Heavy bass at midnight is unacceptable, especially in a family-focused resort setting, and it’s frustrating to hear that resort staff and security weren’t helpful despite multiple calls. You should be able to rest after a full day on the mountain. Thank you for sharing the guidance for families about booking the top floor to reduce noise from above.
