The place to be

The property is amazing and is as advertised. Steps from some of the best snorkeling beaches in the Caribbean. Why book a snorkeling catamaran when you can walk 100 steps from the house to the beaches where all the catamarans come to. Best location on the island. We will be back.

Fabulous stay

The house, location, accommodations and host exceeded all expectations. This was our ninth visit to beautiful Aruba but our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel. It was very convenient to have so much room for our family. It was only a short few minutes walk to a nice sandy beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and fun place to stay

The property is very clean, spacious and in a great location. The house is a one minute walk from Boca Catalina and other great snorkeling locations. It’s also a short drive to the Palm Beach area; which is nice for shopping and eating out. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating. We needed more towels and spare blankets; he was quick to have them delivered. Would stay here again!

Perfect

Beautiful Property. Right next to one of Aruba's most beautiful beaches and one of the Island's best areas to snorkel. The accommodations were better than we could have hoped for. Each bedroom and bath were their own private areas and the pool was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

Great spot for our Aruba teip

This is our fourth trip to Aruba. We’ve stayed in the resorts, a condo in Eagle Beach and this little gem. This is our favorite. The villa is stylish, clean and has a great footprint. We loved the location because it’s quiet and private yet not far at all from multiple beaches and activities. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Book it, you’ll be glad you did.

Aruba vacation

Great house with nice amenities. Short walk to a nice beach and short drive to multiple other great beaches and restaurants. Nice private pool to come home to after a long day at the beach. There is a nice deck area overlooking the pool and a rooftop deck as well. This house was very spacious for our family of 5, but would accommodate multiple couples if traveling with friends. If we are lucky enough to come back to Aruba, this house will be at the top of our list!

First time in Aruba

We like to vacation to the caribbean yearly and like to go to different places. This was our first time in Aruba and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as nice as the pictures and an excellent location. The only thing I would advise anyone looking to rent there is to know the beach that is steps away is quite small and rocky but a much nicer beach is only a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend this place and Ruben was excellent.

Beautiful vacation home

This property was very clean, had lovely amenities , and was the perfect sized space for our family of 6 adults. Quiet oasis in Aruba

The property was a great place to spend out time in Aruba. The private pool was perfect for morning and evening relaxation. The house was clean, well-stocked and equipped. Lovely spacious home

We had a wonderful vacation. The townhouse is beautiful and well appointed. Everyone was comfortable in this relaxed atmosphere. The home is so close to Boca Catalina beach so it was easy to walk back and forth multiple times of day. Arashi beach is just a short drive or easy walk up the road. There are many restaurants and activities close by for all ages. Our family ranged in age from 2 years old to 71 years and everyone found something to enjoy. I highly recommend this home for your next trip to Aruba.

Aruba Vacation

This is a BEAUTIFUL property. It is spacious and clean, airy and bright. My daughters and I had a wonderful time. The pool for me was my favorite. So refreshing!!! The beach also is just across the main street within blocks of the property. I have already referred 2 people to book this property for their vacation and will most certainly book again. Stay in Noord, Aruba

The property and host were both exceptional! The home was very modern and was just like the pictures. The living space was large and pool was perfect for after the beach. The location was a short walk to two nice beaches and an easy drive to several restaurants. Ruben was incredibly communicative and ensured we had a high-chair and crib for the baby. He also dropped off snorkeling equipment and hooked us up with a private chef for our final evening. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

The property was beautiful, very clean and lots of space. The pool was great to have as its very hot in Aruba. Also loved the outdoor BBQ it was used a lot great to have the big grocery store nearby and they deliver as well. The manager Ruben was fantastic to work with, he helped us with literally everything we asked. He was very responsive.

Great Spring Break Trip!

The photos were accurate - great property! Host was very responsive. We had groceries, flowers, and an arrival platter delivered. Check-in was extremely easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was very clean. No issues with anything during our stay. We spent quite a bit of time by and in the pool. A great beach is right across the street. We liked the rooftop. Nice bathroom connected to each bedroom. AC units is each bedroom. Great property. Great experience. Thank you, Ruben!

Perfect Location

Ruben's property has everything you could need, and it is in a great location. We only had four people but could have easily had 8 and been more than comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the townhouse also had every amenity possible for a great beach vacation. Ruben was very quick to respond to any questions we had about anything! Other than Baby Beach, Boca Catalina was our favorite place to snorkel on the island. We went with my sister and her husband, who had been to Aruba many times, and they said it was the nicest place they had stayed in Aruba. I would highly recommend.
