This bright and sunny home located half a block from the beach is the perfect place for your family to enjoy everything South Tybee has to offer. The owners have upgraded the home with your comfort in mind. The 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom house features a large open living space and two decks. The upper deck runs the whole length of the second floor with two sitting areas and unmatched sea breezes. It is our favorite space, great for catching up with friends and family or just listening to the waves while watching the sunset.

Spend your days relaxing on South Beach, located where the Ocean meets the Back River. The shifting tides reveal expansive beaches and tidal pools great for smaller kids, or venture into the ocean (which is warm all summer) and discover what it means to be Knee Deep in Paradise.

A true home away from home, this quiet location is just a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Come enjoy, you just might find your own kind of paradise.

We loved staying here. It was our first vacation in tybee Island and it was walkable to everything we could have wanted. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were wonderful and they thought of everything in the house to make it feel like home. It was great for our little one, he was 2.5 at the time.

This is a great spot on the south end. Beach access on 18th street is just a few steps away and it is not a long ramp to cross over to get to the beach. The place was clean and had plenty of space on the decks to relax on. Hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had good driving directions and there were no hiccups getting into their home. Great reviews in a notebook by the sofa on places to go and what to expect from each of the restaurants. Very short walking distance to 16th street where all the shops are. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. You will not go wrong renting this place for a vacation get away.

This lovely, clean, comfortable condo was PERFECT for our multi-generational vacation. There was plenty of room inside and out and so very close to the beach. The hosts were communicative and helpful as well.

We loved this place! It was clean, well equipped/stocked, very well-kept, and a great location! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, nice large kitchen and dining space. The master suite was great! The main floor was open and roomy. The parking was a bit difficult (a large/long vehicle would be a challenge - the bushes/shrubs are a bit in the way), but not a deterrent, by any means! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful memorial day weekend for the whole family. Everything perfect with house checkin to checkout. Even extended our stay one night at very reasonable price. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Tybee island very relaxing atmosphere too. Great guest book with excellent recommendations. Will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to tybee!

The house is very spacious and furnished with everything you could need. Having multiple tables and seating areas allowed lots of spreading out for playing games, building puzzles, reading, and eating. The location was the nicest surprise, being just 3-4 minutes from the sand. You could also quickly walk to restaurants and shops. The host cares about their guests having a good time.

Fantastic rental! There was plenty of room for all ten of us. Just steps from the beach and bars and restaurants. The house is well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Extra points for the awesome beach shower downstairs; this was huge with the kids. Highly recommend!

Great beach getaway!

The property was spacious and comfortable and a short walk to the beach, which was wonderful. It had lots of light, comfortable couches, and decks with tables on main and upper level to enjoy eating and talking outside. The kitchen is pretty fully outfitted if you want to cook, two large tables inside to eat. The beds are very comfortable. We had a great stay and the beach house is well appointed.

Great location

This is a great house in a great location. We could walk to the beach and in town in just a few minutes. The house was large enough for our family of 7 with plenty of space to all be together in the living room and also space for a puzzle to be worked on in the dining room while still having room to eat around the kitchen table together. We enjoyed every minute of our family time on Tybee Island.

Excellent location and beach house

Fantastic location. About two blocks from the 18th st beach access. It is less crowded on this area of the beach than locations closer to the pier, and still within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and stores. The hosts were responsive and the home was comfortable and clean. A great option for vacationing in Tybee.
