Willkommen zu Ihrem privaten Urlaub in Neapel. Dieses Haus am Wasser verfügt über mehr als 2700 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche und befindet sich in der begehrten Gemeinde Briarwood, nur wenige Minuten von unzähligen Zielen im Südwesten Floridas entfernt. Private Einstellung mit Blick auf Mangobäume. Schöne Küche, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit. Briarwood liegt in der Nähe von Olde Naples und Stränden in einer begehrenswerten Gemeinschaft mit Annehmlichkeiten wie Pools im Resort-Stil, Tennis, Volleyball und Basketball. Haus hat auch zwei Master-Schlafzimmer-Suiten mit eigenem Bad. Pool und Spa werden elektrisch und solar beheizt. Die Villa selbst ist neu zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet, in einer gemütlichen und modernen Art und Weise, um den Floridian Life-Stil zu ergänzen. Vila hat eine 12-Zoll-Decke mit Zierleiste, Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Die Badezimmer wurden alle mit Haltegriffen für Handicaps ausgestattet. Wir haben alle Arten von Liegestühlen, Strandtüchern, Sonnenschirmen, Spielzeug für Kinder, kleinen Schwimmwesten, wir haben auch Fahrräder für Erwachsene. Unsere professionellen Reinigungskräfte reinigen das Haus 6 Stunden vor jeder Anmietung. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Firmen waschen wir alle Bettwäsche zwischen jeder Anmietung. Poolalarm an jeder Tür, die zum Pool hinausgeht, um Ihre kleinen Kinder vor Schaden zu bewahren.

Wonderful!!!

We rented this beautiful home for our family vacation over Spring Break! It was a wonderful and my entire family had such a great time. It was very spacious, clean, and our children (ages 9, 6, & 4) loved everything, especially the pool. Jonathan was such a gracious host and we definitely recommend this wonderful home in the beautiful neighborhood of Briarwood.

Finally a house as advertised!!

We haven’t had good luck with rentals the past couple of years but this one in briarwood/naples was wonderful. Fully equipped, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Really enjoyed time in the spa and at the outdoor kitchen. Great development to walk and bike. Jonathan was a great host!J

Beautiful home

Starting out, Jonathan was wonderful as the home owner, all we had to do is call him if we had any questions, he was very responsive with answers, he lives next door, home is everything you see and more, TV outside and kitchen outside was beautiful, watched playoffs games while in the pool, and hot tub, we would definitely book here again! Great layout for us

We really enjoyed our stay. So much so that we already booked it for next year! Three bedrooms with queen/king beds plus three full baths worked great for our group too. The spa/pool was used plenty and we really liked the outdoor TV for movie watching and game playing (brought our own Wii). Lots of lounge chairs out by the pool with a couple of tables too.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautifully maintained with everything you need. The yard is very nice! Comfortable beds, and all linens and towels were in great condition.Very happy with kitchen amenities. We love to cook and entertain, and we had what we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and eating area looking out on canal.Neighborhood is nice and friendly. Tennis and pickle ball are available with no wait. 2 great bikes are available, beach chairs, and pool floats. The only note is that the airport is close by, so you will hear jet traffic during the day.

Beautiful rental in Naples

What an amazing rental property in beautiful Naples, Florida. The house had everything you could need and more. The pool and hot tub were great and we had fun watching football on the outdoor television. Nice, quiet neighborhood and great location within Briarwood. Our son loved fishing in the canal behind the house. Would highly recommend.

Great House, awesome outdoor area with pool and hot tub

Jonathan has equipped this spacious lovely home with everything you could possibly need. He has thought of everything. Traveled with my daughter, grandkids and their friends, all adults. The pool/spa area was a major hit. Lovely neighborhood, very quiet. Highly recommend this house for comfort and overall great experience. Loved it.

Nice spot to be in Naples

We love to stay in the Briarwood neighborhood. This house was just as described. There seem to be plenty of amenities for regular week-long stay. We utilized the pool, the hot tub, and the grill. There is plenty of furniture for a large group. We love the layout of this house, it technically has three master suites. The one thing we did find a little different than most vacation rentals we have used is that the owner wanted to meet us at the house to check us in. It was uneventful for us but I could see how that could be an issue with timing.

Fantastic stay in Naples

Our villa had everything we wanted. It was clean, very comfortable with a lovely pool area. Jonathan the host meet us when we arrived and took us around the house and explained everything to us. If we needed anything he was just next door. Would definitely recommend. Have stayed in Briarwood many times before and this was as we have previously experienced safe, friendly, quite and relaxing. An excellent choice.

Clean, bright, great outdoor space

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's place. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our group of 8 (2 grandparents and our family of 6). The pictures do not do the house justice--the house is large, clean, well-decorated, and well laid out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with amenities. The outdoor space was excellent--the kids loved swimming in the pool every day. Jonathan was an excellent host--he was helpful and answered our questions quickly. We hope to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable!

We were perfectly happy during our stay! We found that there were more than the usual items ready for use, particularly in the kitchen which was nice for cooking at the house. We stay in quite a few VRBO's and many times they are bare bones but not this place. This place is great for couples traveling together or families with older kids. There are quite a few breakable décor items which were no issue for us or our older kids but something to keep in mind if your traveling with little ones.

What a great vacation home!

Not sure where to begin describing how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable! There was a large smart tv in the outside kitchen area and we enjoyed watching tv while in the spa! We loved that the house is in a gated community and the development is quiet and peaceful. I can’t say enough great thing’s about our host Jonathon. If there was anything we needed he took care of it immediately and responded quickly to any problems. We absolutely loved our stay and already plan on returning next year!
