Wir sind eine legale Wyoming-Staat registriert Ferienvermietung.

Die Zimmer des Historic Capitol Hotels wurden in geräumige Apartments mit Service umgewandelt. Wir sind nicht über oder neben jeder Bar oder Restaurant. Daher erwartet Sie im Historic Capitol Hotel eine ruhige Nacht. Zwischen uns und den Pubs gibt es ein paar Puffergebäude.

In günstiger Lage nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Museen entfernt. Sogar Wyomings größtes Freibad ist nur zwei Blocks entfernt.(Wir haben Liegestühle und Handtücher)

Wir sind nicht haustier- / tierfreundlich. Wenn jemand gefunden wird, der ein Tier in irgendeinen Teil unseres Gebäudes bringt, wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von $ 150 erhoben. 00. Dies ist für die Sicherheit unserer zukünftigen Gäste mit Allergieproblemen. Wir danken Ihnen im Voraus.

Machen Sie einen Schritt zurück in der Stadt und bleiben Sie in einem der ältesten Gebäude der Stadt. Unsere ursprünglichen Hotelzimmer wurden in große, voll ausgestattete Apartments mit Klimaanlage, Heizung, WLAN und zwei Kabelfernsehern umgewandelt.
Die Coyote Suite ist eine Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, Klimaanlage, Schrank, Schminktisch, Spiegel und Flachbild-Fernseher.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein offenes Stockkonzept mit einer handgefertigten Theke, die den Wohnbereich und die Küche trennt. Es gibt Stühle an der handgemachten Holztheke für das Essen oder die Morgennachrichten.

Für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten haben wir ein komplettes Schlafsofa und Fernseher im Wohnzimmer.

Der Coyote verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. Zwei Kabelfernsehen und kostenloses WLAN sind im gesamten Gebäude verfügbar.
Während Sie auf den Bergen sind, nehmen Sie eines unserer Kajaks, Kanu oder Fahrrad für Ihren Tag. (Kaution benötigt) Brauchen Sie einen Rucksack haben wir viel.

Coyote Suite

The Coyote Suite worked perfectly for my our family visit to Buffalo. The location was right on Main, allowed us to pop into town and walk around, and it's conveniently located to a local park with nature trails to explore. Cindy was very hospitable and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. It was a great little place to be.

Great location for hiking

The place was so well put together and big and open. Bed was comfortable, I had everything I needed, it was quiet and the hosts were so responsive! Plus side there is a sporting goods store downstairs to pick up everything I needed for fishing and hiking. Walk to restaurants was right down the road. I would for sure stay here again. I was hiking in the bighorn mountains which are just a few miles away!

Living History

We just loved our renovated suite at the old Capitol Hotel right on Main Street in quaint, historic Buffalo. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable and unique. The price is very reasonable for the amount of space and extra amenities but the best part is feeling the history of the place....." if these walls could talk...." Perfect blend of Wild West authenticity and modern convenience.

Long flight of stairs..... the air conditioning wasnt even turned on, so this old building that had a musty smell like an old library, smelled even worse. The smell was just horrible and i could smell it in my clothes. Needs fresh paint and an upgrage. I dont want to see an antique side bed toilet on display in the bathroom....

