Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Pool von Village Walk Phase 1 jetzt beheizt ist!
Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie sich in Jacks Strandhaus! In dem Moment, in dem Sie dieses Haus betreten, werden Sie sich wie im Urlaub fühlen. Helle, lustige Farben und natürliches Licht heißen Sie willkommen. Der Grundriss wurde entworfen, um Ihnen großartige Räume zum Genießen Ihrer Zeit zu bieten. Das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und das Esszimmer sind der perfekte Treffpunkt für ein Familienessen und sogar einen Filmabend mit einem schönen Flachbildfernseher. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen für große Familien. Die Master-Suite befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und die zweite Etage mit einer zweiten Master-Suite. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und einen Fernseher. Der zweite Meister schließt einen König zusammen mit einem privaten Bad ein. Das Haus bietet viele Extras wie eine geräumige Terrasse mit 8 Schaukelstühlen, um die ruhigen Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause sind hier. Planen Sie vor der Reise nach Port Aransas / Village Walk die korrekte Anzahl der von Ihnen gefahrenen Fahrzeuge gemäß den folgenden Regeln:
1) Jack's Place VW7 bietet 3 gepflasterte Parkplätze, 2 in der Einfahrt und 1 in der Garage. Wenn Sie einen Golfwagen mieten, gibt es einen kleinen Seitenplatz für den Wagen.
 
2) Parkanhänger werden von Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals zur Verfügung gestellt.
 
3) Alle Fahrzeuge müssen in der Einfahrt des VW 7 geparkt sein. Kein Parken an der Straße, kein Parken in den roten Zonen und kein Parken in anderen Village Walk-Auffahrten
 
4) Im Village Walk sind keine Boote, Anhänger, Busse oder Wohnmobile gestattet
 
5) Das Abschleppen wird strikt durchgesetzt

Love Jacks Place!

Really enjoyed our stay with the large living/dining area that seats everyone. Very nice accommodations all the way around. Great stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, and beautiful open upper deck for sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spring Break mini trip

Jack’s place was wonderful. We went for 3 nights at the beginning of Spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone, the decor was lovely and the house was very clean. You can tell your management company is doing a great job. Thank you for having us as your guests. It was a pleasure and I will highly recommend Jack’s Place!

Great stay!

Great place to stay! Roomy, clean, lovely walking path to the pool, and beach was a quick drive down the road. Pool was about 4 homes away which was great! There was road noise from the traffic along the road. And the dumpster was a 30 second walk, which was great but we woke up to the garbage truck picking up trash early in the morning. Both things were minor, and I still give this place 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the upstairs balcony with rockers. Only negative would be parking. We had 3 vehicles and a golf cart and driveway only had space for 2 (garage not available for use). Parking along the side of the house was first come first serve for whole community 😔

We were so fortunate that it was a mosquito free weekend and we could enjoy the porch upstairs. I would stay here again for sure. The only con is the pool situation, two small pools for this big of a community like this is hard, The pool was murky and crowded. It takes nothing away from our visit though- we loved the beach!

Beautiful place to stay

The place was exactly as listed and the pictures, Beautifuly decorated and spacious. I like that Every room had its own bathroom. When we arrived the cleaning service did not leave any paper towels, so I called the propert mgr and they immediately brought them out. I will Say the floors were still a bit dirty in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms when we arrived. We did have issues with parking. I think because it was during spring break people were parking in our driveway so we werent able to park Our own vehicles at our rental. Which was very frustrating.. other that I would definitely stay at Jacks place again.

Big open gathering place

We loved the layout of the home. I give everything 5 stars but the total stay was not that great. Our ac would not work. The ac company that came said the owners had a lock on a set schedule . It was set at 75! So hot! But they (portaescapes) quickly tried to help us fix it and bought a portable ac to help with the situation..items in the kitchen are not that great. Need some new pots and things. We did not have a canopener , potato mashers,potato peeler or a wine opener . Bare minimum. But over all we had a great time. We really enjoyed the upstairs rocking area.

Very comfortable for our party of 7. Clean, great location, and plenty of natural light. Grill was dirty when we got there, and entrance and exit layout is less than ideal. Overall very nice place, though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another wonderful stay at Jack's Place! This lovely house was immaculate and fully stocked and equipped. Plenty of room for our extended family. Love the upstairs balcony with rocking chairs. Just a short drive to the beach. Only small problem was there are now only 2 dedicated parking spaces for this house, so parking for 3 cars can be challenging. The property management company was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries. Would stay here again without hesitation and would definitely recommend to a friend! THANK YOU!

Plenty of space for everyone and the gathering area in the kitchen was perfect for morning breakfast and dinner.We will definitely come back to stay here.

Excellent Property

The property was beautiful, it was very close to the beach, driving distance is 10 min. The only thing is that this property does not include golf cart access, which would be nice. We would consider staying here again.
