The perfect Cabinet Home to have 7-8 family stay for a 4-day celebrations trip. Quite enjoyable. Despite the local wind gusts, we barbecued out on the protected patio. Dinner was delish, just took a bit longer, well worth it! Well-appointed/stocked kitchen with needs.One note: The patio furniture gets dirty (or was upon arrival) really quickly due to the fog/wind, elements.Great stay!

Family vacation in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfectly located across the street from Moonstone Beach with an amazing view from the main living area. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at night in the front deck. We could hear the lovely sounds of the ocean all day and night. However, even with the wonderful space the home provides, it needs updating, the kitchen needs organization and quality pans for us who love to cook. The stovetop vent did not work either. The carpet in the main living area has multiple wrinkles in it which were tripping hazards. Plus, the bathrooms need an overhaul. The home has potential to be amazing, but a remodel is needed.

We had a great stay and wished we had stayed a 4th night!Excellent location with amazing views (the pic in the listing doesn’t do the view justice). Directly across the street from the access to the beach and boardwalk. It is an easy (and pretty) 10–15 minute walk north along the boardwalk to a couple of cute restaurants and a wine bar, or a quick 3-minute drive (about a 15-minute walk) into the west part of the quaint downtown area with many shops and restaurants.The house is large and spacious and worked very well for our group of four adults and four teens. While decor is somewhat outdated, the house was very clean and well kept. Communication with the rental company was excellent.We would definitely stay again.

Great location! Plenty of room to spread out - quiet at night

We did enjoy our recent 1 week visit to Cambria. The location was perfect to stroll onto the beach and enjoy a view of the ocean from sun up to sun down. We could hear the crashing of the waves every once in a while which was soothing.

Beachfront oasis

We loved the house and our stay at Moonstruck Beach. The house is spacious, had everything we needed and had beautiful expansive beach views. We spent a lot of time on the private oceanfront patio watching the waves and surfers. Enjoyed the walk on the Moonstruck boardwalk to local eateries and the San Simeon park right by the house. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!
