I don't see any record of a pest control report so for next time, know our maintenance is available 24/7 to address any issues that may arise during your stay. Hey Mark - we are glad you enjoyed the stay for the most part. We are sorry you felt the station one complex was dated for your liking and that you could use more lighting. We will see if the owner is willing to add some more lamps as adding ceiling fans/lights is a bit more restrictive with the HOA. We offer the basic linen package for rental, but you can always add extras if you would rather not launder them during your stay with the facilities on site - perhaps that will be a better option next time. Regardless, it seems like overall you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Rudolph, we appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We are saddened to hear you did not enjoy your stay, especially on what's supposed to be a joyous occasion. I see the notes where you notified us of the issues after your checkout. We would've loved the opportunity to remedy all these issues for you, had we been made aware shortly after you arrival. We could have sent a housekeeper to clean, and could've sent a maintenance technician out about the door and toilets. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences your experienced, but hope you'll give us another chance in future! We have many beautiful properties available throughout the year. Tedi, thank you for your feedback from your stay at High Seas. Sorry to hear that the unit did not live up to your expectations. We did not receive any correspondence from you regarding the cleanliness of your unit. If you had any cleanliness issues, you are encouraged to report them so we can correct them. We work very closely with our housekeepers to clean to the highest standard, and the unit was also inspected by tenured staff to ensure it was in great condition. We would have loved the opportunity to send maintenance for that toilet issue had you reported it. Our maintenance staff is available 24/7. We inspected the unit after your stay and the toilet was working fine so it must have been user error. As for your comments about our professional company, the check in and check out are very standard for rentals in this area. We always offer our guests an early check in if their unit is ready early. Most of our units are keyless but since you stayed at Station One a key and pass are required which is why you had to come by the office. We require you to return these since we have guests checking in after who will need to use those keys, and without them we will need to buy new ones for which you'd be charged $75. You called us at 10AM saying you needed more time for checkout because "you had a toddler". We normally do not make such exceptions without a paid late check out but offered you to stay an extra 30 minutes as a courtesy. After an hour and forty five minutes however, you still had not returned the keys or left the unit so we called you to ask. At almost TWO hours past check out time you held up not only our cleaning staff waiting in the parking lot for you to leave, but also the linen provider, maintenance, and our inspecting staff. We did something nice by letting you leave late so it is shocking you believe nearly two hours late was "15 minutes". We look forward to you renting with another rental company on your next visit to Wrightsville Beach. Take care.

The owners have approved adding a SmartTV to the living room as well as new outdoor furniture for the baclony, so there will be some great upgrades the next time you visit! Give us a call before your next trip to Wrightsville Beach and our friendly team of reservationists can work closely with you to find a number of better matches for your desires. High Seas is a wonderful unit and that 8th floor oceanfront view will take your breath away. We are saddened to hear it didn't live up to your expectations despite our very honest advertising of the property on our website. This is certainly one of the more updated units in Station One that we rent with the newer furniture, bedding, and appliances. The linens for this property are delivered by a vendor who has halted bedmaking due to the COVID pandemic - we want to keep our guests as safe as possible and many of them have provided positive feedback on it since they feel better about being in fresh linen that hasn't been touched. We will definitely take your comments down and add to our file to review with the property owners for improvements. Thank you again and hope you will visit again next time.