Hi Cheryl, thank you for leaving a review for your stay. I’m not sure why your review has so many negative comments. Your reservation was for 3 nights, not once did you mention a problem other than the steps. We have over 500 positive reviews.we do realize not everyone likes and dislikes are the same . Our description’s and pictures show exactly what we offer, historic, second floor, downtown rentals . Seems you don’t care for either? First let me address the air conditioner. The spring BEFORE your reservation, the Capitol Hotel vacation apartments were upgraded with a 20,000 ton central air conditioner unit, 20,000 tons! Each guest, including you and your family had excess to control the temperature thermostat to your liking. It is a pretty basic tab that you move left to right to reach your desired temperature. The air conditioner is always set to 70 degrees for our guests arrival. Your reservation was for one guest, this was not true upon arrival. As for our reputation, Last year we added an additional property with 3 more vacation apartments, due to great demand and repeat guests . ( Creekside Vacation Rentals) My husband and I personally maintain and run our properties to the highest degree. Each apartment is inspected each and every day. Yes the historic building demands taking the steps to the second floor and this is mentioned in our listing. We are a historic western property and we show this in our pictures with our furnishings and antiques. I’m sorry if you did not find humor in the 100 year old antique oak potty, Which is also shown in our pictures . At last, I will respond to your accusations of a musty smell and concerns of our lack of upkeep. Each apartment was upgraded with air conditioning last year, which involved cutting the walls open to install the duct work to each room. Afterwards each room needed to be painted, this includes the apartment you claimed was in need of a paint job. Please consider our other property for your next stay as it is not a historic property and is ground level to accommodate our older guests. We hope for your future , smiles, laughter and good health.

Very spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have washer and dryer available. Owner had everything we needed in place. It was a nice surprise to have snacks and treats available. It was stated in the description that the sweet was a walk-up but be aware that it is a very steep staircase.

Great Bighorn & Cloud Peak Basecamp

Wow! This was a unique, clean, comfortable and well accommodated location for my wife and I to use as a basecamp for hiking and backpacking in the Bighorn National Forest and the Cloud Peak Wilderness Area. It's essential four original hotel rooms connected to make a single living space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and more (e.g., panini press, air fryer...). The spacious laundry/bathroom was great for us to throw a load of dusty hiking clothes in wash before going to bed so we didn't have so much laundry to do when we got home. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the old wooden floors. I'm not sure if we ever had neighbors because the rooms were so quiet. Cynthia and her husband were great hosts. We arrived to homemade rhubarb muffins, and later in the week, they brought over zucchini bread and oatmeal raisin cookies. When I went to use the gas grill, the tank was empty. I texted Cynthia and in less than 5 minutes it was replaced. We didn't pull out the couch, but there is plenty of room for 2 more in the space. Buffalo is a good starting point for a lot of the local trailheads. If you're not into hiking, the town has some unique little shops, including Sports Lure just downstairs that can equip you with pretty much any fishing, hunting, camping and hiking equipment. There are several nice restaurants in town (we unfortunately didn't try any) and a couple grocery stores if you want to cook your own like we did. We will definitely return!

Great Location and Cindy was always there to answer any questions about the area or property. Beds were very comfortable and the property was fun to stay in: very clean and quite. You can’t find a better place to stay when in Buffalo WY. Don’t miss the truly wonderful experience when in Buffalo . The Buffalo Suite is roomy for a large family or anyone that want lots of space to spread out. We’ll be back when we revisit the area.

Our stay was just perfect. The owner was more than accommodating for our family. She made down the sofa bed for our kids, provided yummy treats and snacks, and even made a special trip over to bring us lawn chairs for the local parade. Its the ideal location in town. We were able to walk the entire stay.

This was by far one of the BEST VRBO's we have ever rented. The property is over 100 years old with a lot of the historic features still intact. ( original water cooler in place along with bullet holes from an old cowboy fight) Our suite or you could say apartment was huge. Is was converted from four of the original Hotel ones . Very large , bright and clean place. I was glad to be out of the car for a few days as everything is right outside on Main Street. We LOVED this place and will definitely be returning

Now with our newest Creekside property, my husband we be joining me, welcoming folks, from all over the world. We are a husband and wife team. We cater to you. If you need any assistance, it is my husband and I that will assist you. Our vacation rentals are seasonal, so we travel quite a bit, in the off season. We understand what's important when you're away from home and WIFI is one, we find, there is nothing worse than bad wifi when traveling. So please don't hesitate to reserve with us, we would be honored to be part of your vacation memories.

We have done our best to kept the original integrity of this 100+ year old building as well as add modern conveniences. When you stay in the Old Capitol you will be looking out windows and walking on hardwood floors that the old cowboys did over 100 years ago.
