The condo was just as described. It looked out onto the village and part of the condo pool. The beds were very comfortable so that was a big plus. The massage chair and foot massager were loved by our entire family after a day of riding! The underground parking was super convenient but just need to watch for the height restrictions. Prompt communication and responsiveness during our stay.

Beautiful place! Sooo glad I came across this spot! It is newly remolded, very modern and Clean! My family of 5 were very impressed! I personally loved the massage chair! It’s very centralized, steps from good eats and shopping. Very easy check in and quick response if you have any questions. Small note there is no can open, peeler, spices, or cleaning supplies but you can pick up some of these things at the local grocery store. I hope to visit this rental again! Thank you!

Winter stay

Awesome place and location. Had a few board games which we appreciated. Nice and spacious and comfortable. Great master bathroom. Would love to have more spices and seasonings to help with indoor cooking. Would stay again for sure.

The location was wonderful. It is on the fourth floor of the Sierra grand building. There were four adults in our party and unfortunately, we only had two keys that worked for a very short time, so it was inconvenient. There should really be at least four keys when a place can sleep at least six people. Because you go through Vrbo, the front desk is not very helpful. They will not offer pool towels or luggage racks to bring your stuff up to the room, so you have to make multiple trips with your luggage. Our last night there, the door’s battery went dead and maintenance needed to be called and it was a pretty big pain as it happened during dinner at Vulcania as my son was trying to access the room. The inside of the property is very nice, but it’s really funky that they have two sets of windows. Instead of taking out the original windows, they just placed a second set of windows on top of them. It was hard to adjust the blinds because you need to reach around the second set of windows and my arms are too short to actually open or close the blinds. Weird. The place is located above the coffee shop and local bar. That didn’t bother us at all as the noise was not that bad and we enjoyed looking down on the village shopping area. The pool is located to the right so you can kind of see it from the balcony off to the right. All in all, it’s a good room, and a great location and the inside has been updated. The massage chair in the master bedroom is absolutely awesome!!!

Great condo, great location.

Really nice condo, better than most in the Village. Well-stocked and very clean. I would definitely come back. Only minor issue was that the parking pass on the counter had an expired date, but fortunately it didn't seem to be an issue (I didn't even notice until the day we checked out). Thanks and hope to visit your condo again!

Desireable corner unit

The property is a corner unit which is always desireable. There was no noise from adjacent units. The kitchen was well appointed with gear. The bedding was nice and everyone had a good sleep. The location is great for easy access to the mountain. The owner responded within 10min to a text... this is fantastic communication. We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Village.

The AC in the master bedroom does not provide enough cooling for the room, it was warm at night even with the AC on, but the AC on the living room works well.

Very nice condo and ideal location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here for our ski vacation. The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk to the Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge, and when the gondola was on wind hold one day, the shuttle bus to the lodge was right next to the gondola. There were a bunch of good restaurants, shops and a general store that has groceries and basic toiletries within a short walk. We particularly enjoyed Campo (Italian) and Gomez (Mexican). The condo was very nice inside. It has plenty of room for my family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The beds were very comfortable, as were the couch and chair in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls and cups. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on that, but the kitchen seemed to have enough pots, pans, baking dishes, and cooking utensils. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the complex, and my kids enjoyed the small arcade. Frank's instructions were very helpful and provided all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this condo. Being in the center of the Village, we were a little concerned that it would be noisy at night, but on the couple of nights there was a little noise, it was minimal, ended by about 10/10:30, and did not disturb our sleep (and I am a light sleeper). Having the air purifiers running in the bedrooms also provided a little white noise that helped mask any noise from outside.

Great location

The location couldn't be better for convenience to the gondola and Village restaurants. Once you arrive you won't need your car for your entire stay. The condo is as described, clean and comfortable.

Great Home Base for Introduction to Snow Sports

My wife and our two young kids (2 and 1) stayed in this wonderful condo for a long weekend. The location is the best in Mammoth Lakes for hauling around kids, proximity to nice restaurants, and gondola. We introduced our two year old to skiing and although he could have stayed on the mountain all day, having a spacious and clean condo a ride away was critical. Highly recommend. Additionally, convenient ingress and egress to the building through the Grand Sierra entrance.
