After a long day of successful fishing & lobstering use one of the cleaning stations to prepare your food & the grill by the pools.

Our unit is conveniently located across the highway from Sea Oats Beach, less than a mile from one of the nicest sand bars in Islamorada known to locals as 'Ann's beach' a favorite to most for its crystal clear water with sandy white beaches. On the other side of the bridge experience Alligator Lighthouse, an iconic lighthouse known for its gorgeous reef & wildlife

Experience the fishing capital of the world, home to virtually almost every species of fish that swims. The Bayside offers the option to sight fish the shallow flats between hidden mangroves & catch one of the game fish that satisfy a majority of the backcountry. Oceanside presents an entirely different form of fishing & is conveniently located on the other side of the bridge. Hunters are able to jump into the water with a spear gun & deep-sea fishers are given the opportunity to reel in a variety of monstrous fish. While there is no boat ramp or trailer storage at the condominium, there is a Marina down the street that can accommodate your needs.

A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. If you fail the background check, the $100 processing fee will be held from any refund due.
