Das Gerät verfügt über neue Fliesen- oder Holzlaminatböden, Originalkunstwerke und eine große private Terrasse und einen Gartenbereich. Perfect home away from home.

I was fortunate to rent this property after my home was flooded by Hurricane Helene. I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties for our family reunions and I can honestly say this is by far one of the cleanest, quietest homes without being far away from everything. The rooms are large and a nice private patio that is quiet and peaceful if you want some morning sun while drinking your coffee. All in all the perfect getaway. Highly recommend and if I could give a 7star rating I would. Yes, it’s that nice!

Fantastic stay in Cordova Greens

Lovely condo—well decorated and so comfortable and relaxing! We had owned a condo in Cordova Greens for 10 years and knew what a great place it is—so quiet, great pool and spa.We were so pleased we could rent this unit and everything was APlus! our two sons and their families visited numerous times. They loved the condo, too, and our 10 year old granddaughter said, Grandma, we thought you sold your place”. It was almost a twin to our former place.Nice linens, great appliances, caring and helpful owner. This is impeccable indeed! Everything we needed was there!

Spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shops

We were pleasantly surprised about how well equipped your place was. I did a lot of cooking because of COVID, so all the measuring cups and spoons, pots, pans and casseroles were great. At home I use a lemon squeezer, but you had an electric juicer which was even better! You even had a blender for my smoothies and a coffee grinder. I ordered groceries for pickup from Publix, which was just minutes away. We really liked that your place was so spacious and uncluttered. The desk area was perfect for my husband to set up his two monitors for work. I used the extra bedroom for exercise, and left the murphy bed folded up. The design of the condo is nice with each bedroom at opposite ends. It was lovely to sit out on the back patio too. The pool was a perfect temperature and just long enough to swim laps. We went to the hot tub several times. Everyone we met there was so friendly. The neighborhood was a nice quiet place to run and ride our bikes.

Great place to relax and enjoy the amenities provided.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a very nice location with restaurants and beaches close by. Everything I may have needed was supplied for me at the condo. The place was extremely clean and I felt very at home. The bed was very comfortable and firm, which we prefer. It has a lot of space, including a large walk in closet. Beautiful bathroom. Everything was first class. I visited the pool and hot tub every day. Susan was very nice and helpful, and was very prompt answering out texts. I highly recommend and we hope to be back again.

Beautiful and super clean!

The condo is so functional, clean, peaceful, and just what I was looking for. All of the furnishings are comfortable, especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The owner really keeps the place up. Everything has been updated, the paint is fresh, the appliances are new. The WiFi is very fast, and there are 3 televisions. Also, it is 10 to 15 minutes to the beach, and the pool and hot tub here are fabulous! Thanks for a great stay.
