Schöne ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad Golf Villa Eigentumswohnung in Green im Lely Resort Bereich. Zur Ausstattung gehören Golf-Privilegien Mai bis Oktober an der Lely Mustang Island und Lely Flamingo Island Golfplätze, Tennis, Schwimmen, und Zugang zu den Players Club Spa für Gäste, die für eine oder mehrere volle Monate zu mieten.

Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 7 Tage vom 1. Mai bis zum 31. Dezember.
Mindestmietdauer vom 1. Januar bis 30. April ist nur für volle Kalendermonatszeiträume. Players Club Spa für Gäste, die für eine oder mehrere volle Monate zu mieten.

Rentals Preise sind für maximal 6 Personen. Zwei zusätzliche Gäste unter 12 Jahren erlaubt werden, mit einem $ 50 pro Kind pro Nacht Aufpreis. Maximale Anzahl von Menschen, um Wohnung zu mieten erlaubt ist insgesamt 8 Personen - 6 Personen plus 2 Kinder unter 12 Jahren.

Zusätzlich zu den wöchentlichen oder monatlichen Mietgebühren werden den Gästen eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 USD, eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 120 USD sowie eine Tourismussteuer in Höhe von 11% (5% Tourismussteuer in Collier County plus eine Tourismussteuer in Höhe von 6%) erhoben.

Great Condo

We had a great time this February. Condo was only steps from the pool and we could walk to Sam Sneeds at the Lely Golf Resort Golf Clubhouse. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great condo and great location!

We enjoyed our say at the greenlinks complex. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids to stay. The location is excellent - right close to the clubhouse for golf, just steps from a pool and hot tub, and an easy drive to downtown Naples and the beach. We hope to return in the future!

Time to update

We felt the property was badly in need of an update to the decor and the furnishings. In general, it was quite dated. The pictures did not adequately represent the condition of the condo. The owners were very responsive to any issues we had, and their handyman was excellent in his response time and handling of our needs.

Hi Bill, We are deeply disappointed with your review. We pride ourselves on making our condo a home for people to enjoy. Greenlinks is a fun place to come to. All of the infrastructure of our condo have been replaced and we make sure that is all good. We found a men’s or women’s Depends type pad in the Master toilet. It backed the toilet up after you left. I hope you have a very nice summer.

A Perfect Resort Getaway in a Golf Course Community!

I can't say enough about our stay at Bob and Jan's condo at Lely Resort. It was absolutely perfect. The condo is very spacious with three bedrooms, many amenities, and very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the lanai which overlooks the pond with a beautiful fountain. It was very relaxing. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable so we always got a great night's sleep. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including a 12 pack of Keurig Coffee, regular coffee, and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. Not only did the bathrooms have the shampoo and soap, but I loved the makeup remover cloths and the aloe vera gel provided in case of sunburn. There were plenty of towels and lots of closet space. We took advantage of the free golf at the Mustang and Flamingo courses and had an amazing time. The vouchers were easy to use and the staff at the Pro Shop was very friendly and helpful. We golfed all three days. After one round, we sat on the patio of Sam Snead's Restaurant overlooking the golf course and enjoyed a delicious lunch. My husband had the Grouper Sandwich and I had the Fish and Chips which were both wonderful. On our own, we had the opportunity to play The Classics golf course which is a private club. It was very beautiful and pristine; and lady friendly too. I wish we had the chance to use the pool at Greenlinks and The Players Club and Spa, but we just didn't have time with all the golf we played. We will definitely take advantage of that next time. I highly recommend staying at Bob and Jan's condo anytime you're in Naples.

Naples Winter Vacation

This property was clean and roomy and had access to many accommodations. Tennis and Pickle ball courts were close and we had access to a pool. This property was quiet and comfortable and away from the bustle of Naples. It was an easy drive to get to the city. Beautiful community and area. Would definately recommend staying here!

The stay was great,everything was as shown in photos. The unit was clean and well stocked. Washer dryer great to dry swim wear. The pool was nice and beach chairs and toys were a plus. I would recommend the hosts to other families visiting Florida.

Wonderful condo. We had a great time!

The condo was everything we had hoped for and more. The Players Cub was an added bonus and we spent a lot of time there. The pool at Greenlinks is very nice also. We would definitely like to come back.

Great Christmas in Naples

The apartment is very quiet, very comfortable, well furnished and in a resort with plenty of options. Grocery stores and other shops are nearby. The beach is a short drive away and the water on the Gulf was amazing even at the end of winter. We had an amazing time, thank you.

Outstanding, comfortable condo in fantastic part of Naples, FL

My wife & I spent a week in the condo in Lely Resort. The place was incredibly well-equipped and comfortable! Absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo or the area. It is clean and easily accessible not far from I-75 in Naples. The condo itself had 4 TV's, overhead fans in the bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen, pleasant furniture, and lots of storage area. Everything was clean! And everything at the condo was at least up to (or more than) our expectations after seeing the facilities online. Everything work well and was well-maintained. The condo was just a few steps from the beautiful pool area where we spent a lot of time. It's also only a 15-minute drive to Naples Pier and the area of Naples along 5th Avenue and 3rd Street, the heart of the shopping and outside eating area of Naples. Naples Beach is fantastic! White sand, warm and clear water. About anything you'd ever want to eat is available within 15-20 minutes. Our favorites were Fujiyama, Sam Snead's (only 2 minutes from the condo), Michaelbob's BBQ, and Pinchers. The Everglades are within an hour's drive. We'd love to return to this amazing area in the future. Fantastic condo in a wonderful location!!!

A Great Experience at Lely Resort!

My wife and I celebrated our first year anniversary & wanted to make the occasion very special. We decided we wanted to stay close to the Marco Island & Naples beaches instead of beaches in Miami or West Palm; we are very glad that we chose to stay at this resort condo near Naples. The condo is laid out very nicely, is large, but has a cozy Florida feel. The master bedroom suite is awesome, the mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on; we woke up fresh every morning. The condo was very clean & everything in working order. The resort is quiet & beautifully landscaped. You can walk to the pool & tennis courts within 1-2 minutes. The view from the lenai overlooks a pond with fountains that display color at night (fountains are turned off around 10pm). It's a 15-25 minute drive to either Marco Island beaches or Naples beaches. We found it to be great shelling at Tigertail beach. We visited South Beach & Tigertail beaches on Marco Island & in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Naples Beach, & Delnor-Wiggins State Beach. We liked the option of visiting different beaches. Great restaurants available close to the beaches. Old Naples is a fantastic place to spend the evening after being on the beach all day. There is a great restaurant right next to the resort called Sam Snead’s. We enjoyed a 4 hour dining experience sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course. Our waiter was attentive & the food excellent. It’s nice to know that there are beach chairs, beach umbrella, & tennis rackets in the condo for renters use! It's less than 45 minutes to the Fort Myers airport, making it very convenient. We will definitely come back, we could see spending the winter here. We visited in May of 2016, during our stay, Cleveland Ohio had the ground covered with snow!

Wonderful Place to stay in Naples!

We had such a wonderful time at Greenlinks, Lely Resort! The resort had so much to offer, something for everyone and an ideal location. Located just 7 miles to Marco Island and about 7 miles to downtown Naples and straight down 5th ave a bit further to Naples beach. The Players Club gave the feeling of being on a Tropical Island with a great Spa and World Class Gym as well as Tiki Bar /Restaurant. Jan and Bob's condo was very comfortable, very well appointed and very clean with everything available to make you feel at home! Can't wait to return next Feb!
