Casa de Leones ist in einer gehobenen Wohnanlage mit 24 Stunden Sicherheitsdienst. Wir sind nah an Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo, Guadalupe Weintal, Ensenada und gleich nebenan ist eine Sanddüne.
Sie werden: Zugang zum Strand, Tennisplätze, Basketballplatz, Boccia, Hufeisen und einen Spielplatz haben. Der Hauptwohnbereich befindet sich auf einer Etage. Es ist behindertengerecht. Es hat einen Grill, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Bar und Möbel zum Entspannen, eine Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick, eine kleine private Terrasse, eine große 2.500 m² Dachterrasse, WiFi, DirecTV, DVD, BLU RAY, VCR, Brettspiele, Hotelsafe, Strand- und Badetücher sowie Toilettenartikel.

Beautiful and Peaceful

It was just amazing, pictures don't do justice of the place, beautiful sunset, spacious, beautiful and well decorated. Host was simply the best, I can't say enough, she no only took the time and was amazingly kind to let us know of weather conditions, but was very considerate and the house was completely equipped with everything needed. We usually pack and are prepared and there was no need for half of what we packed. We are definately returning in the near future. The only downfall, the beach was not accesible and not very close either, but the sunsets made up for it. Thank you!

Great getaway

Nice place. Great security. Great host. Terrible water pressure and water heater. Trying to shower was not fun (but this is Mexico). Had problems with the internet. Tina was super responsive, but the internet company never responded (but this is Mexico). Don’t be fooled by old info on the reviews, there is no jacuzzi. The upstairs patio is great though.

I haven’t advertised the jacuzzi in 4 1/2 years, so I’m not sure why you thought there was one as it’s not listed. I hope you enjoyed your stay :-) Cheers!

This house had no water for a whole day

Couldn’t use the rest rooms because the house had no water spoke with the property owner and she promised me that we should have water within 30 minutes because they forgot to change a water fliters waited all day and no water don’t waste your time here

Rafi Again, I apologize for the inconvenience of your group not having water this morning before you checked out. You were without water from 8:21am when you notified me until 11:00am at checkout - 2 hours 41 minutes. I did everything possible to get the water working. Unfortunately, the guards that I paid to come change the filters, didn’t know to reset the water pump (There was plenty of water in the pila to at least flush the toilets and wash up. Also -The filters were replaced less then 2 weeks before your check in). We drove down here immediately when you told us the water still wasn’t coming into the house. I had another guard bring water bottles to you so you could flush the toilets. I’ve also offered you another complimentary night for your group to come back. I saw your number was local, so I’m assuming you live in the San Diego area. Unfortunately, the water problem was due to low pressure in the community. Also, when we drive to the house Sunday after you checked out, there were over a dozen lights you left on, every ceiling fan in the house was on, trash was left in the bathroom and kitchen. There was food all over the master bedroom and bed, counters had food all over them, etc…. I gave you a better review then I would normally have due to the water problem you had Sunday morning:-( Safe travels to you and your family 🙏🏼

A pleasure to stay at this beautiful in a secure beach side location. It was located such that we could as easily go to Ensenada or Rosarito. Everything we needed was to be found in the house. Patio area with chess set is unique and fun. All very relaxing.

Great location

Great location! Close to playa Rosarito and atv rentals were just up the street. The community was clean and neighbors were super friendly. The guards were so nice and helpful. We felt safe and the home had everything we needed. Our favorite spot was the roof top and enjoyed morning coffee with a fabulous view. Tina was super responsive to our questions and our family had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing recommend this property.

We came on a weekend getaway with my family and another family and a total of 4 kids. Tina and Jeff welcomed us to their beautiful home and had snacks for our girls and shots for the adults. They were so nice and welcoming. The house is amazing very beautiful and it's very safe. The view was stunning. We will definitely be coming back. Had an amazing time cant wait to return.

We had a great time at Tina’s home! Her decoration and cake for our mom’s 80th birthday put a big smile on her, and our dad enjoyed the tequila as well. The kitchen and the living room were very open and welcoming for everyone to hang out together. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and extra linens. Tina was always quick to respond to our questions and thorough in her response. The fireplace and the life-sized chess board on the rooftop were perfect for making memories with our teenage boys. The beach behind the house was beautiful with countless colorful rocks especially at sunset. Thank you very much for hosting us!!

Memorial Weekend Fun!

