Not what the listing stated when booked
When booking this property it didn't say that it was under construction until the morning before our arrival but if it was in the listing we would of not booked this stay as it was not worth the money I payed 🤬
When we arrived we found tarping on the sailing in the master bedroom & in wardrobe which was not stated
The cloths drying dail keeped coming of when in use which had to use due to bad weather.
The master bed middle beam was broken on arrival.
Bathroom door need to be upgraded due to privacy reasons.
The master bedroom door onto balcony only open a little due to poor maintenance so need to be looked at
In the listing states that you can park your car in the garage provided due to little to no parking which I totally disagree as we couldn't not fit the car into it.
Everything else was alright but we will not stay here again.

The complex is not under construction, but is undergoing repairs due to the unprecedented hail storm that affected our community last year. Your feedback is important and we will discuss with the owners on ways we can be more clear. We have taken every possible opportunity to ensure that inside the unit there is no interruption that will affect our guests whatsoever. We will look into your other reports urgently - we have never received a report from anyone about the garage being too small before. When you say the bathroom door needs upgrading can you be more specific and we can get this attended to? We really do appreciate your feedback and we hope that you enjoyed your stay in Sunny Sawtell.

Had a pleasant few days. Place was clean, comfortable, good kitchen etc. Only issue (not with the owners) was that the RE did not give a heads up that scaffold surrounded the building until not long before our arrival. Made the inside darker and access from one entry difficult. No mention or rental adjustment, thought that was an average effort by the property managers. Again place was nice enough.

Emailed wrong check in info, when contacted real estate took over an hour for them to call back and give us Wrong info again. When we finally had keys, the locks were INCREDIBLY hard to use, upstairs patio lightshade broken and glass everywhere, hand towels were damp and obviously hadn't been replaced after prior guests. There was a kettle but not even the small courtesy of teabags etc.Overall the place was serviceable, but we won't be back and wouldn't recommend to friends.

Stay at Banksia
The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was ridiculously small and any average height person would have to adjust the shower head to it's maximum height in order to get 'under' the water coming out.
If I was staying longer or spending more time in the unit I would not choose it again as it was quiet confined due to no view at all.
Overall it was okay for what we needed, as we spent very little time in the unit.

Restful, quiet, 3mins to the village, beautiful bush views from downstairs and up, just over the dune to the beach, well equipped kitchen (a doz mugs, plates, glasses, cutlery - so the dishwasher is properly usable).

We loved our stay, the location right by the beach is perfect, there plenty of swimming options in walking distance. It's such a quiet and peaceful street. The house is spacious and has comfortable beds and lounges. It had everything we needed. It was dusty in patches, like there hasn't been anywhere there in awhile. We probably made it worse bringing sand in. The vacuum there was super efficient so it wasn't an issue.

Coffs Harbour Break-away
Being pensioners we were looking for a place that offered value for money and this property didn't let us down. Ideally located, we couldn't fault its location with close proximity to Coffs and of course the lovely Sawtell. If any negatives, they would be that the unit was or could have been better maintained. We vacuumed floor quickly on arrival, had to wipe around sink area and I had to stand on a chair to replace light globe in second toilet. I consider these as not issues but just our own touches to make ourselves more comfortable. Summing up, this property was fantastic value for your money, ample room with good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Had everything you need and more with a lovely quiet location and really nice residents living in the other units. If you are looking for a place that represents good value for money, really recommend this place, we enjoyed it.

Perfect for a family who loves the beach!
This was perfect for our family, we loved it.
The bush outlook was private and the black cockatoos that visit each day were amazing! The beach was so close it was terrific.
The property has had a recent renovation to some parts which look great and it was lovely and clean with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Dirty and poorly maintained
I purchased this 6 months ago for oztag as the other property I had booked was sold. The most disappointing stay I have ha. The house was dirty, full of bugs and spiders, cockroaches. Spiders in every corner of the bathroom floors indicating it has not been washed in a very long time. The cupboards had cobwebs in them the draws were filthy and never cleaned. Doors don’t slide on top varanda or windows. No air con. Doors on second bedroom don slide. Then there was the bbq which had grease and rat feaceas on it and would be unable to use. Very disappointing and won’t be back.

Hi Sue. I am disappointed that you did not raise all of these issues whilst you were here. I had the cleaner attend immediately when you discovered that there was some animal poo on the outdoor BBQ. If I had been aware of the other issues I would have had her attend to all of these. I appreciate your feedback and will be raising this with the cleaner.
Regarding the lack of air conditioning, the property is not advertised as having air conditioning. The sea breezes that blow through, particularly on hot days,are quite pleasant.
With the windows & doors, I will notify strata about these. Again thank you for letting me know.
