Auf einem 1 ha großen Grundstück mit Blick auf das offene Wasser und eine Bucht gelegen, ist dieses prächtige Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern ideal für Spaß in der Sonne! Genießen Sie Schwimmen, Angeln, Bootfahren und Schwimmen.

Das Haus bietet Platz für 14 Personen, die bequem in Betten untergebracht sind, in 6 Schlafzimmern, die der Privatsphäre dienen. Alle verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Ausnahme der oberen und oberen Etagen, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Mit einer Luftmatratze können bis zu 16 Personen untergebracht werden. Es umfasst auch 5 Bäder, eine komplett eingerichtete Gourmetküche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV. Alle Zimmer haben Blick auf den See!

Das große Master-Schlafzimmer schläft 2 mit einem Kingsize-Bett und verfügt über eine überdimensionale Sitzecke zum Entspannen. Es ist mit einem wunderbar großen Bad, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem Ankleidebereich ausgestattet. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zum Außendeck.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 2 Personen in einem Kingsize-Bett mit TV und Zugang zum Vollbad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 2 Personen mit einem Queensize-Bett und direktem Zugang zum Vollbad. Das vierte Zimmer bietet Platz für 4 Personen in Etagenbetten sowie einen TV und Zugang zum kompletten Badezimmer. Alle diese Zimmer sind auf der Hauptebene und haben Blick auf den See.

Schlafzimmer # 5 und # 6 sind im zweiten Stock mit einem privaten Eingang von außen. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett für 2 Personen und ein separates Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett für 2 Personen. Darüber hinaus hat es eine Badewanne und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es gibt zusätzliche Wohnfläche für Queen-Air-Matratze.

Ein Gehweg aus dem Haus befestigt die ½ Baldachin, wo man Sonne oder Schatten wählen kann! Genießen Sie es, in der Hängematte zu liegen, ein Buch in einem der Drehstühle zu lesen oder auf einem der Liegestühle in der Sonne zu liegen. Der Sechsbrenner Weber BBQ ist bereit zum Grillen Tag oder Nacht.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen Wasserspeicher, 2 Kajaks, Spielzeug für den Hof und Angelruten. Für Angler zieht das Dock einige der besten Fische im See an. Für den Wasserfahrzeugfanatiker steht Ihnen eine Jet-Ski-Rampe für zwei und zwei offene Bootslifte zur Verfügung.

Perfect Spot for Family Celebration

Great Location

This house is situated on a beautiful lot on the river. The outdoor deck was the perfect spot for our family to gather, enjoy the view, and make wonderful memories! Wonderful family destination!

Our family gathered at Purple Sage for a long weekend and absolutely loved the house and the location on the lake! The covered deck served as an additional gathering place that was comfortable even on hot Texas afternoons thanks to the lake breeze. The house was comfortable for 14 people and had every amenity we could need. Thank you for a great vacation destination!

We stayed with three families and between us had 7 children ages 8-16. Great home that was comfortable, recently renovated, clean and accommodated all of us. The outside deck is wonderful and great shade to sit outside and enjoy the evening! Would highly recommend!

Perfect House and Location

This is a beautifully refurnished home with plenty of space for a large group. We had 3 families in this home and it never felt crowded. The boat dock and covered patio were great additions and we spent every day outside enjoying our time overlooking the lake. Debbie the owner was a terrific communicator and super accommodating....we definitely will stay again!

Great Thanksgiving!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful house on the lake! It was a gorgeous setting right on the lake. We enjoyed fishing, boating, kayaking, and watching the sunset from the dock. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 15 of us! Everyone had a great time!

Georgeous home with all the bells and whistles! Unbeatable views!

Deb We had a blast at this house…having so many different places to sit outside and enjoy the views. We were up on the deck, down on the dock, and out on the patio. The layout was great with the L shaped house – some were on one side and others on the other with no noise to bother anyone. We had a great time playing the board games at night and enjoyed the rafts in the swim area during the day. Great place! Will definitely book it again!

Perfect End to Summer!

Our three families with a large group of teenagers had a perfect end of summer weekend. We all spent the entire weekend outside. The dock was perfect for boat launching, jet skis, jumping, and relaxing. Plenty of room for all inside and out with a well stocked kitchen. Loved that the boat ramp was less than 10 minutes from the house. We would definitely choose this home again!

Amazing location for our family vacation!

This is our second year having our annual family vacation on lake LBJ, but the first time staying at this house, and I cannot say enough nice things about this place! It was able to easily accommodate 14 people and 3 dogs. Which is not an easy task! The house was clean, yet cozy. Comfy beds. The views were great! And the second story of the deck made for lots of fun and relaxation. The owners are very nice and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Something for Everyone!

There were floaties and kayaks for the water dogs, fishing poles for feeding the blue gills, and a gorgeous raised deck for readers/relaxers. Some of the more adventurous rented jet skis and we grilled some amazing steaks bought at Miller’s in Llano. The most echoed sentence through our stay was “this place is perfect!” And even better, when we had questions, Debbie was easy to reach. This property is now a family favorite and we hope to return!

