In der Nähe des neuen Gulf Shores Beach Convention Centers. Verfügt über einen großen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Diese professionell eingerichtete Wohnung ist, wo Sie für Ihren nächsten Strandurlaub sein wollen! Es ist bequem zu Restaurants, einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenen unterhaltsamen Aktivitäten. Es gibt einen großen Außenpool und ein Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf. Neben einem großartigen Gebäude und einer großartigen Lage ist die Eigentumswohnung selbst geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Vollbädern. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Golf und Zugang zum Balkon. Das private Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, einen Whirlpool, eine separate Fliesendusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das vordere Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Vollbad und Kleiderschrank. Das vordere Schlafzimmer auf der rechten Seite verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten mit Zugang zum Hauptbad. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD, wenn Sie sich lieber drinnen entspannen möchten. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Speisekammer, Granit, Doppelspüle aus Edelstahl, Toaster, Auflaufformen, Töpfe und Pfannen sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Es hat auch eine Bar mit 4 Hockern zum Essen. Der offene Grundriss ermöglicht einen tollen Blick von der Küche. Das Esszimmer verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Es gibt ein Geschirrgedeck für 6 Personen mit einem unzerbrechlichen Set im Schrank. Ein Bartresen mit Granitplatte befindet sich in der Nähe des Wohnzimmers. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine sehr bequeme Couch und Loveseat. Beide haben einen tollen Blick durch die raumhohen Fenster und Türen. Es verfügt über einen 46-Zoll-Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett befinden sich hinter Doppeltüren im Flur. Die Klimaanlage ist mit einem Reinigungssystem für Allergiker ausgestattet. Gratis Wifi. Fabulous Location

The condo was in the perfect spot! Easy beach access. The security guards were great and the parking lots were well observed, The condo was very clean and the property manager was a joy to speak to. It is just the right walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Spring Break

We love the San Carlos and this condo did not disappoint! Everything went without a hitch and Paula responded immediately to any questions. Perfect location and walking distance to all our favorite spots. We love Gulf Shores!

Gulf Shores Getaway

Great visit! Condo was clean and cheerful, view was superb! Close to everything. Plenty of space for all four us. Host quickly responded to any questions I had. Parking and check in were easy. Host provided me with info on renting beach chairs and umbrellas which I highly recommend. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up and waiting for us each morning. It was a great getaway for us!

We loved staying at San Carlos because they are super friendly and a really clean facility. The condo was really nice on the inside and the beds was really comfortable. There is lots of space for everyone to spread out in as well.

Beautiful beach front condo close to everything!

We had 3 couples stay here and we had plenty of room! Great location and walking distance to the Hangout. The condo was extremely nice (almost too nice for our needs!) and Paula was very pleasant to work with. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend. We can't wait to stay with you again soon!

Excellent Stay

Our condo was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had NO problems at all. In fact, the ice maker wasnt working and Paula informed me of this before our arrival. She had bought a countertop ice maker to be sure that we had ice!! Hopefully I can book the same condo next year.

A piece of paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. It was walking distance to a few restaurants and places we went. Paula, the hostess, is wonderful! She was available to answer a few questions we had and told us to let her know if we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway for families

This was my first experience in renting a condo through VRBO, and it way exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect right on the beach, the condo is beautifully decorated and stacked with all the essentials. I was traveling with two little kids (4 and 2 years old) and they loved it. Paula is a perfect host, was very responsive to all our questions and we truly appreciated it.

Perfect for our little family!

My family of four fit perfectly here! We stayed during spring break and I was concerned about Spring breakers initially, but they screen their guests well. The condo was clean, well stocked, and easy to access. Communication with the manager about general questions was easy and she responded quickly. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be saving this one for future trips!

Paradise!

Loved staying in this condo! Kitchen is well stocked to cook anything you need and lots of space. Beds are comfortable and a bath for each bedroom is a plus. Huge deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining and dolphin watch. Location is perfect. You can walk to many restaurants. shops and bars. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this unit. Paula is responsive to all inquiries and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful place right on the Gulf

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was perfect for our stay in Gulf Shores! There was plenty of space for our family (my husband and I, my parents, and daughter)! The location right on the Gulf was perfect. You stepped out from the condo complex and were right on the white sandy beach. We saw dolphins every day. And enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the sand & Gulf soaking in the afternoon sun! Also, it was only a half mile from the Hangout, which is where the Big Beach Marathon started and the reason for our vacation to Gulf Shores. Also, nearby were many other great restaurants and attractions. We walked to the Zoo, only about a mile away and drove down the coast to Fort Morgan (about 20 miles). I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores!

Would recommend property, but not the property owner

After check-in, the property owner said if we bought 2 parking passes she would reimburse me for them. She explained her policies hadn't been updated on VRBO, but said since I had an email saying there was no extra fee for parking passes, she would uphold the email. We bought the parking passes, and she never paid us as she said she would. I sent screenshots to VRBO, who was kind and attempted to help multiple times by contacting her. Despite VRBO emailing her more than once, instructing her to reimburse fees as she had said she would, she didn't do so. Also, the contract was sent to us two hours before check-in. This could be a problem for those not comfortable with technology. I had to screenshot the contract and sign it with my finger (on my phone), then screenshot that to send as a file to property owner, in order to get the code for check-in. This would be easier for most travelers to get ahead of time, so it can be printed and read easier (rather than on a phone, traveling to a destination site), then signed to scan/email. The property itself is in a prime location. Directly on water/ocean view. Master bedroom bed could use updating. It squeaks when you sit or move. Master bathroom was huge. Other areas are nice, as well. Some supplies were broken, but we didn't need them, so that was fine. Fridge was broken. Told property manager as soon as we checked in. Was the next day before someone to showed up to fix it, but we put our food in cooler until then and the repair man was super nice!

I have always loved the beach! I will be a phone call away to ensure you have a wonderful vacation on the sugary white sands of the Gulf. I have always wanted to have vacation property on the beach and am excited to be the property owner and manager. I take great care of our vacation home and want to have guests that will enjoy it and take care of it, too!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I have vacationed on the Gulf all of my life and believe our Condo is in a beautiful location and the San Carlos is a beautiful building. Also it has three elevators that are faster than the others that I toured! The quality of the furniture and decorations was greater than the others. Two of the bedrooms have their private full bathroom and the other one has access from the bedroom to the bath and hall. The master bedroom is large and has a double vanity and walk in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, tile shower and tub with jets.

Since this condo is on the 12th floor, it has the best view of the Gulf of all the ones I was shown. Great views from the Living room, Dining room, kitchen, and Master bedroom. The balcony was also larger than most of the condos I visited which was very important to me. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The A/C has an air cleaning system for people with allergies!
