This cozy, pet-friendly property offers a unique and comfortable experience, with a prime location just steps from a dog park and a variety of local restaurants. Guests love that they can bring their furry friends along, and the layout provides a charming, relaxed atmosphere. While the home is comfortable, we want future guests to be aware that the outdoor areas are more natural and rustic. The upstairs bed is comfortable, and the shower—though small—is fully functional. We have made property improvements to ensure an even better stay. These include attention to the front door and gate latch, replacing kitchen sponges and brushes, refreshing the cabinets and refrigerator, checking and replacing light bulbs, and ensuring all clocks and appliances are in working order. The vacuum is available for use but may not be ideal for heavy pet hair. Overall, this home is a great choice for guests looking for a convenient, pet-friendly location! As always, our 24/7 guest services line is available should you need anything during your stay!

We understand that guests expect a vacation home to be clean, comfortable, and accurately represented, and we take concerns like these very seriously. For future guests, cleanliness and safety are top priorities for our team. Any concerns regarding the condition of the home, housekeeping, or maintenance are reviewed promptly with our housekeeping staff and the property owner so they can be addressed as quickly as possible. Items that do not belong in guest-accessible areas are removed, and the property is routinely inspected to help ensure it is ready for each arrival. We ask that any guest reach out to us right away so that we can begin to address any issues and get your vacation back on track! Regarding the fan, while additional fans are provided when available, we understand how disappointing it is when an expected amenity cannot be located. In this instance, we reimbursed the guest for the purchase of a fan so they would have one available during their stay. As with many mountain communities, neighboring homes are independently owned and occupied, so activity in the surrounding area is unfortunately outside of our control. However, we encourage guests to contact us during their stay if excessive noise becomes an issue so we can determine whether there are appropriate steps we can take to assist. This home is a historic property with unique character, and while preserving that charm, we continue to work with the owner on ongoing improvements to enhance the guest experience. We appreciate feedback that helps identify opportunities for improvement and remain committed to providing future guests with a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay!