Amazing stay on LBJ!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay, what a wonderful place. Everything was as advertised and pictures don’t do the views justice. Walk out the living room directly out to the covered deck on top of the boat dock. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and all slept very comfortably. Plenty of parking down the long driveway for our trucks and two boat trailers. Debbie was very accommodating and responsive. I could go on and on, everything was great. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect family getaway - luxurous and relaxing!

We've been renting houses on LBJ for 15 years and the whole family agrees THIS is our favorite house! The house sits on almost an acre so it's very private with lots of outdoor patio and deck areas - we ate most meals outside. The house has more bedrooms than we could: two families, my mom and a friend. It's amazingly stocked with kitchen ware and even things like coffee and toilet paper which is rare in most houses! We didn't want to leave but will be back for sure.

Great house! Great view! Great fun!

My extended family of 15 spent a week at this fabulous lake house for a family reunion. This house is very well equipped and situated so that we had absolutely everything we needed. There are enough bedrooms for everyone to have some privacy, and a great open kitchen/living area/deck for family activities. The deck is connected to the main living area by a ramp, so my 80 year old mother with some mobility issues was easily able to enjoy the activities and the view! The owners recommended Splash Boat Rentals, who delivered jet skis and a pontoon boat directly to our dock. We loved the convenience and fun of having jet skis right outside the door! We had a fantastic vacation and will definately look to stay here again.

Great Eclipse memory

Our trip was amazing. The property is wonderful. Deborah, the owner, made us feel very welcome. We trailered our boat to the property and Deb sent us maps showing where to go and how to navigate the river system. This was very helpful. The master suite is delightful and the other bedrooms are very comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need to make it your own. Word of caution, if you need six private bedrooms, be aware that two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a private entrance. The only way to access the second bedroom is through the first. This was not a problem for her group. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time on the Colorado river and LBJ.

Spring Break Bliss

This property was fantastic. The location right on the point of a cove provided a ton of water front access. The boat dock with the 2nd level lounge area was a great place to hang out and having access to the boat lift made it super easy to mobilize the crew to hit the water. The home was beautifully furnished with amazing views, a ton of room, very comfy beds, and every possible amenity. We had 2 families stay at the house with 5 kids of various ages and everybody had space and privacy as needed. The little ones loved the bunk room. The two teenagers appreciated having their own bedrooms. The property owner was super responsive and helpful which is always a plus. I've stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was truly 5 star.

Awesome lake house for large groups or families

This home is awesome! You are right on the water. The deck is partially covered which is great for the sunbathers and those ready to be out of the sun. Even in August we were comfortable with the breeze to be outside! Susan was a gracious host. She referred us to a place to rent a boat. There are 5 bedrooms, so it accommodates a lot of people without feeling like you are on top of one another. It looks like a brand new remodel. Everything is updated and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. One point is that the kitchen is kind of small for a large group with many people prepping, but we would love to stay here again. Everything else is so over the top nice, it's totally worth it. Gorgeous place!!

Family weekend

Our family weekend at the lake was wonderful. This lovely house worked well for all of us. The grandsons particularly liked that each bunk had its own light and plug to charge their machines. What a great idea. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the play equipment. An extra bonus Sunday night was that we sat on the deck and watched fireworks from every direction. All of the kids had a great time fishing. Enough fish were caught to make them feel like it was a successful activity. I accused our son-in-law of catching the same fish over and over. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and met all of our needs. My husband and I really enjoyed staying in the master suite. The large closet and shower were fabulous. We will definitely recommend this lake house to our friends. Thank you for everything.

BEST HOUSE ON THE LAKE! HANDS DOWN! BEAUTIFUL HOUSE TO MATCH THE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!!

I have been vacationing with my family on Lake LBJ for some time now and NEVER have we found a house as beautiful and awesome as this one. LOVE LOVE LOVE this house! So BIG and OPEN with amazing views from every room in the house. From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by wall to wall windows with views of the lake and all the comforts of home in a setting that is unbelievable. And I haven't even gotten to the good parts yet! THE LOUNGING DECK and BOAT HOUSE are amazing! HUGE in size, with a covered top, and connected directly to the house via walkway ramp, we sat out for hours in the hammock and chairs enjoying the lake. The kids loved the swimming area next to the boat house and it was safe and secure inside of a cove. Private boat parking and jet ski ramps were perfect! The lot is HUGE with a big yard, the layout of this property is just fantastic, a sprawling estate with room for plenty! The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean and well maintained. Cool AC for those hot summer days and comfortable home with ALL amenities included, such as kitchen condiments, cooking utilities, BBQ grill, soap, shampoo in the showers, hair dryers, plenty of linens, washer and dryer, games, books, just everything. The house layout is spread out giving everyone the feel of privacy. Even with 15 people in the home, everyone had a private space. The apartment style 4th bedroom was the best, offering privacy for some of our guests and the master bedroom was gorgeous with a HUGE bathroom. Beds in all the rooms were dreamy comfortable, had the best night's sleep in a vacation rental ever! I seriously cannot say enough about how awesome this place is! We will be back AGAIN and AGAIN!!!! Thank you to the nice owners for such a wonderful place for our family to spend our last summer hurrah!
