Propantank ist vorhanden, Propan selbst wird jedoch nicht mitgeliefert. Es gibt auch einen Innenhof mit Pavillon, Beleuchtung und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Grillen, Essen, Abhängen und eine Außendusche zum Abspülen nach einem Tag am Strand. Außendusche, Grill & Picknickplatz. Parkplatz, Propan, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Toilettenartikel können auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden, zusätzliche Gebühr kann anfallen. Ein früher Check-in kostet 39 US-Dollar. 00 zusätzliche Gebühr, später Check-out ist auch 39 $. 00 zusätzliche Gebühr. The place was had nice space. Didn't like that I didn't have internet for 2 days and was blocked in for one of the days by another car. Also, if you I had additional car it was 33 dollars a day to park. Was not excepting that. Other than that great...

Not The Quality Expected

We chose not to stay upon arrival. There were stains and unidentifiable material on the mattress covers and 99% of blinds were broken where you could not have privacy as people could still see into your rooms. Did. not feel safe overall.

Good thing it was only two days

The unit was very dirty - dusty, nasty floors that were not swept, even garbage left behind from previous guests. It was much smaller than the pictures, 7 guests would never fit in. Kitchen had all the amenities but no kitchen table, only a coffee table. Walls are paper thin and we heard the neigbbors constantly. We were glad to leave. Only positive points are comfortable beds and excellent location.

To much for the money!

The oven and toaster oven do not work at all and the stove was dirty! The beds had dirt in them. The blinds in almost every room are badly broken and the guys that were upstairs 2 days ago were looking in our door where the blinds were broken! The ice maker on the counter only worked once. The dishwasher was full with dishes. The middle room smelled like cat liter. The mop had never been cleaned and there was dirt and sand on the floor. The bathroom had some mold in the grout and on the shower curtain. If they are paying someone to do cleaning they are not doing their job! For the price we did expect to go into a clean functioning unit! Also I had to pay for parking and the unit says if you have a 3 bedroom you do not have to pay to park. Also there was supposed to be only my car and the staff parking there and there were all kinds of cars at different times.Next time I will get a hotel for the price. They only supply sheets for one bed.

If you like hot showers, this might be an issue

So let me start out by saying that we have stayed several places in Hampton Beach and although this wasn’t the cleanest/ best kept, it was better than most places we’ve stayed. It was myself, my husband and my 9yo daughter. Here are my pros and cons PROS: location. Doesn’t get much better! Easy and quick check in. The washer and dryer was great. We didn’t use it but love the option. Unfortunately the cons outweighs the pros CONS: no hot water. I got two hot showers that lasted about 5 minutes the whole 3 days we were there. The whole building shares so if too many people are showering or have used the hot water that day, you’re SOL. I did call and was informed to wait 20 minutes and try again, which I did to no avail. Neighbors were EXTREMELY loud. Banging cabinets and yelling at 4am waking up my 9yo. The area rug was absolutely filthy and one of the bunk bed covers was stained with streaks of dirt or ? This unit wasn’t cheap, as most of the places are near the beach but, I expect hot water when I want to shower. I don’t want to nor should I have to get up at 6am to get one. I’d also like to see better parking instructions PRIOR to arriving. I sent 3 messages prior to our date with absolutely no response. So, if you have a question, call. I’ve never had to call anyone before. This was my very first experience with a non responsive host. This is also my first time using VERBO. We probably won’t choose this property again as it just wasn’t for us.

Adequate for us.

We were comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean. It is the end of the season so some minor upkeep is needed from the wear and tear. (New area and throw rugs, screen door, etc.) The bed we used was very comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. Nice place, not so nice neighbors

Overall the experience was okay. It was a cute little place but not suited for more than a few people as there was not a lot of storage so we were constantly tripping over eachothers bags. Only one air conditioner upstairs so downstairs was stifling hot. Pricey for no parking and having to pay elsewhere when the neighboring rental used 4 spaces. Washer was broken, no sheets are provided as stated but it says queen bed and it was actually a king so the sheets we brought did not fit. It did not feel very safe, the men neighboring us came over late at night and snuck up on us peering through our screen door then ran away. The next morning the long term renters next door woke everyone up pounding on our doors at 6am because she was unhappy with someone's parking. We were unable to use the sand shower out back due to someone parking their motorcycle right in front of it and there were so many rentals sharing the patio area and having parties that it couldn't be used by us at all. Obviously some of this was out of the owners control but all together made our trip much less pleasant, however it was convenient that it was so close to the beach and it was a clean cute little place, and the owners were flexible and check in and out was smooth...With more considerate neighbors and a better description it would have been more pleasant. The owner was very responsive and some of these issues may have been addressed had we complained however we chose not to because we only stayed 4 days and had better things to do with our time.. Would reccomend groups of 4 or less and bring your own fans and a king size sheet set!

Great location!

Had a great two day get-away! The pictures online do not do "The Sea Cove" justice - much cuter and has a lot of little extras (party lights, speakers to connect music, foot massager, etc.). The location cannot be beat...you are right across the street. We would definitely go back.

