Es ist Zeit für eine East Boothbay Wochenende! Diese Ferienwohnung ist ruhig, umgeben von Bäumen, und ideal für eine schöne, romantische Reise von zu Hause weg. Es ist auch ideal für Naturliebhaber!

Nur 60 Meilen von Portland und 50 Meilen von Lewiston, werden Sie in kürzester Zeit zu Ihrem Ziel zu gelangen können! Mit vielen Restaurants, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr in der Nähe, haben Sie eine Menge zu tun.

Das Innere dieses Haus ist groß und geräumig und hat wunderschöne hohe Decken mit Holzbalken und schönen Holzböden. Hängen im Obergeschoss und wärmen Sie Ihre Hände vor dem Kamin, genießen den Duft von Plätzchen backen im Ofen in der angrenzenden Küche.

Es gibt einen Essbereich neben der Küche für formelle Mahlzeiten! Wenn Sie im Freien zu essen zu gehen möchten, gibt es eine große Terrasse, die die Länge des Hauses auf der zweiten Etage führt, die sowohl mit dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen Gasgrill auf dem Deck zum Grillen.

Diese Drei-Zimmer-Haus bietet Platz für bis zu fünf Personen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten) sind beide im Erdgeschoss. Achten Sie darauf, Kenntnis von den zwei schöne Bäder, einen oben und einen unten zu nehmen.

Hier finden Sie auch einen Waschraum im Erdgeschoss mit Ihrem eigenen Waschmaschine / Trockner sowie ein Familienzimmer mit einem Futon und Kabel-TV finden. Bleiben Sie mit dem kostenlosen WLAN im ganzen Haus verbunden ist.

Schritt aus der Glas-Schiebetüren und überprüfen Sie die zerkleinerten Gestein Terrasse. Von der Terrasse können Sie Ihren Weg nach unten die von Bäumen gesäumt Weg zum Dock und Strand zu machen.

Great home with charme. Great location, nice views. All you need was there, a dishwasher was missed in the beginning, but wasn‘t really a problem . We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Old home with nice views

This house has great views, a nice dock and was in a good location in Boothbay. The basement was musty; it cleared out a bit by the end of our stay, but with an older home that’s rented I would think the owners would provide a permanent fix. The basement also needed more than one dehumidifier - it was humid and moist for our full stay, so the upstairs was the only enjoyable area.

By far the worst house we have ever stayed in!!!!

This house needs a lot of TLC and DEEP cleaning. The mildew will chase you out of the house which it did for us!!!

E. Boothbay 2021

Our family had an awesome time. The house was in a great location. Lots to do. We loved the open floor plan layout, deck and the dock. My negatives are - when we first entered, it smelt musty - it helped by opening windows. The basement (where 2 bedrooms are) dehumidifier ran constantly. The house was overall clean but dated. A few areas could use deep cleaning. All in all it was worth it and we would stay there again.

Great location - awful house!!!

This house has a great location and lovely views on the water, but should not be allowed to be on the rental market in its current condition. It is filthy and dirty full of mildew that will hit you as soon as you enter. We asked to be moved but the nearest option was 2 1/2 hours away which was not acceptable. The house needs a deep cleaning!!! The furniture and flooring were stained, there were dirty cups in the cabinets, cobwebs everywhere and you couldn’t escape the mildew. There were two dehumidifiers in the basement, one piped into a drain and one not. A Vacasa representative was there as we arrived and didn’t empty, so we did. Within 12 hours, the 5 gallon tank was full again. Until this home is brought up to speed, I would suggest not waist your money renting this house. The house could be very nice if cleaned and deferred maintenance was preformed.

Beautiful older house and great location!

Overall, everything was lovely- beautiful water front property, well stocked (games, puzzles, books, kitchenware) and lovely artwork too! There are some quirks about an older waterfront home- a bit musty and damp indoors.

Great views!

The property was perfect - and the views from the porch and dock were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Coastal Botanical Gardens to see the trolls, walked along the end of Ocean Point Road and admired the views, had a delicious lobster roll at the Lobsterman's Wharf and pizza from Boothbay Harbor House of Pizza. Not great response from the property manager (Vacasa) but other than that, we would recommend this spot.

Smells of trash

Cleaners didn't remove trash from previous renters and trash storage area is built into the house by the kitchen. We had to deal with a horrible trash smell for most of the week. Also, we booked on VRBO but all correspondence came from Vacasa. I don't remember every paying such huge fees and would think they could at least clean, t as ke out the trash and make sure the toilet bowl kids were attached. Yes, when we showed up one of the kids want attached.

Quiet Maine Getaway

The private dock was awesome! Lay down there and look up at the stars, it’s amazing. You get the best of both worlds here, being in the woods and waterfront. Yes the walk down to the dock is slightly physically challenging, but it’s worth it! Everything was in working order and we had everything we needed. My brother said he would come back here with friends. It’s a short drive to the town of Boothbay Harbor for all your shopping and restaurants-although there are some just down the street also. Also just down the road is Ocean Point which is great views, looking for sea glass and enjoying the sunset. Take a walk to the Damariscotta River from the nature preserve trail. It really was a great location. Is the house a little outdated? Yeah, but the dishwasher works and so does everything else! Other reviewers mentioned the mustiness but it wasn’t an issue for us. I didn’t mind emptying the dehumidifier either. If you want a 5 star resort feel then go elsewhere and pay the big bucks. This place was cozy and affordable. I have no complaints!

Nice House

The house was well located to do all things in the Boothbay area. The lower bedrooms had a musty smell but clean and there was a dehumidifier. The bathrooms had some mold in the showers. There was plenty of towels and wash cloths. We tend to be very busy all day and eat out a couple of times while we travel but we also like to cook in a few nights. The kitchen had everything you need in terms of tools and dishes. My only comment is there was a coffee machine but no coffee pot. We are not a fan of the single serve coffee so this was an issue for us. The very best thing about the house was the view. You cannot be unhappy when you wake up to the beautiful water.

Classic summer family house

Enjoyed our stay! Staying here felt like being at a relative’s summer house, stocked with every amenity you could possibly need - a kitchen with multiple sets of dishes, pots, pans, a closet full of spices, books, puzzles and games, extra pillows and bedding, plenty of seating area, pull-out couches, etc. The most attractive part of the house is the flow of the upstairs living room and kitchen, with floor to ceiling glass doors to look out over backyard and Linekin Bay. Try not to arrive here for the first time at night, since a quirky feature is that there are lots of steps in places that you don’t expect. When you open the front door you’re presented with 2 steps leading to the kitchen, 2 to the living room and the staircase leading to the lower level. There’s also a step up to the bathroom, which you will inevitably trip over at some point.

A wonderful retreat!
