Dieses entzückende Cottage im Küstenstil liegt in der ruhigen und freundlichen Water's Edge Condo Association an der Linekin Bay an der Ocean Point Road.
Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie die abgeschirmte Veranda oder das Seitendeck mit Blick auf die Bucht, während Sie Ihren Morgenbrei genießen, das Abenteuer Ihres Tages planen, lesen oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen.

Maine trip 2024

This was our 2nd stay in this quaint and cozy cottage. My wife loves the nautical themed decor of the cottage. As last visit the owner Sandy took care of all our needs and questions. We recommend doing the Damariscotta river boat tour and the Botanical gardens.

Maine relaxation anniversary week

We arrived after 9PM and found check-in to be very easy. Our week couldn’t have been more perfect because the weather was amazing with sunshine and eighties the entire time! The view of the ocean was stunning and we spent a great deal of time just sitting and staring out at the water. We were able to relax and simply soak in the quiet, the clean ocean air, the sounds of the birds! Our cottage was everything we could have hoped for and we loved the way it was decorated with fun and colorful beach/ ocean items. We met the neighbors next to us and they were friendly and kind! If only we could have stayed longer! We’d love to return again and stay in this adorable little cottage a little longer next year- a Maine home away from home!

Boothbay

The property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. Pictures make it appear larger than it is, but as a frequent traveler I have learned that this is typical of a on line listing. Although small, it certainly had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The weather did not co-operate for our stay so unfortunately didn't get to use the outside spaces, but would have if we could have as they were so inviting. Kitchen had everything we needed and we did cook quite a bit. The steps to the loft are steep as indicated, but worth the climb as the loft was so comfortable. It was a perfect place for our Maine getaway. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the Boothbay region! Excellent trip!

Quaint Stay in Boothbay

This motel has been converted into condos with individual units. This one was decorated so nicely with many Maine touches. The shower stall is very small but workable. Most windows do not open, so it can get warm during the day. Lovely screened in porch and another outdoor seating area.

Comfortable cottage

Cottage was cute, very clean and quiet. Location was nice with water view, though dock was closed and no real beach. A little out of the way from most attractions, but close to Ocean Point. Cottage was fine fot two but would be crowded for more. We would recommend it for couples who are looking for peace and quiet.

This condo was a bit too small for 2 older adults. The stairs to the loft were very steep and not good for anyone over 65. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is lovely.

Absolutely Amazing

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Sandy was an amazing host from the time of the booking. Very helpful and communicated quickly. Cozy Cottage on the Water

Very well appointed, comfortable cottage-like condo in a quiet location away from the bustle of summer crowds in Boothbay Harbor but conveniently located to explore the wonders of Mid Coast Maine. Sandra was very responsive to a couple of issues we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay in East Boothbay Harbor

This property was amazing! It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for four people. The cottage was very comfy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of seating to enjoy watching the sunset each morning down by the harbor. Everyone in the area was super kind - we met a lovely couple who owns a different cottage, and they shared with us some recommendations for the area. The owner, Sandy, was super responsive, and equally as kind. Highly recommended staying here!

Perfect Place with Amazing Hosts!

This little cottage is an absolute perfect hidden gem. I have visited Maine before, but never Boothbay and I’ll definitely be back and spend more time in the area! My mom and I were on a mother/daughter vaca and we loved this place! It was my moms first visit to Maine! The cottage was everything you could expect for Maine from the decor to the views! It offered everything we needed, the beds were comfy, it was very clean, and I can not tell you enough of how wonderful our hosts were. Sandy and Ty are truly amazing people and all their neighbors and friends made this place feel like home. We were sad to leave, but won’t come again without staying here! Thank you Sandy and Ty for helping us make some great memories!

Coastal cottage serenity

My sister and I loved our stay in this beautiful coastal cottage. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and walking down to the bay for gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is comfortable with everything you need to settle in and enjoy Maine. The location is perfect for seeing all of the Booth Bay region.

Third time to Boothbay. This cottage was perfect. Sits right on the water, close to Boothbay Harbor. Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Had good communication with Sandy, the owner, and she even left us a little welcome gift. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Lovely View and Great Location

Decorated so "Maine". Absolutely loved every aspect of this cottage with a beautiful water view. We watched the sunset every evening with wine and cheese sitting on the dock of the bay! Private and quaint area of East Boothbay.

Wonderful stay

We had a very relaxing stay in the condo. The access to a beach and dock really added to the experience. Our favorite ritual was morning coffee on the deck with a beautiful view of the ocean!

Perfect in every way

Beautiful condo in a private small community right on Linikin Bay. The views were fantastic and the condo was very comfortable and serene. We were up for our 25th anniversary having honeymooned in Boothbay Harbor. We had a wonderful time as did our son.

Lovely property!

The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. My one suggestion would be to anchor the living room rug to avoid slipping. Our trip was cut short due to an injury (not at the property) but we would return.

Cozy Cottage Boothbay Harbor

Boothbay Harbor is welcoming and beautiful, with restaurants galore, lots of shops, coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, and many excursions by land or by sea. This Cozy Cottage is in the perfect location - tucked far enough away to enjoy quiet time by the water, but close enough to partake at short notice. So much to do here! May have to come back next summer to do more!!

Charming and hospitable in every way

We loved everything about our stay - the location near the water, the convenience to so many beautiful places nearby, and the charm and comfort of the property itself. The hosts were on site and available if we had needed them, but we didn't, because everything was so easy. The second bed is up in a loft, and the steps up are a little steep. Not too difficult to manage, but something to remember in the middle of the night. We would go back anytime.

My husband and I visited friends that were staying in Boothbay Harbor back in 2013, having never been to Maine previously. Our friends happened to be looking for another property. We all fell in love with this duplex! And that, as they say, was that! Never in our wildest dreams would we have predicted we'd own a cottage in Maine. Every year since, we can't wait to escape Florida's summer heat and plan our adventures in this beautiful state! Western views with magnificent sunsets, deep water access for anyone with a boat, a friendly, small, quiet community. Maine is a step back in time!
