Sie können essen und zusammen sein in der offenen Küche / Ess- / Wohnbereich, der Sitzgelegenheiten für 20 hat. Oder schauen Sie sich gemeinsam einen Film im großen Heimkino-Raum im ersten Stock an. Sie können im Spielzimmer im ersten Stock mit großem Pool und Tischfußball zusammen spielen. Oder schwimmen und essen Sie gemeinsam am 15 x 28 cm großen Pool mit Whirlpool und Außengrill. Zum Schlafen gibt es zwei wunderschöne Master-Suiten am Meer, jede mit Whirlpool und Zugang zur Terrasse im zweiten Stock. Anderes Schlafen schließt ein, 2 Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss; eine Königin und ein Kinderzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Die mittlere Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem behindertengerechten Vollbad sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und zwei Ausziehbetten sowie ein Vollbad. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Aufzug (von der ersten bis zur zweiten Etage), eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Highspeed-Internet, 7 Kabel-TVs, 3 DVD-Player, eine Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und eine iPod-Dockingstation. freie Ferngespräche. Paradise

Me and my family stayed here for a week, it was awesome. Beds super comfy. Two dedicated ice makers, we never ran out of ice. We have 7 adults and 2 kids. The property is very well maintained. Whenever we had any issues the owner and her property manager were very quick to respond and fix our issues. Love this house. Owner also has very nice furniture in her home. Love it. Definitely stay here if you can.

Great easter week by beach

amazing home right on the water, could see our kids on beach or pool from the house. had lots of extras and everything we needed to cook for 12 and enjoy the beach on Spring Break. Extra beach towels and toys, rokus on all tvs, ice makers and beautiful theatre room. Close to publix, Abc and very close to bridge.

Property needs updating. There were doors being replaced but the work had not been completed. We had to pick up all the construction debris on the decks and throughout the back yard including nails and screws. Property was not clean.

House has a great layout and great location!

We loved this house! The layout of the home was perfect for our group and our golden retriever. We loved the location! The house could have been cleaner and the pool turned green after a day of rain but we had a great trip. The host is so friendly, quick to reply, and very accommodating.

FABULOUS!!!

We had an amazing week. We have stayed at this home several times. It is perfect for our family. Betsy and Drew are both very accommodating to our needs. They made sure that there was a wheelchair ramp upon arrival for my sister to be able to access the deck. The location is perfect, everything is a short drive or walk away. The pool area is beautiful. Highly recommend this home!!

Amazing house ; great location

We had the best time imaginable. Our family has been doing a beach trip for the last 17 years. This was by far our favorite. The house is great. Th teenagers enjoyed the theater room and pool. The owners and their handyman were prompt in communications. Best beach trip ever!!!!

This is a lovely home with every convenience one could ask for. The location, ease of getting to the wide expanse of beach, completely stocked kitchen, theatre room, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen were only a few of the amenities. A wonderful week for our family.

Perfect Week

Our family goes to the beach every year and this had to be the best. Weather was perfect and a beautiful beach. Everybody enjoyed the pool and theater room. Great washer/dryer. 2 icemakers came in real handy too. We had an elevator issue but Drew was out in about 10 minutes to get us through. Overall 10 out of 10. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Wonderful Time

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. Everyone, our kids and grandchildren, truly enjoyed our vacation here. The house has everything you need. We had one rainy day and the grandchildren loved watching movies in the theater room. Elizabeth and Drew immediately answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year!

This house has everything!

It's rare when you don't have to leave the property you rented. We had everything we needed. A billiards table, a table to work on a puzzle, a pool for the warmer days, the hot tub used every day and the beach steps away. The bonus was having a theater room for the whole family. The movie JAWS seemed appropriate (haha). We would absolutely rent again!

Just Perfect!

Betsy we could not have asked for a better house for our family reunion at Christmas. I think we enjoyed every amenity…except for the pool! It was the perfect setting for a special time together. A few things need attention: - light over breakfast room table is temperamental and sometimes does not respond to the all switch - the dishwasher deptergent capsule does not stay closed resulting in poor cleaning sometimes - bottom step from dune deck to beach needs replacing - blinds on left of sliding door in master bedroom cannot be turned, Theses are minor issues. September Family Reunion at Emerald Isle

The oceanside location is wonderful. The beach is clean, quiet and low density. The pool is a wonderful alternative for entertaining children. Four King bedrooms and more kid bedrooms provided privacy for 4 families (8 adults, five young children). The house was clean upon arrival and well stocked with staples. Check-in was smooth and communications with both property manager and owner were quick and easy. We experienced Ophelia's rath during our visit but stayed safe inside. Our dogs were welcomed and they had places to run in an enclosed space outside. The elevator is a life saver bringing in and out supplies. This is a great property for large families to play together in a wonderful community.

Wonderful vacation home for large families

We had up to 13 people at any one point (some were coming, some going) and it still accommodated us all very well. The view of the ocean is amazing and all the decks make it easy to enjoy. The pool is also very nice, and was a good respite from the salt and waves. Very relaxing and very well maintained!

Top notch home with great amenities

This house is now one of our favorite summer places. The house was great, the location was great and the amenities were over the top. Pool, which we heated was really nice, hot tub was nice, floats and toys made it extra special. House was incredibly stocked with spices, kitchen utensils, power strips, towels, boogie boards, etc., etc. - Amazing really. Owners were responsive to my questions. We will be back if we can get in :)

My husband and I have been coming down to Emerald Isle together for many years and find it the perfect location to enjoy family reunions which we do annually. The local people are incredibly friendly and welcoming and nothing is more restorative than spending a relaxing week on the beach with a good book surrounded by family and friends.

The location of the house on the island is outstanding. Its an easy walk to the island's water park and mini-golf off Islander Drive (check it on Google Maps satellite view). Multiple Restaurants and the movies are also walk-able. Kayak and local pub are just a stroll away and if you have your own kayak you can launch it into Bogue Sound from Emerald Isle Woods- a little public park about a mile and ½ from the house. The address is 9404 Coast Guard Road and there is no charge. The park also offers hiking trails and there is parking available.
