Unser Haus ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bad und bietet Platz für 6 Personen bequem. Die 3-Schlafzimmer-Einheit verfügt über einen besonders großen Wohnbereich und einen Balkonblick. Dieses Gerät wurde komplett mit neuen Möbeln, Teppich, Beleuchtung, Bettwäsche und wunderschönem Küsten-Dekor aktualisiert und ist brandneu auf dem Mietmarkt. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kingsize-Betten. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem WLAN, neue HD-Smart-TVs und Sonos-Lautsprecher. Bay Harbor ist eine kleine, ruhige, private Gated Community mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem großen beheizten / gekühlten Pool, einem Whirlpool / Spa, Tennisplätzen, einem Clubhaus mit großem Fitnesscenter und Gasgrills im Clubhaus.

Islamorada ist die "Sportfischerhauptstadt der Welt" mit Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Mahi-Mahi, Segelfisch und Schwertfisch in den Gewässern um Islamorada. Viele Angelcharter sind immer verfügbar.

Es besteht ein direkter Zugang zur Bucht und ein schneller Zugang zum Meer über die Brücken von Kanal zwei und Kanal fünf. We didn’t want to leave!

My wife and our 4 kids enjoyed 2 weeks here and had the best time! Home was beautifully decorated and a great location to explore up and down the Keys. At the same time, there were several days that we enjoyed just relaxing at the condo and taking in the views and amenities. Spent time at the courts, pool and gym, rented a boat for several days to do some fishing, snorkeling, and anchored by a beach near the property to relax. Kim does a great job providing recommendations for local attractions and places to eat and that was very helpful! We also appreciated the equipment available in the storage and utilized them often which was a big help since we flew vs driving. Finally, yes we did have 2 manatee sightings at the dock! Thank you so much for making your beautiful home available to all of us!

Every bit of five stars!

Beautifully done remodeled condo. Very spacious and well appointed! I would definitely rebook in the future. View is of the marina with US1 and the Atlantic in the background. We appreciated the nice, family living space, large dining table, and nice patio furniture. Everything was very clean! What a bonus having the Sonos speakers throughout!!

Wonderful summer vaca!

The condo met every expectation. It was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The screened porch was a great place to relax and enjoy dinner. Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. There was nothing more that we could have asked for from the fully functional kitchen / utensils to the selection of linens. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great seating indoors (both living room and dining table) as well as on the balcony. Wonderful family vacay in Islamorada!!

This condo is amazing! The view was stunning, condo beautifully decorated and a well appointed kitchen. With Covid this was a huge plus since we opted to stay in and cook most nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. We had a great time lobstering and fishing in the keys for the week. Kim was very accommodating and very responsive to my texts when I had a question. Elegant condo with great location!

We spend 9 days in the Florida Keys and could not have made a better choice for our stay. The location is perfect, between Miami and Key West. It is the best property we have rented on VRBO so far. We felt like home in this elegantly decorated and very spacious condo. The kitchen has everything one would need. Kim and Brian are great hosts, very responsive to communication. A fabulous two weeks in paradise

This property exceeded our expectations! We loved the location. We brought our boat and jetskis and it was great to be able to access them right from the property. The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked. Bikes and kayaks and fishing poles… Communication was great with the owner and she was always quick to answer any question we had. The grounds of the condo complex were so well maintained.. We saw manatee off the docks and enjoyed beautiful views of the canal and the ocean beyond. We will definitely return to this slice of paradise!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Islamorada. The home is beautifully appointed, just as described. It is incredibly well equipped with many perks including kayak, bikes, tennis equipment, Sonos, Nespresso, etc. Fantastic views of marina and a ocean. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location near many Islamorada restaurants and attractions. Great places for biking and running. We have adult kids who also loved it. Great for kids of all ages. The owner, Kim, was very responsive and helpful. I can't think of a more lovely place to spend a week in the FL Keys. Thanks for sharing your home!

