Can’t say enough good things about the place. Daughter had an absolute blast with the pools, lazy river and beach. Great view from balcony Loved sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking at the water. Extremely easy to pop over to Destin for a bite to eat each night without having to deal with the chaos of staying in Destin. Full kitchen and next time will probably just plan to make some meals in the condo and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Place was clean modern everything you’d want for a family beach weekend and more! It was only 3 of us but you could easily fit double that and still not feel crowded.Host was extremely nice and beyond responsive.

Great location in the building! Easy access to pools & beach. Parking & unloading was a breeze. Could use an adult sized broom for keeping up with sand, etc. Definitely need to instruct renters & housekeeping on how to clean the lint filter in the dryer. Other than that, it was great!

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen supplies would benefit from a refresher and the shower doors were a little tricky to close all the way. Overall we planned to eat dinners out and take full advantage of this family friendly resort. We are already planning a fort Walton 2027 trip because of the great time we had.

We had a great stay at Waterscapes. The kids loved the waterpark. The Condo was clean and the location was good. It overlooked the lazy river. You could see the ocean from the balcony, which we enjoyed. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I felt for the price we paid, it could have been better stocked. For instance, there was only one roll of TP in each bathroom, no kleenex tissues, no paper towels etc. I was told they provide enough to get you started. Communication was good and check in was easy.

I am so glad you had a great stay. I apologize for the paper towels. If you had mentioned that when you sent me the message I would have had the cleaners bring a roll as they must have forgotten. You also said there was 2/2 rolls of toilet paper in the master baths and one in the storage and also one in the half bath. I think that is a fair start to your stay. Great Location and Great rental

We stayed at Julie’s condo at the waterscape for a quick 4 night family vacation. The location and cleanliness of the stay was excellent. The balcony had great views of the ocean and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay, comfy beds and pretty clean. When I reached out to the owners I got a quick response back. Plenty of room to sit out on balcony. We could see the beach and pool.

Julie was very responsive and helpful before and during check in. We had no issues during our stay. The place had most of what we needed and basic kitchen supplies to get us through the weekend.
