It had everything a chef would want. The bedrooms were all masters with nice King beds high end linens and towels. If you are looking for luxury this is the villa. The pool area and out door lounging was beautiful as you can see in the photos. Truly is better than what the photos show. We have booked are second stay and are looking forward to it!

just amazing!

One word describes this Villa “Amazing”. Our group rented both Villa Monte Verde and Villa Belle Vue and could not have been more impressed with the accommodations. Upon arrival you will be utterly stunned by the beauty of the Villa’s. They both had a gorgeous open layout with a huge living room and dining room for our entire group of 16 to gather. The kitchen is amazing with high tech appliances (our favorite being the impressive coffee maker) and a modern sleek look. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and each had their own private bathroom and outdoor shower. The owners and property manager were wonderful to work with. We were even provided cribs as we were traveling with several children and babies. The property manager Raul was there to greet us and show us the functions of the house and was always available when we needed him. The part of the house we used the most was the pool which had the most breathtaking view. With 6 kids it was convenient to be able to let them swim while we lounged and dined outside. We enjoyed the house so much there were days we chose not to go out and just stay and relax. It was like being at home, but even better. My husband says he wants to come back to St. Martin just to stay at this amazing villa and I agree. I promise you won’t be disappointed in your stay at these beautiful villas.

50th Birthday Trip

I was trying to plan a trip for my 50th birthday and wanted some place special, where I could spend a relaxing week with my girlfriend and 4 grown children. We found it here! This place is as amazing as it looks. Extremely private, with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. We rarely went out, cooking in the kitchen and on the grill. We never wanted to leave the pool. The landlord and property manager were both great Only a two minute drive to Orient Beach. If you want to get away to a private, relaxing, luxury villa, this is it! We can't wait to go back.

Awesome Villa

We just returned from our trip to St Maarten and had a fantastic time, due largely in part to our stay at Villa Monte Verde. The pictures on the website don't even do this place justice. The house is new and has absolutely everything you can ask for in a vacation rental: great pool, plenty of outdoor space, spacious living room and kitchen, large bedrooms, enormous private bathrooms (indoor and outdoor), security (main gate leading into the community and house gate), and is conveniently located relative to the beach and restaurants. We're looking forward to a return visit already.

The best trip we have ever had in St. Martin

After our group returned home from St. Martin we all got together and agreed this trip was our best trip ever. We have gone twice a year with the same group for the past 7 years and this trip was our most memorable due to the fact we stayed at one of the nicest properties ever. The location of this villa is great! Close to Grand Case, which has wonderful restaurants and shopping in Merigot. Nice grocery right around the corner with a huge variety and good prices. Orient beach just a hop and a skip away! Had a fancy dinner prepared at our villa by a wonderful chef. Everything was very easy. The pool area was unbelievable! Very large and lots of lounging furniture. We are looking forward to our next stay in fall. The owners are super nice and great to work with! Thanks so much for opening your home to us!

The best trip and stay we have ever experienced!

I am not sure if I can put in to words our stay at this palace! Loved that it was brand new and clean. The furnishings were top dollar along with all the decor, linens, appliances, etc. My family was very impressed. The landscaping was gorgeous! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed sitting around on the very comfortable out door furniture sipping on our cocktails. There is a great covered patio to dine at as well. Nice large table, everything was perfect. I cannot recall renting a villa with such character and beauty. I am happy to report that this villa was the most beautiful villa we have ever seen! Our family had a week stay here and the only problem we had was leaving. The day we arrived all our stress and worries were gone. This home brought so much joy and relaxation to us. The second we arrived we were in heaven. The view of the ocean was all around us. This home is really comfortable and had everything you could possibly need and then some! We cannot wait to stay again. We were very close to Orient Beach and 3 minutes from Grand Case. What more could you ask for?!!! Just LOVE this property! The owners are absolutely wonderful! Book a week or two today! You will be SO happy you did!

Amazing property! You have got to book this villa!

My sister and I decided to get our families together for a little getaway. We have never been to St. Martin and we really did not know what to expect. We have also never rented a home as hotels or resorts we thought was just the way to go. Our neighbors informed us about renting a villa on an island. Little did we know what we have been missing out one! WOW!!!!!! We picked the most beautiful place on earth. Both the island and this gorgeous villa made our trip the most memorible trip EVER! Shall I say that we will never stay at a resort again and good bye Mexico! St. Martin is the place to go and Villa Monte Verde is unbelievable!!!! I called the owner and right away I had a very good feeling. She was so friendly and helpful. I cannot even describe the beauty of this home. You truly have to see it in person as the photos are good but, when our group arrived and saw this property in person we could not believe that we were stayng there for a week! The location was prime and how close we were to fantastic food and shopping. We reallly did not want to leave the villa much as we had everything we needed there. I suggest if you are looking at this place to rent, go for it! You will be so glad you did. Brand new and great rates!

BEAUTIFUL!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owner was very accommodating, easy and pleasant. She had wonderful recommendations for our stay. One night we had a personal chef come in and prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen and dining set up was superb for this. The villa is very open and spacious and has a beautiful flow with decor and comfortably furnished. The outdoor lounging and dining area was incredbile as there was plenty of furniture to go around. We were about 3 mintues from the beach and 5 minutes from many great restaurants. We really were impressed with the layout of this villa. Each suite was very private and had its own bathroom. The suites and bathrooms were huge! Loved the outdoor shower system! We were wish we would have booked 2 weeks.

This is our place to return to each year!

We have finally found the villa we will be returning to every year! Our family could not be happier. We have visited St. Martin many times and have been pretty satisfied with each place we pick. HOwever, we never felt it was that great that we would stay again until we found villa monte verde! This villa was just built by the owners and I must say what lovely people I worked with over email and phone before our trip and when I arrived at their villa the villa matched them as it was just lovely it self! Words can not describe how gorgeous this property is. The pictures are amazing but, in person it takes your breath away. OUr family loved the pool and the outdoor entertaining area. We grilled out each night and ate under the stars. Each suite was 100% private and own bath. It is about 5 minutes to Orient Beach and very close to lots of magnificant resturants. It is a home you wished you owned. We have become friends with the owners and already booked our stay for this fall!
