Location good for us visiting family to see the grandchildren. Biggest problem rained every day having to pick nonrain time for beach time and time with grandchildren. When we arrived,there had been some remodeling and unit was left a mess from the contractor who was suspposed to clean up, but host jumped on it and had excellent cleaning service immediately who were friendly and did a great job. Other people came quickly and made sure all was put back in order and everything working. The highlight of this unit is the top floor master bedroom balcony where you could sit rain or shine and see the ocean and enjoy early morning coffee, evening drinks. Bed was also very comfortable for very worn out grandparents. Garage a great benefit during all the rain. End unit, very private. Quiet. All the people we saw staying in this facility were friendly and cordial as they passed by us sitting on our balcony while we watched nature at her finest. Our hardest problem was climbing the stairs but was our problem due to our ages and disabilities. I would endure that again for another short stay to get to sit on the bedroom balcony. The real key to this stay is the host being accountable to get us help quickly when we needed some. Very. Quick and efficient. I would book again even though we can only come once a year.

The location is excellent adn the area was great. The unit is at the end of the row of townhomes next to the beach walkover. Having a garage was nice too. The certain parts of the townhome are a bit dated and has some minor age issues like squeaky floorboards on the 2nd floor under the carpet in the master bedroom. The place was clean and the manager was easy to deal with before and during our stay.

Fantastic Family Fun

What a great way to kick off summer break. Great condo right on the beach, very functional for a young family. Proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops made for a great week away. Walking out the back door to the beach was fantastic.

Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed at After Dune Delight while visiting our son who lives in St. Augustine. It fit our needs perfectly. It was exactly as described in the listing. Our favorite part was the beach access - not even a five minute walk from the back patio. We look forward to staying here again soon! Lisa W.

Great place. Exactky what we expected

Love the property. Hurricane Milton had other plans for us. We left on Tuesday morning. It was my understanding that a mandatory evacuation was ordered later that day. I would hope that some part of our vacation will be refunded.

Great location, just needs a little refreshing

My wife and our toddler spent four nights here in mid-September. Overall, it was a good stay in a safe location. Positives: You are adjacent to a fun mini golf course and within a 5 minute drive of several amazing restaurants. The unit is right next to the boardwalk out to the beach so you literally cant get any closer to the beach than this unit. The king bed was a very comfy memory foam mattress and there was plenty of closet space. Also, there were tons of towels which is very handy with a toddler. The cable and WiFi were not working when we got there, but one call to the rental company had them up by the second day and the wifi was indeed fast. Less than positives: The garage door does not have a remote, so one person had to get out in the rain every time we came or went from the condo. The living room couch and upstairs patio furniture were ok, but definitely in the twilight of their lifetimes.

Paradise on the ocean

We loved the turtles on the dunes and the beach was perfect. Waves were great for boogie boarding.

Easy beach access

This is a great location, only steps from the beach. The view from the upper floor balcony is great and there's food, mini golf, other amenities within walking distance. The pools are also great for cooling off in the midday heat. Great property, very easy checkin and relaxing stay.

Family Vacay

Wonderful as always! Place was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds/sheets/pillows. Only issue was the back door sticks some as the track probably needs oil and the carpet in the living room slips if you step wrong. Had to be extra careful. Otherwise would def stay again.

Great location!

Overall - we were pleased with this property. Location is great, not far from any of the best restaurants nor from old town. We LOVED being right next to the beach access. Made it very convenient to get our stuff too and from the beach. Amenities were also good. Property included more than enough linens! Would stay again!

Just what we were hoping for!

We loved everything about this property. It is our favorite of 4 different condos we've stayed at in the St. Augustine/Jax Beach area in the last 6 years. Perfect location. We loved that unit 8 was right next to the boardwalk to the beach and we liked the use of the garage. Plenty of storage. Spacious rooms. Appliances were clean and in good working order. Previous posts had said something about needing some updates. But that must have happened recently. Nice, new berber carpets. We had everything we needed to make it a perfect vacation. Among other amenities, we rented this one because of the table for 6, so we could enjoy having local family visit us for the day. The property manager, Anna, was easy to contact. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful views right on the beach!

Check-in was very simple and Anna was very responsive during our stay. The home itself was in great, clean condition and we had no issues with any of the amenities. The location could not be better being steps from the beach and minutes from restaurants. The views from the patio and balcony were perfect for a morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We would stay here again and recommend this place anyone else!
