Unser Zuhause befindet sich im berüchtigten Hawaiian Inn. Wir befinden uns im Erdgeschoss, was den Ein- und Ausstieg zum Strand einfach macht! Ein weiterer guter Grund, um unser Haus zu buchen, sind die 9 Fuß hohen Decken! Strandwohnungen sind bekannt dafür, gemütlich und kompakt zu sein. Sie werden sich hier nicht so fühlen! Von dem Moment an, an dem Sie ankommen, haben Sie das Gefühl, in einem Hawaii-Strandurlaub zu sein. Wir haben einen schönen Pool am Meer, eine Tiki Bar, Hängematten und Minigolf für Ihren Genuss.

Es gibt nur einen richtigen Weg, um zum berühmtesten Strand der Welt zu fahren und alles zu genießen, was er zu bieten hat. Dies ist die Wahl eines Hotels in Daytona Beach, das direkt am Strand im Herzen von Daytona Beach Shores liegt.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This condo has the best location at the Hawaiian Inn with steps to the pool deck and the beach. The room is exactly as pictured in the photos and was very clean and spacious. My family had a great time and I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean. Nice fluffy towels. Very close access to the pool and beach. Overall very pleased with the rental. The access to the room was a little annoying. You can only get to the condo by walking through the hotel. There were gates close by but didn’t have a key to access. I also wish that the door in the condo going to the outdoor patio/pool was able to be locked from the outside. You can only lock from the inside so if you want to secure the room when you leave out the back door, you have to go through the front door and walk around. Kind of defeats the purpose of the back door. But otherwise, communication with the owner was great and it worked great for us. Will definitely return!

Rough stay, did it’s job but wasn’t pleasant.

Once we finally got the keys out of the jammed lock box we entered the dark dungeon as we call it. It was very dark but clean. Felt very damp. So after unloading all our stuff we went to dinner, came back and the kitchen floor was soaked. Leaking from the ceiling. A towel didn’t cut it so had to used the bowls to catch the water. Contacted landlord and she said Monday it will be taken care of. Which Monday it was taken care of but the whole weekend we had water leaking and bowls everywhere. Turns out the shower had no hot water either so I called the landlord again about that and that wasn’t fixed till about Tuesday night. So Friday Saturday Sunday Monday had to take freezing cold showers. No light at all in the bedroom area so the bathroom light was the only light we had. So picture this dark room, leaking ceiling and no hot water. The whole place felt wet and cold and dark just musty all around. We ended up leaving 5 days early and calling it a wash. Nothing was really the landlords fault but the Hawaiian inn in general is definitely a dump and I’d never stay there again, even if they remodeled. I even went to the front desk and ask about the hot water and they just pushed it all on the owner of the room.

Corey you told me about the AC on Sunday afternoon and I had someone come to fix this immediately on Monday morning. You never mentioned it had been going on since you arrived. The lockbox is 6 months old and works great…perhaps operator error? In regards to the hot water when i arrived to check it the water was hot. Perhaps you wanted it scolding? We did adjust the temperature gauge on the valve to allow it to be hotter for those guests that prefer it. In regards to the lights…we have several lamps throughout the condo, a ceiling fan with a light and a very large window in both rooms so I’m not sure why it would be so dark for you.

Ok for a last minute trip

The place was very dusty as if nobody had been in the unit for some time. With COVID going on and them reopening you would assume someone would go in there to wipe everything down. Even the toilet was dusty. The patio had napkins and cigarettes all over the floor which we had to push to a corner. Again, someone should have gone by there to check the unit out and take care of the last minute cleanup which really wasn't much, but enough to make a first bad impression. In the description it states there's an oven which I brought just a couple of things to throw in there for my kids to snack on and to my surprise there was no oven. I mentioned this to the property manager and she didn't even acknowledge that. False advertising! And just so you know for the hand soap in the bathroom, it is Dawn dishwashing soap which is the same soap they have in the kitchen. It seems as though this owner is very cheap. There is hand soap that you can get for a dollar at the dollar store for goodness sake. There was a unit that I was actually looking at further down right before this one that was a $100 more and it was a bigger space and had 2 bathrooms but I wanted to try ground floor for once since it was by the pool. Once I stayed the first night, I realized I made a bad decision with all the banging, slamming of doors, and walls are paper thin I could here the 3 women's conversation next door. Again for a last minute stay it's ok.