Property was exactly as described, with breathtaking views. Guards patrolled the community various times throughout the day and night. Location was safe and secure. Beds were VERY comfortable for our 3 night stay. House was equipped with with pots, pans, and other useful items. Mentioned our trip was for a birthday celebration and we were surprised to find a birthday cake and tequila shots waiting upon our arrival. Location was a short drive to Puerto Nuevo and Rosarito for some good eating and shopping. Our family loved the place and we would definitely stay here again!

Best 18th birthday ever!

I’ve stayed in many houses in Rosarito, but this has to be the best one! The view was beautiful, the weather was great, the beds were comfortable, many board games! The owners welcomed us with tequila shots and a cake, they decorated the bar for my 18th birthday and it was honestly very nice of them, they were very nice people! They had amazing recommendations to restaurants! They left all the essentials we needed, casa de leon’s was AMAZING! I will definitely be back!! Thank you guys!

Absolutely wonderful, breathtaking views.

Only down fall is. The Beach is not really a sandy sit down beach and is full of sea urchins. But the house is without a doubt awesome, and close to everything. If you do stay here please go Cervezeria on Friday night. And splash for lobster. Splash is located 2min south of the road, and cervezeria is 10min north. T'L is an amazing host, thanks soo much for the toast in honor of my mother.

Beautiful and spacious home!

My family - and my sister’s family - enjoyed staying in this beautiful and conveniently located home. Tina & Jeff welcomed us with a birthday cake for our 20 year old twins & tequila shots for all who were interested. They provided great recommendations for local eating places and beaches and Tina was always available to answer questions or concerns. We enjoyed the patio and roof top outdoor spaces and felt very safe in this great gated community. The guards, including Omar, were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Just wow!

This home is in a wonderful and safe community right on the ocean. The inside is inviting and spacious. The rooftop terrace is simply amazing. Every comfort you would need on a trip is provided for you here. An overlooked benefit is the guards. They helped us with taxis and gave directions to great local beaches and restaurants. The owners checked us in and were delightful! They made me feel so welcome and even gave my mom her first tequila shot ever!!! Don't hesitate to stay here with your besties or family. PS- the sheets in the master bedroom are the softest ever.

Lovely and spacious ocean view property

My family had a great experience at Casa de Leones this past weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for lots of guests. We only had 4, so it was almost like we each had our own area of the house to ourselves! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. We made use of the groceries in the refrigerator and the filtered water dispenser. The owner even left us a basket of snacks and tequila shots for our arrival. The only disappointment was that the hot tub referenced in other reviews and that I think may have been advertised when I booked the rental no longer exists. We still had a great time and I would highly recommend Casa de Leones to anyone visiting Rosarito.

I’m so happy you had a great stay at Casa de Leone’s. I’m sorry you read previous reviews about the jacuzzi. I haven’t advertised the jacuzzi since the fall. Due to mechanical problems I had to remove it. I replaced it with the 10 person patio set on the downstairs ocean view patio. Please come back again soon :-)

Amazing house and hospitality!

My friends and I rented this house to celebrate my birthday and get away for the weekend. Everyone who helped us was kind and understanding. We had plenty of room to sleep and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tina and Omar (the guard) were extremely helpful and Tina even put out decorations for my birthday including a cake and a tequila shots. I could not have asked for a better birthday!

The house and views were amazing

THe house was amazing. We were traveling with 4 minors and 1 toddler. The owner was kind enough to put liquor out of site and left a great basket of snacks which the kids devoured right away. The hot tub was at perfect temp for the lil one. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of of basics. Omar the guard is great and very friendly. We highly recommend staying at Casa de Leones

To the point advice: Book this place now!

We rented this place with 10 of our closest friends to celebrate our cousins 30th birthday. Tina had a cake and tequila shots ready for us and gave us tour of the house. The pictures really don't do the place justice. It is spacious and gorgeous! We drove down from San Diego and felt very safe in this neighborhood. The guards were super nice and gave all of us a ride to Puerto Nuevo & Rosarito both days. Definitely get some lobster in Puerto Nuevo! We couldn't have asked for a better trip. THE BEST!

