You have to stay here!

A quality accommodation that is close to Disney. Gated community with wonderful amenities. Everything in this place is top notch and is very spacious. Loved the splash pool and three bathrooms. Will definitely be returning to this “home away from home!” Thanks for making our trip a great experience!!

Disney Vacation

My husband had a conference so we took a couple of grandkids a sister in law to enjoy Disney World while he was working. This property was great for our stay. The three bedrooms each with their own bathroom worked so well! After a day at the park the kids loved coming back and playing in the pool while we sat at table playing cards and enjoying a glass of wine. We stayed in March and paid to have pool heated. Was well worth the cost. We used Lyft to get to the parks and was easy drive over each day I am deducting a star because of the lack of ammenities. We were staying 5 days. I was surprised to see no coffee even for the first morning, no filters only one extra trash bag, only 2 dishwasher tablets. As we got in late it was not fun to have to run to the store to get coffee and filters for the next morning! Other than these inconveniences we did enjoy the stay.

Firstly we are so happy you had a great time and the home worked out perfectly for you and the grand kids. Our accommodations are self-catering, however we do provide starter of toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, bin lines, soaps etc., unfortunately for legal reasons we don't provide perishables or leave items from pass guests, as we don't want them falling in the hands of little ones. We do look forward to seeing you again soon, please let us know as we do offer a grocery service and of course a returning guest discount. The VillaDirect Team.

Nice

The property was nice but a bit dated. TVs were smaller and not smart and had basic cable so no real entertainment when at home other than pool. Management company didn’t take out the trash on any of the dates listed so I the trash container was full. Master bathroom was a bit dirty. It was nice if you just want somewhere to sleep, eat, and dine for vacation.

This townhouse offers guests a comfortable place to stay while they are coming to the parks, attractions and shops here in Kissimmee and Orlando. We take "on board" your comments that it's a bit dated and have passed those comments on to the property owner. The trash collection is dealt with by the resort, so we have called them (again) to make sure that they collect the trash from the trash receptacle on the scheduled days. We will speak with housekeeping about the bathroom, for which we apologize. We hope that you'll come back to visit again soon! I really liked the area the gated community is great and it wasn’t far from anything. The house it self was not the best everything was dusty the bathrooms were not cleaned well and the TVs and furniture are outdated. The house is in a beautiful place but could use a deep cleaning and disinfecting it was not the best experience.

Very nice place

My family enjoyed this place. Home away from home. Just some feedback to update the TVs! they are too dated. Also update the living room furniture and fix some of the swimming pool area bricks that are coming off. All in all we had a great time.!!

Good Location

Comfortable beds. Good location. Nice resort. Kitchen had water pouring out of light fixture. Toilet upstairs was not working well. Other than that great condo.

Great value for money

Great town home that was close to the clubhouse and all of its amenities. Lots to do during our stay, including the private plunge pool. Great to sit in the evening with a glass of wine while the kids were asleep. Everything in the place was just as shown on the pictures and clean. I'd recommend this to any family of 4 as a great base for a Disney visit. The nightly price was just amazing. We shopped around and the rates offered on this town home were just incredible, especially the off-season rate. All in, this was a great place to relax and recharge - the perfect vacay.
