Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shhhhh, Lae Nani is such a beautiful and somewhat private property, we want to keep it an exclusive secret. I appreciate the gated access, the impeccable grounds, the ocean views, access and keiki protected enclosure. Walkable to great dining and shopping. Each unit is unique to its owner’s design. I especially like a second bathroom to even the one bedrooms. We have this property on repeat!

The property was beautiful next to the lava lava restaurant was fun!!! communication excellent cleanliness excellentThe master bedroom shower was a little low for us, and it was hard to take a nice shower due to the lack of enough hot water but we made it work lol We didn’t realize there was no air conditioning, but we were still very comfortable. There was enough fan throughout the condo we would definitely rent from this host again love the secluded beach view and the condo very quiet place

Beautiful location

The proximity to both the north and south shores is perfect. The scenery from the window is a beautiful bay with sandy beach and a tide pool, lovely grounds and swaying palm trees. The property managers were great to work with. Loved our stay.

Great Spot!

This lovation was perfect! The beach on the property was great to hang out and swim. It's in walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The lanai overlooking the water was a great place to hang out as well! Truly enjoyed our time here!

beautiful view and convenient

We absolutely loved our stay here. They ocean view from the room is hard to beat, as is the comfort of the unit and complex. We had absolutely everything we needed to cook, go to the beach, and so on, and the walkable proximity to restaurants was fantastic. The management company was accessible, communicative and accommodating. We hope to be back soon.

Anniversary Celebration

This is our second trip to Kapa a, but first at Lae Nani. The property was a bit dated but clean, great location, comfortable king bed, perfectly located between the north, south, and west side. Local shops made shopping a breeze. This one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. Lord willing, we will be back.

This condo was an awesome place to stay. Ocean front, heard the crashing waves, lots of space. Loved the location. Only issue is that I don't remember reading that it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We didn't need one, stairs are fine, but for others it could have been a problem.