I spoke to you only a couple hours before you were to arrive and told you that you were our first guests after the shut down which you were ok with as we were limiting guest interaction. When we spoke on the phone you asked if we had an oven and I told you we had a microwave and a cooktop before I accepted your reservation. I very specifically told you we did not have an oven and I would not accept your reservation if this was a problem for you. When you arrived you told me someone had taken our patio chair to the pool. Being on the ground floor we sometimes have other guests use our furniture if no one is there. In regards to the soap I prefer the antibacterial Dawn soap and it’s actually not cheaper than $1 store hand soap. If it works on the dishes you eat off, wouldn’t it be great for your hands? After you arrived you added another day to your stay so I’m not sure why you’d do that if you weren’t having a great time.

Overpriced unit with annoying noise issues!

Loved that the unit was first floor which was very nice for my handicapped husband but, hated that every night starting around 9pm there was a humming noise that came through the bedroom wall and did not stop until around 9am. I brought the noise issue to the attention of the front desk of this resort along with the Realtor who has it listed but, the issue was not correct nor was I offered a partial refund of the monies I paid to stay in this unit for five nights or any other type of compensation. Also there is No TV in the bedroom. There was Black Mold on the ceiling in the bedroom closet which the realtor did send someone out the next day to clean after I reported it. Problem there was I was told someone would be there between 11am to 1pm. After a 2 1/2 hour no show as I wasted part of my vacation day waiting on the clean up person I left the unit at 1:30pm and returned around 4pm. While I was out of the unit a clean up person let their self into the unit and cleaned the black mold. Did not like the fact that someone went in while I was gone. There was also black mold in the door facing from the bedroom into the living room but I did not see it until the night before we departed. All of this explains why my husband ended up with a Respiratory infection while we was there and had to contact his medical doctor to call him in scripts. I did message the realtor about the finding of additional black mold, and sent pics & videos on everything. NO REPLY……

Kathy you were here during the cheerleading event and the price reflected that. The sound was a breaker and it’s been changed out and is no longer making noise. There had been a leak from the owners unit upstairs and it was taken care of. We spoke numerous times and I addressed your concerns immediately. While I wish there were none we were quick to handle them when you made me aware of them.

The pictures were deceiving . I felt unsafe in the location. And the online didn’t show anything on the outside. There was a broken window holes in the door and a crack in the top of the door when it closed. Just wasn’t a place I would stay.

Great location

The condo is right by the kiddie pool and big pool - fantastic for my young kids! It also isn't far from the steps down to the beach. :) The condo is on the first floor, so some foot and vehicle traffic noise is to be expected. A working ceiling fan or some type of box fan in the bedroom to block out the noise at night would go a long way. Alicia was quick to respond prior to check in, but when I messaged the next morning about the overhead light and ceiling fan in the bedroom not working, I received no response. I also sent her the requested info upon check out. No response. The condo was clean and the pictures accurately reflect the property. Overall, a good stay.

The pictures represent the condo to a T. We felt that for an older condo is has modern feel. The option to walk out of your room to the pool to the ocean great! walking up and down the beach you dont see any other condos that have this view and set up. The pool is large, the Tiki bar is unique bonus. There in no hot tub but there is a kiddie pool which is great for families. There are plenty of chairs, grounds are kept clean and there is security to keep the partying at a good level.

Everything was wonderful. It is our favorite place to stay. Our property manager or owner is awesome

The owner answered every question we had. We love everything about our stay. Our granddaughter was on cloud nine. And cried when we left.
