We had the best time at Jeff and Diane’s condo! The hosts were very communicative, the was property clean and well maintained! It was an easy walk to the beach and complex pool. Highly recommend this property!

Great place for some R&R. Jeff is incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful. Unit was well maintained and appointed. Very comfortable place and the family enjoyed our stay. A five minute walk to the beach and in from the main drag so nice and quiet. Took advantage of the pickleball court but the beach outdrew the pool. Will definitely rebook again.

Birthday Week for a new 5 year old

The Flicks were so communicative and helpful through the whole process. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our little girl turned 5 and loved being next to the pool where her grandparents could watch her play from the balcony. Great spot, easy to the beach and lovely well-appointed condo. Hope to stay again.

Cute condo within walking distance of beach

The condo was cute and most importantly clean. Amenities were as described. I thought the rocking chairs overlooking the beach were the condo’s balcony but it wasn’t. It was actually connected to the beachfront pool which was nice as well. The beach was a short walking distance from the condo. That was great! Instructions were left on how to get there but they weren’t clear so we followed other families to find the way. The condo was smaller than I imagined, though I’m sure the listing provided the actual size. The condo was cute, cozy and clean which were the things I enjoyed the most about it. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But this stay was perfect for us and just what we needed. Housekeeping left a note for us on the table so we can see it as soon as we walked in the house. It was thoughtful and left her name and phone number for if we needed anything. She stayed in the same building in another unit and said we could call if we needed anything. I thought that was great. My family and I had a blast.

This was an awesome place to stay!! Clean and updated! Plenty of space for the adults and the kids. Several pools to choose from, easy beach access!! We all had so much fun.

What a beautiful condo this was.

Even though we didn't have a view of the beach, the condo more than met our expectations. The kitchen was especially well equipped, and the beach supplies were more than adequate. Would definitely recommend staying at this condo!!!!

Lovely, clean, & nice place to stay for beach vacation!

We had a great stay here! Condo was clean, nicely updated, comfortable, quiet, and a great location. We could see one of the pools from our balcony, which is nicely convenient with young children! And it was an easy walk to the beach (LOVED not having to drive!) The closet with beach equipment and toys was convenient and having them for us guests was so helpful! The owners were responsive to my questions ahead of time and the one issue we had during our stay (toilet temporarily broke) was responded to immediately and fixed quickly! There was a clothesline on the balcony and lots of hooks throughout the house, which was a nice touch to provide for vacationers with lots of wet swimsuits and towels. The only negative comments I would have is that they seemed oddly "stingy" about the linens. It's an extra fee for them to provide sheets for the beds and they will only provide 4 towels max (even though it sleeps up to 6). So we had to pack our own towels for the kids. And it was somewhat tricky to find the private beach access (for the condo complex). It would've been nice to have more specifics included in the instructions. But those are pretty minor things and overall it was a wonderful place to stay. We'd be happy to stay there again and would happily recommend to others! (June 2018)

We are revising our description of the beach access so that it is easier to find, and we have had conversations with our linen service company. We tried to keep the cost very reasonable for our clients, and we are considering implementing a more comprehensive service although it would have to be at an increased cost. Great weekend stay for a small family!

The property was recently renovated and clean. It was the perfect stay for a wedding weekend with our family of 5. Use of the beach chairs was perfect. Great location to walk to the beach in the mornings! Thank you for a great place to stay

Very Nice Accomodation

This condo was perfect for our stay at Ocean Isle! One of the BEST features was the cleanliness! The renovation was well done and comfortable. The porch overlooks the pond with a fountain for a peaceful morning coffee experience. There is a paved walkway to the beach and the beach pool that is just minutes from the condo. We could not have been happier with our accommodations and the owners were fantastic to work with!

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything for a home away from home. We really enjoyed the pools! It was our first time at Ocean Isle and we liked it! We enjoyed the museum, and the grandkids hunted for sharks teeth. They saw a turtles nest also! Thank you to the Flicks for an enjoyable vacation.