Our Gorgeous VRBO Home....Away from Home

I would like to express what a pleasure it was to work with Kim when making our initial reservation, exceptional service provided, and very responsive. WOW, this condo will not disappoint. It's absolutely Gorgeous, offering a spacious layout/open floor plan, not to mentioned you will find yourself spending many mornings and evenings on the back porch, looking and soaking up the amazingly spectacular views of the water, while the palm trees sway from the fresh air. We took advantage of the gym, pool, to include the bikes for a nice ride to Anne's Beach. We really appreciated the local information that was provided and recommendations for amenities in the area. Book today you will not be disappointed. Again, Thank you Kim for sharing you gorgeous home with us!

Gorgeous!

The condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL in every way! The furnishings and appointments are new and gorgeous. The colors make you feel like you're on an oasis - with visions of the ocean and sea glass everywhere. SO relaxing. We felt very much at home and comfortable. The pool was never crowded - and we saw someone using the tennis courts just once. We enjoyed the bikes - there's so much to see in the area that's within biking distance. The kayak looks like a good idea - the thought of putting it in and out of the channel was too much. I'm sure it's doable. We chose to go down to Robbie's - the Kayak Shack instead. There was a small beach there and we did a jet ski eco tour and a sunset catamaran tour. We used the grills at the clubhouse - they were great! The only (and it's minor) issue is there's no beach access. The Hurricane Irma damage can be seen everywhere (not the condo!) .. I imagine the beach across the street from the condo may have been better once - yet, it's not a place to spend any time. Kim (owner) was SO responsive and supportive. She answered each of our questions and helped us to resolve any problem (best way to get from airport - left a bag/how do we get it) as well as gave us SO many wonderful resources in the area. One of our very favorite VRBO rentals EVER (and we LOVE VRBO)!! If we head to the Keys again - we'll be back!

Awesome spring break

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. We rent homes frequently and often find not enough towels or dishes or missing necessary items in the kitchen for cooking. Not the case here. This condo had it all including a state of the art blender that my husband fell in love with. I am sure I will see one on my counter one day. The view from the balcony was spectacular and paired well with the morning coffee or catching up on some work. One day we were fortunate enough from the balcony to see a manatee by the dock and then to get out there for some great pictures. The pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis courts were well used by us and never busy. All were in good condition. We rented some stand up paddle boards from a location right next door to use in conjunction with the included kayak for some exploring. The waves were a bit much so unable to get out into the ocean but did see a pair of dolphins playing in the water. It was only a 30 minute drive to Sombrero Beach on Marathon which made for a nice day trip. The location offered the beauty and quiet we were looking for on this break and the home was welcoming, comfortable and well taken care of. In addition, Kim, was always so helpful and prompt in her responses. She graciously answered all my questions before I booked and communicated regularly throughout the entire process. She sent a very detailed list of where to eat, shop or attractions that was helpful. Would absolutely stay again if our spring break plans bring us back that way.

Marina and ocean views!

Don’t know how to describe this amazing space. Very spacious for 6 people. Large kitchen and living room for all of us! The screened patio is very big and has the most beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning! Beautiful grounds and the pool was gorgeous. The house was Well supplied in every way! We can’t wait I come back to this condo - my husband said it made him feel like he was home in the keys again!

Great condo!

We spent two weeks at Kim’s condo. It’s a beautiful place with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, bikes,kayaks, tennis racquets. We brought our boat and enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the gulf. The views were amazing and the location is ideal. The complex is small, well maintained, gated and never felt crowded. The property manager was extremely friendly and the other guests were too. I highly recommend!

Brian and I have been married for 29 years and have 3 grown children. We live in Florida and choose the Florida Keys as our family vacation every year. We have been coming to the Florida Keys for over 35 years and enjoy coming back again and again. We've stayed at many different places there, but Islamorada has become our favorite. We recently bought our vacation home at Bay Harbour Condominiums because we enjoyed all of the amenities as well as the security of a gated community.

This bayside location in Bay Harbour offers beautiful ocean and bay views without the noise and commotion coming from the ocean/marina side of Bay Harbour.
