Villa Charm ist ein wunderschönes Haus im südlichen Stil im ruhigen Wohnviertel North End von Tybee Island, das von Familiengruppen oder verantwortlichen Erwachsenen über 25 Jahren gemietet werden kann. Villa Charm ist eine neue Ferienwohnung, die ab Neujahr 2019 vermietet werden kann. Die Villa Charm befindet sich neben der von ihrer Schwester gespiegelten Villa Palms. Es gibt 4 große Schlafzimmer mit 4. 5 Bädern in diesem Haus. Drei dieser Schlafzimmer sind jeweils Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und eigenem Balkon. Dieses Haus ist haustierfreundlich und der Zugang zum Strand ist nur 500 m entfernt.

Die Haupteinstiegsebene der Villa Charm ist ein offener Grundriss des großen Wohnbereichs sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Essbereich. Die Küche verfügt über einen Doppeleinbauofen, einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Der Wohnbereich umfasst einen großen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, 2 Sofas und 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 und 3 zusätzliche Sitzplätze im Vorbereitungsbereich der Kücheninsel.

Eines der Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Rückseite dieser Eingangsebene und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Badewanne mit Löwenfüßen sowie einen eigenen Balkon. Die Haupteingangsstufe zu diesem Haus umfasst auch einen Waschraum mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner sowie ein WC auf dem Flur.

In der obersten Etage befinden sich die beiden anderen Hauptschlafzimmer mit privaten begehbaren Duschen und Klauenfußwannen sowie ein viertes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Badezimmer auf der anderen Seite des Flurs. Diese Etage verfügt über eine speziell angefertigte Wet Bar mit Flachbildfernseher und eine Queensize-Schlafcouch. Drei Hauptschlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player. Die Haupteingangs- und die oberste Etage verfügen jeweils über separate Klimaanlagen und programmierbare Thermostate.

Die Garage bietet ausreichend Platz zum Parken. In der Einfahrt und unter dem Carport gibt es zusätzlichen Platz zum Parken von Fahrzeugen mit mehr als 2 Stellplätzen.

Dieses Haus hat WIFI, Gasgrill und viel Platz auf der Veranda, um sich zurückzulehnen und zu entspannen.

The house was nice, with good open areas for socializing and comfortable bedrooms. The owner was very communicative about the check in/out process and some minor maintenance that occurred while we were there. Our stay was great. Anthony was very attentive to our needs and a great host. We were there for our family reunion and decided to make it a week vacation for the kids. Very well stocked house. Super clean and had a little something for all cleaning needs. Super close to the beach and every activity was about one mile from the house. Loved the multiple Master bedroom suites and provided separate space for the kids. Would rent again.

We recently stayed at this beautiful house on Tybee Island, and it was absolutely amazing. The house was located in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The house itself was perfect. It was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The host was also wonderful. He was very responsive to our questions and requests, and he made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. A Gem!

Rain or shine, this place was a fantastic stay. Though it rained for most of our trip, the home provided ample space for us to hang out and relax. The porches on every floor allowed for a great time to sit out and feel the breeze or listen to the rain. Situated in the perfect part of Tybee Island, the short walk to the beach over the boardwalk was perfect. The entire house was so clean and homelike. Tony was excellent throughout the whole rental process and answered questions quickly. This is by far one of the best rental experiences I've had!

Nice clean large house with plenty of space

This is a true VRBO, Tony the owner is your point of contact and he takes good care of you. If you need anything from him he lives nearby. We were two families with 4 kids in the 12-14 range and had plenty of space. The 3 bedrooms with king beds were very large and had large bathrooms as well. The bunkbed room was a little smaller and the bathroom was across the hall but still worked fine. There is also a sitting room with couch and TV just outside the bunk room. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. The location is very close to a beach access point but this is the river side of the beach. If you want to be on the actual Atlantic you need to drive or take a very long walk. However, Tony provides a parking pass so you can park anywhere on the island without having to pay. A very nice bonus! There were also beach chairs in the garage, along with a second fridge that we used to keep all of our drinks cold.

Great beach home in a great location

The home was immaculate and just beautiful. We had family from several states meet here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was no problem as there was plenty of pots and pans, and silverware, etc., as the house was well stocked with anything you would need. We walked in to a very clean home with fresh flowers, toiletries, and even dog bones for our pet. It’s a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the beach. The owner, Tony, is an incredibly nice person and a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely see if this home is available during our next trip as we would rent with Tony again.

We came to Tybee Island for my son's graduation from SCAD. We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities of home. Highly recommend this property. Tony, is very attentive and responsive. The freezer was installed the day we got there and it had not yet made ice. Tony showed up with two large bags of ice and then again a few days later he showed up with more! Property is as pictured and Taybee is better than we imagined! We will be back.

Beach week

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. We had a great week. the house was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the large beach where we saw dolphins every day. We spent an evening in Savanah, which is very cool town. My only disappointment was that this beach is not on the ocean. I enjoy playing in the waves and body surfing. this beach is on the Savanah river, where it meets the Atlantic...you would need to travel further into the Island to experience the ocean.

Excellent!

Our family (coming from 3 states) had an amazing stay. The location can’t be beat… the beach is on the quieter/less crowded side of Tybee- which fit our needs. We could go back and forth from the house throughout the day as needed. The house itself is nice, clean, and stocked with all the tools for a great stay (kitchen fully stocked- perfect for a group that plans to cook). Also perfect for our dog! And the host is very communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. Check in and out were a breeze! Highly recommended.

This property was built in 2007, was a lightly used vacation home for two previous owners. This home was a mirrored build to my home next door, built at the same time. I purchased this property in late 2018 and it has just become available as a vacation rental the week after Christmas 2018.
