Willkommen in unseren persönlichen Beacher Lodge Suiten am Meer. Das Folgende ist eine Liste von was unsere Eigentumswohnungen einschließen, und eine separate Liste dessen, was das Eigentum und die Einrichtung anbieten. Dies verleiht dem Begriff "schlüsselfertig" eine ganz neue Bedeutung. Ein entscheidender Vorteil für dieses Gerät ist, dass 100% im Besitz, betrieben und gewartet von einem langfristigen Bewohner von st. Augustinus.

Condo beinhaltet:

Direkte Oceanfront-Einheit bietet einen unglaublichen direkten Meerblick !!!! Gefunden in St. Augustine Florida am schönen sichelförmigen Strand. Die älteste Stadt der Nation bietet einige der größten Geschichte, Attraktionen und unberührten Strand des Landes. Ausgestattet mit kostenfreiem WLAN, Kabel-TV, für 2 bis 4 Personen. Check-in ist 15 Uhr und Check-out 11 Uhr.

Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, 4-Flammen-Herd, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank und
Wir sind stolz darauf, eine der wenigen Einheiten im Gebäude mit Geschirrspüler zu sein! Mülltüten, Spülmittel, Handseife, Geschirrspülmittel, Grundreinigungsmittel, Besen und Kehrschaufel. Geschirr, Backgeschirr, Toaster und alle Utensilien. Schneidebretter, Sieb, Gläser und Kochgeschirr. Wir stellen auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee, Milchkännchen und Zucker zur Verfügung. Es gibt zusätzliche Stauraum und Stauraum für persönliche Lebensmittel. Mahlzeiten sind nicht vorgesehen.

Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein luxuriöses QUEEN-Bett mit Pillow-Top-Matratze, Flachbild-Wand DVD-Player, großer Schrank und Regalen. Es gibt Schubladen und Lagerung von kleineren Gegenständen. Alle Bettwäsche für das Queen-Size-Bett und das Schlafsofa sind vorhanden. (Flat & Spannbettlaken, Kissenbezüge, Bettdecken, Decken und Ersatzlaken für Ihre Bequemlichkeit).

Esstisch, Flachbild-Wand-TV mit DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer. Deckenventilatoren im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Patio Stühle und Tisch auf riesigen privaten Balkon. 2 Liegestühle zur Verfügung gestellt.

Komplettes Badezimmer mit raumhoher gefliester Dusche. Bad, Handtücher, Waschlappen, Strandtücher und Haartrockner. Papiertücher, Toilettenpapier und Seife sind ebenfalls enthalten. Für wöchentliche und monatliche Aufenthalte werden zusätzliche Papierprodukte benötigt. Es gibt viel Stauraum und Stauraum für Sie und Ihre Gäste Toilettenartikel.

Well, thank you for staying with us. We’re always puzzled when people complain and leave a subpar review and don’t let the owner know about small issues that could be easily rectified. For all future travelers as you can see this is a five star condo which is true decadent oceanfront. We pride ourselves and being a hands-on owner, and can assure you that everything, including the small door handle issue, and all of the air conditioners are in excellent working order.

pleasant vacation stay

view from patio was awesome...updated room....fabulous beach....however, no closet space in bedroom which made it a bit uncomfortable....would not be condusive for staying a long period of time...generally we enjoyed our stay

Thanks for staying! This condo has an 8 foot by 8 foot closet, with ample hangers, ironing board, and huge shelf with enough room for tons of clothing, this is the first anyone has ever complained about closet space in an Oceanfront STUNNING condo. Lol.

Great place to stay

The condo is perfect for two people. Everything about the condo was nice. We had beautiful weather while we were there and got to enjoy the beach almost every day. I think maybe the only thing we wished was different was that the washer/dryer were inside the condo but even that wasn't a big deal. Not sure if we'll stay again but we really did enjoy our stay.

Great stay, professional owner and beautiful view! What more could you ask for?

Clean, updated unit with a spectacular view and plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed watching the surf in the daytime and looking at the stars while we listened to the waves at night. There is really nothing more therapeutic! Owner is professional and very responsive to questions and anything that may come up. We can't wait to book again!

Nice condo, complex not so much.

On a three city historic towns trip, we looked forward to spending some relaxing time on the beach in the middle of our trip. The condo itself was nicely renovated, clean and comfortable and as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the views of the sunrises and ocean from the deck. The pool area was very nice though we did not partake. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was awesome with plenty of hot water. Everything needed was supplied. It was nice to have the second TV in the bedroom to watch while relaxing after a busy day. The unit has a/c wall units in the living area and bedroom, a bit noisy but not too bad, and they cooled the unit well. The location was great, plenty of grocery stores aound and convenient to drive to St. Augustine while being away from the busyness. Which leads me to our only complaints. There was a lot of renovation going on at the complex. Being an older complex and after two recent hurricanes one understands this necessity, however I feel that the guests should be made aware of these taking place before being expected to dish out this kind of money to endure the mess and inconvenience. There was a lot of noise, dust from the grinding and sandblasting all over our vehicle despite parking as far from the construction as possible each day and it was from early in the morning till early evening. Dust covered the elevator and stairs area, it was hard to breath, we had to go from one end of the complex to the side that had the least mess. Painting was also taking place on the exterior. It was difficult to unload and load back up in the mess with construction all around that area. No instructions or apologies for the mess to guests staying there other than signs in the elevator recommending that you wear masks and eye protection while around the construction. Really?? So much for a relaxing stay and don't plan on using the laundry there. We had to use the one farthest from our unit because construction dust and debri was in the other one. After several trips back and forth and about $14.00 in quarters, the dryer finally finished drying the loads. Other than that we really did enjoy the condo minus the stress and almost getting a construction nail in our tire, and would stay there again except for the inconsideration of our time and money spent on a less than peaceful stay.

We apologize for minor renovations being done on opposite end of the property during your stay. Our complex prides itself in making sure our property is updated, structurally sound and safe. Oceanfront property needs attention at times, it’s the nature of the beast. All elevators, ramps, stairs, balconies, pool and beach access were fully operational during your stay so we figured there was really nothing to make you aware of. We never heard from you either so we figured you didn’t need us. Sorry for the slight inconvenience but thrilled you loved the condo! Please come back soon.

overall the property was amazing and her stay was amazing

the property and the location were all amazing I would like to add though the listing did not mention anything about construction or the patio with the ocean view being obstructed due to construction however when I requested the stay the property owner did contact me and make me aware that the balcony would not be able to be accessed and the view would be obstructed due to construction, i was okay with that and went ahead and booked. there was loud drilling at about 7:30 a.m. in the morning from the construction right outside the balcony window which was a bit annoying but other than that I would recommend this place preferably when construction ends, the property owner was also very amazing overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to return ❤️

Excellent Property

We had an excellent stay at the condo! Very nice and well kept, wonderful view of the ocean off the balcony! Even though other people were around you, it was very quiet, we didn’t realize we had people on either side of us! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to visit! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a get away for just 2 people!

Awesome Stay

The condo was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. When I asked the owner a question he was very quick to respond. I definitely recommend this property. The condo came equipped with everything we needed. The pool was very nice and it is right on the beach. We had an awesome experience.

Amazing Honeymoon

My new husband and I got married and headed straight for the condo! We had an amazing time in this little condo perfect for just the two of us. It was close enough to St. Augustine to do everything we wanted, but far enough away were out of the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon and can't wait to go back!

Amazing location and beautifully outfitted!

We loved the beach access and used the pool all day, everyday! The unit was recently renovated and very lovely and functional. Also, the neighbors were so friendly!
