The complex is great. Great pool and beach access. Condo was clean, well stocked and nice large balcony. Host was communicative, a bit of a pain to have to go and pick up the key from another location but it wasn’t too far away.

Everything was fine until the Hurricane was forecasted. The mandatory evacuation was ok but trying to get cleared to return was nightmare! The process to get the condo approved for renters to return to condo very long! When we attempted to speak with a representative was impossible.Only communication was receiving their emails. Finally on Oct 13 we did reach a representative and she was super helpful in getting us back into facility.
