Very nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable, beach view was great. It is a little dated but overall would stay again. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, tvs in bedrooms need updated to newer ones. If you’re looking for a great trip to the beach I would recommend this to anybody.

Great week!

What a great property! We loved how quiet the resort was, the boardwalk, sunsets, pool, pickle ball, and shuffleboard. The shades in the bedrooms were damaged a little so they didn’t close as well as they could have so it was bright when the sun came up. The towels were brand new!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice updated home. However there where some issues with the air. We had 3 of 5 nights with a malfunctioning air conditioner. It got a little toasty in the unit during the evening time and bedtime.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and bigger in person than the pictures show. The view and proximity to the ocean were perfect. The pool was clean. The only suggestion I have is to change from using a key to a digital keypad. Every other condo on that floor had digital keypads. This would eliminate the need to pick up a key and drop it off at a different location. I would stay with my family of 4 again. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys too!

We can make your suggestion to the owner concerning the digital lock, as many owners have gone to digital locks. We hope you all relaxed and had pool/beach time. We look forward to your next stay.

Great property!

Property was great! Easy access to the beach (and the beach was quiet due to location). Unit was very nice; prior reviews mentioned the height of the bushes blocking the water, they have been trimmed as was mentioned, can’t see beach but can see the water and can definitely hear the waves! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Christmas at Lands End

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, spacious and well furnished, but the ocean view, given the second-floor location, is almost completely blocked by the landscape. If that's your priority, we suggest reserving a unit on a higher floor.

We do not control the landscaping at Land's End, however ,we were told that they are scheduled to be cut down to 6 feet. We hope you relaxed and had pool/beach time. We are hopeful you will join us for aa future stay, perhaps a higher floor.

Perfect Vacation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a perfect week and perfect weather for October. Condo was perfectly located in the right place. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet and we purchased floats and left there for future vacationers. Would definitely book again. Only suggestion would be to trim down the bushes in front of the condo because they do block the direct view being on the 2nd floor. Loved the unit though.

Great location, could use a refresh

Big unit, plenty of space. Very clean when we got there. Disappointed that we had to carry around keys all the time. Most units have codes, much easier for checking in and out plus no worries of losing keys at the beach. The unit served our needs quite well. Baths and kitchen are quite dated and could use a refresh. If you are sensitive to neighbors above, could be a problem as we could hear them quite a lot.

Nice place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, quite secluded building, hardly any traffic. No issues at all. If I wanted to nitpick, I would say that the unit could use some updating - the windows and sliding door were old and hard to open, and the cleaning could have been a little better - under cabinets and beds especially. Overall great experience, great check in/out procedure, management co. was professional and responsive. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
