Sea turtles (âHonuâ) routinely hang out on this lovely secluded beach directly in front of our condo, Hale Mahina B401. Enjoy the large, private lanai to watch sunsets where you will have unobstructed views of the neighboring islands. Spacious open living and kitchen area with views from galore. Beautiful 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms corner unit that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.

-No AC in condo, but we have wonderful trade winds and a screen door to take advantage of the cooling breeze

-Large flat-screen TV in living room

The beautiful private grounds of the resort are filled with exotic plants, flowers, and birds. You are directly in front of the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful Pacific Ocean views from the pool and hot tub. The grounds also have BBQs and outside dining areas for those who want to enjoy their meals near the water's edge. The entrance to the main grounds and beach is gated and requires a key, which makes it very exceptional and peaceful.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control.