A group of 8 of us stayed in this beautiful condo this past weekend for my birthday! It was my first time to Rosarito and we truly couldnt have picked a better place. Beautiful and Awesome Spring Break Home

My friends and I rented this house for spring break weekend and it was worth it. The house was beautiful and spacious. It was very accommodating for me and my 9 friends. We enjoyed every aspect of the house from the jacuzzi, to the roof terrace, to the fully stocked kitchen and bar. The house was also exceptionally clean and had fresh towels everywhere. The hosts left snack bowls for my friends and I, which I thought was really nice. The neighborhood was also very nice and felt safe. The guard Omar at the front gate(which isn't far from the house) was very nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying at this home if you want to have a fun and comfortable trip, I know we did. Thank you Casa de Leones for a wonderful trip. Hope to be back next spring break:)

Excellent New Year's Trip!

Our group had such a wonderful time at Casa Leones over New Years! The owner and her son met us at the house to give us the tour, had tequila shots ready and even surprised us with groceries to get our trip started off on the right foot. They gave us tons of suggestions on where to eat in the area (definitely recommend the chicken place down the street and the woman who comes door-to-door to pre-order tamales!) and helped us coordinate a driver for wine country with Omar at the front gate. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and the owner even let my bring my 6 month old puppy along for the trip. The huge and well-stocked kitchen, bar area, large sectional sofa and TV, and dining table overlooking the ocean worked so well to relax and enjoy time with friends. I could not speak more highly of the accommodations and the owner. :)

Great place and great hosts!

My husband and I brought a few friends to Puerto Nuevo to enjoy a long weekend. Our hosts greeted our party with shots of tequila! The house was beautiful! Every detail had some Mexican flavor, which is what we want on a vacation in Mexico. The hosts provided a bathrobe for every bed, which we used frequently. This kitchen is literally the only kitchen that was fully stocked when they said it was going to be. I have rented other vacation homes that were "fully stocked" and then we couldn't even find usable knives or even salt. Our fridge had eggs, limes, condiments, even some energy drinks (among other things). There were two cabinets stocked with spices. They had a blender, a variety of cookware, and an counter top electric cooker. Everything you need to entertain a house full of people. The rooftop is great and the chess set got plenty of use from us. In fact, every area of the house, whether it was a communal area, or a bedroom, was just so nice. They even provided bathroom essentials like q-tips, cotton swabs, feminine products, shampoo and even perfume samples! The only bad thing I can say is that the hot tub was not warm enough. We even added pots and pots of boiling water and it never stayed warm with the heat at max capacity. That was a bit of a bummer. Other than that, it was great to have such flexible and accommodating hosts. I felt safe and comfortable and extremely welcome. It was really hard to leave here. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you Monica for staying at Casa de Leones I know the jacuzzi was at 92* and heating up when we checked you in. We keep it at 100* typically. We've checked out the jacuzzi and the programming panel seems to be broken. We have ordered a new one and will replace it. Thank you for letting us know :-) sorry for any inconvenience. Great New Year's!

We had a great time staying at Casa Leones! When we checked in we were met by the owner, TL, who warmly welcomed us in with a shot of tequila and made sure that we were well situated and knew all the great places to go for food and drinks. The house was wonderful and quite spacious, with great views from the living room over the ocean, and an awesome rooftop deck. Unfortunately the rainy weather didn't allow us to spend much time up there, but we would definitely look to come back in the summer time when the deck would be great for lounging! We did take advantage of the hot tub, which has a nice view of the ocean. The beds were nice and comfy, and the bathrooms had really nice showers. The kitchen was very nice and spacious, which made it easy for us to make dinner, and the house also had a grill that was perfect for cooking up some carne asada. Omar, the guard for the community, was awesome! He helped us get a driver to take us into Puerto Nuevo for dinner, and also down into the Valle de Guadalupe where we did some wine tasting. We felt very secure the whole time we were down there as Omar was keeping a tight ship with everyone entering the community, and at night there were several guards patrolling the community with flashlights. Despite the security, we never felt unsafe while we were down in Baja, as everyone we met was very welcoming and happy to host us. My friend and I went exploring for surf and met plenty of people who were happy to chat with us and give us suggestions. This house was in a great location, being close to Puerto Nuevo (the lobster village), about an hour from the wine country, not too far from Ensenada, and close to lots of surfing (you can even surf right in front of the community). We would definitely consider coming back to stay at Casa Leones in the future.

I've been coming to Baja since I was 17 years old. There is a special place in my heart for Rosarito that I will always love. I love Casa de Leones and I'm sure you will too.
