2 bedroom 2 bath in Oceanfront condo complex, oceanfront building. Groundfloor so no worries about getting luggage and suitcases inside.
This charming, fully furnished, coastal themed unit with southern exposure has everything that you are looking for! You will feel inspired to cook in the fully remodeled kitchen with beautiful finishes. The living space enjoys a wet bar area making entertaining a breeze. Open the sliding door into the owner's suite and fall asleep to soothing ocean waves from the serene owner suite complete with ensuite bath. Just step out through your patio door and take a short stroll to the private community beach access. Ground floor condo living means no worries about carrying groceries or beach gear up flights of stairs. With an in unit washer/dryer, keeping up with the swim suits and beach towels will be a breeze! SAOR boasts wonderful amenities for you to enjoy such as ~ 2 beach access points; 2 pools- one of which is seasonally heated from October to March
Fully furnished with all essentials you just need to bring a toothbrush.
For your enjoyment, our condominium complex also includes: 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce, grill area, direct beach access and 24-hour security. A large clubhouse is also available to rent for meetings, reunions and weddings.

Some things to know before you arrive at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Oceanfront Resort: No pets, no bike riding on the property, no boats, trailers, RVs, campers, motor-homes, vehicles with signage, Electric grills only, quiet time is 11 PM.

You will need to register vehicles on their website prior to your arrival. This complex charges $25 per parking pass
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not purchase your pass(es) at least two days prior to your arrival, a $50 surcharge is added to the price of each pass ($75 total per vehicle). If you are purchasing the pass, within 2 days of your arrival, please pay the $50 surcharge with the purchase of your pass to avoid further delays gaining access to the complex.

We enjoyed kur stay at SOAR for spring break. The process was easy, listing was as expecting, close to the beach. The property pool was great and we enjoyed being close to restaurants and still close to downtown St Augustine.

Very nice upgrades throughout, we enjoyed the southern exposure on the patio and proximity to the boardwalk to beach. Condo was well equipped with beach towels, chairs, and beach games. Perfect stay!

Perfect location!

We've stayed in several condos at the Ocean and Racquet Club and this by far our favorite! The condo has been remodeled recently and is super cute! It had everything we needed for a long weekend. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool.

Great getaway

The unit was well stocked, very clean, and sooo close to the beach. The first week, everything went smoothly. The second week, the refrigerator went crazy making a loud noise so I finally turned it off and threw out the food that we had. St Augustine Beach is the best and you can't ruin a stay there no matter how hard you try.

Great stay! Will book again.

The property has recently been remodeled and updated. The kitchen was beautiful and perfect for cooking meals during our stay. The pictures for the listing are accurate and the condo was even better than we expected. The location is fantastic and you are truly just steps from the beach. The complex was very nice and just small enough to easily get around. The best surprises were the washer/dryer unit in the condo, the proximity to the beach, and the ample amount of available parking. This was a great stay and the unit was perfect for a family of 4!

This is probably the best experience we have ever had with a VRBO property! The unit is so clean and nice. You have everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of cookware to choose from. I will be back and next time I will not have to pack everything but the kitchen sink because this owner has it there for you!

Overall very good. Appreciated that it was well stocked with all essentials. Close to everything. Short walk to beach. Quiet unit and complex. Very responsive when texting maintenance concerns. Only negative was a bit of mold on a bathroom ceiling.

Too many issues!

Broken remote, broken TV, got locked out because the batteries in the brand new door lock were dead, I had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, I had to buy batteries, lipstick on my mug, refrigerator was humming loudly, chairs at the table were filthy, pot was greasy, under equipped compared to any other condo I’ve ever stayed in… didn’t even have basics such as salt and pepper, sugar, foil, cooking oil. I would not recommend it.
