Renoviert Bergblick Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, neue Schränke, neue Geräte, Edelstahl Kühlschrank und neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bequem Platz für zwei in einem Doppelbett. Voll Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Berg. Es gibt einen Gästebereich im Hauptatrium für die Gäste unterhaltsam und Gasgrills auf einer gemeinsamen Terrasse zum Grillen. Zentral gelegen, ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit einfachem Zugang zu dem kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus zu den Pisten / Mountaineer Square und die Stadt. Wander- und Radwege führen im Sommer direkt vor der Hintertür vorbei.

Unique Decore

Loved the unique decor that gave the place a “like home” feel. Bedroom was very tight and a bit challenging to get in and out around the bed. Did not expect the patio to be looking onto the main road but the view of the ski mountain from the porch made up for the cars going by. But if you’re outside hiking or biking lots the place is great!

Great early fall weekend in Crested Butte

Had a great time at Holly's property as a solo female traveler looking to hike and drive around the Crested Butte area. Holly was super responsive with questions, etc. and the shuttle stop right outside the condo complex made it really easy to get into town. I personally liked that the location of the condo was away from the pool area. Thanks for a great stay Holly!

Cute little condo with outstanding views of Mount Crested Butte

This condo was spotless and very clean. It was very cozy and had everything you need for a stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living area was very comfortable to hang out in and watch tv. Minutes walking distance to the ski lift, and the back patio has beautiful views of Mount Crested Butte. The owner was very responsive to any questions and usually got back to us within 30 minutes of a request.

I’m giving 5 stars bc I feel bad about ranking anyone down for what isn’t their fault butttt travelers who are sensitive to smells should likely not choose this place. The entire building smells of chlorine bc of the indoor pool that is not sealed off, and the unit itself does have a musty smell that did not really improve even with airing out. Aside from that, it was a good stay. Good price, great location! Bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower was great. It was nice to have the little kitchen as well. Also it was literally right by the shuttle into town so that was very convenient! We loved being able to take the shuttle into the town. Also close to all the hiking trails we wanted to do!

Fantastic location for skiing access

We had a great stay at the Three Seasons property. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the huge atrium and the easy access to the bus route right outside the door. We found the condo itself to be cozy and snug which is clear from the description, but hard to get a complete sense for from the photos. The front door opens into the bedroom and then a small hallway to the main common room which is living room and kitchen combined. We managed fine but next time would prefer more space for cooking, eating and relaxing.

Everything was great except the internet. Internet is not strong enough to stream anything and only works in the bedroom. Its fine for email. Adding a fan would be a plus. Communication with owner was great. I would stay again. thank you

As far as the Internet , it is for the entire building. I believe I mentioned it’s functionality being best in the bedroom and in the atrium. Thank you again!

Charming, well decorated, central condo near the slopes and on shuttle line.

We really enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte and at this condo. It was cozy and charming. The location is great, a short walk to the CB resort or hop on the free shuttle right outside the door if it's really cold. The shuttle is super convenient, running regularly to both the resort and the town. There's plenty of parking outside the condo. The condo is pretty small but thought has been given to how to maximize the space to accommodate luggage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Everything's been updated and well decorated. The owner was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The commons area has a nice pool and hot tube. Plenty of indoor space for bikes as well. We'd love to visit again and would definitely choose stay here!

Unfortunately the unit smelled like it had been recently occupied by a heavy smoker.

I was under the impression that this was a no smoking unit. My girlfriend and I have had to clean everything we brought for the weekend because it all smelled like smoke after the stay. This was unfortunate. I am wondering if we can be compensated for this mis-representation? Thanks, Jon

Hi Jonathan, I just read your recent review. I have just refunded the cleaning fee. It should show as a credit on your credit card statement. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t alert me from your arrival. I would have been able to send my caretaker to do a deeper clean. She alerted me about the smoke smell after your departure. The building is a non smoking building. No one has been smoking in my unit. Apparently after building managements investigation ( unknown to me ) the above neighbor has been smoking and it travels down the fireplace flu ( they’re all connected / stacked ). The building policy gives the offender the warning and if it hasn’t stopped fines begin to accrue. My apologies for the smell. I’m actively working on a solution. Hopefully the rest of your time in CB was enjoyable. Regards, Holly