3yrs = 3 last minute change!

The good was they allow pets! Now the the bad , we rented a 2bdroom apt and starting on Sunday and get a call the Thursday before saying they want to move us ! The place is a house and they sent pictures 1bd w/2futons in living room, the pictures of the house was a different house and inside was looked bigger than what it actually! The house was practically on the street and you had walk outside to change expressions! It was not what the pics portrayed! We very tight no place for anything! Kitchen table was a card table and chairs! It like they wait till the last minute and change people around because they can’t go anywhere else because of pets being allowed! I’ve talked to other renters and they echo my experience! I will not rent from them again and don’t recommend them!

Great Memories

I booked two units for my family, my brother's family, and my mom. The descriptions of the units were spot on. Super cute and clean. The staff was amazing and made sure that our stay was wonderful. Our pups came with us and enjoyed hanging out on the porch with us. We will definetly visit again!

Disappointed

Was told there was a kitchenette but it was a microwave in the bathroom closet, too many electrical cords plugged in, very disappointed and smaller than the one we originally booked and host told us a week before our trip the office double booked our original place on I Street.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay! Will definitely be back again. It's apartment style living so if you want complete privacy this is probably not your place. The kids room was in the back with an ac unit that drowned out any noise. The walk to the beach was perfect. On the way is a little convenient store for ice an stuff! We loved it! Thank you!!

Right across from the beach

The host was extremely accommodating as it originally looked like the property we booked was unavailable for part of our stay and we were offered to move to another unit for part of our stay. However, it worked out in the end that we were able to stay at the original unit. Please keep in mind that this is a very popular tourist destination. There were several nights that people in neighboring units held parties that lasted until 3 or 4 am, regardless of the rules clearly listed in every unit that prohibited parties and stated the quiet hours. The host seemed very responsive to these concerns and took care of the issues presented. The apartment was clean and had comfortable furnishings. It was decorated nicely. It had plenty of beds to accommodate our party of 2 adults and 4 children with ages ranging from 4-10 years old. There was a queen bed, a full bed, twin bed and a futon. We were all very comfortable during our stay. I'm sure they have window units that they install during the summer at some point, but there wasn't one during our stay. A few days did get rather hot and an AC would've been wonderful. The location is awesome! There's one other apartment building in front of these apartments and then the beach is right across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay Away ....Very Unclean!

When I booked this Property...The Picture was not the Picture on The (at the time) Home away website. We rented this Property during Phase 1 reopening of the Pandemic ..Our Hearts dropped when we checked in..Stained bed...Mold under Kitchen Sink, ceiling, falling in the Bathroom with Mold..No fire extinguisher , The Fans and Ac were literally blowing dirt lint from filth, all light switches filthy with dirt scum.. CLEARLY WAS NOT CLEANED .This was the worst place I have ever been to in my life. We left the Property as they were not Using any Covid Restrictions with Cleanliness. We did reach out to Mark ( property owner) who stated he would refund , just a run around..Still have not received. Honestly if you care about your families Health ..DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Should be reported to DOH!

Multiple changes to check in time and location. Changed our kid friendly location to surfer location

When I booked my stay it was for the apartment on 1st street. The location was close to board walk and across from the beach. Which is convenient with a energetic 7 year old and 2 year old. Two weeks before our stay I recognized that an extra day would be good for us but also knew it was unlikely due to short notice. I contacted Matt (owner) and explained the situation. This phone call Matt stated we could pay for an extra night. Even better that he was upgrading the apartment to another in the same building and location.at 10:30 am. Fast forward to the DAY before vacation. We receive a phone call from Matt. Not only does he explain that the extra night is no longer an option. But that the people who supposedly cancelled were at the residence and refusing to leave. That he had to move the location all together. Stating that it was right across from the ocean and that you could see it from the house. That he was really doing us a favor because the house had granite countertops, beach views, and that we are so lucky that he’s allowing this. He also moved the check in time from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. We stated that we were not concerned with size or granite. We wanted convenience, time, and location. But we will make it work and as long as it’s next to the beach then fine. Now it’s the next day. We are driving from mass to NH. We are not even 15 mins away. It’s Matt he said that we cannot check in at 11:00. That now the check in time is 12:00. He said that the current tenants were outside with a flat. That the cleaning people need more time. All things that are really not a concern of ours. We were annoyed. But we said okay and decided to just drive around until it was time to check in. We go to the house for 12 the past tenants with flat are still outside. We point out to them that there were nails all over the parking lot. The cleaning lady was incredibly rude. First saying that we can put our food in the fridge and then leave while she finishes.So we bring the food in and now she’s not allowing us to do the exact thing she just offered. We go back out the door and she closes it in our faces. We wait for a whole 1:30 mins with dog and children. Missing out on the only sunny day of our stay. No beach views as sold to us. Unless you consider the big concrete wall. It was all rocks at high tide and is a surfers location. Not safe for 2 year old. Which was his very first time. The whole point was to have accessibility for our young kids.
