Ein gutes altmodisches, modernes Gebäude im japanischen Stil in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe des Schlosses Osaka.Es handelt sich um einen seltenen 120 Quadratmeter großen Mesonet-Typ, der von einem berühmten Architekten entworfen wurde.Die Gegend verfügt über ein seltenes Wohnzimmer mit hohen Decken und eine Teestube im japanischen Stil.

Die nächstgelegene U-Bahnstation, Tamasou Station, ist 1 Gehminute entfernt.Der JR-Bahnhof Tamazu liegt nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.Es liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt des Stadtzentrums und Einkaufszentren, Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. sind sehr erfüllend.Die Viertel Shinsaibashi / Dotonbori, Umeda, Osaka Castle, Shitennoji Temple und Osaka Dome sind in 5 bis 15 Minuten mit der direkten Zugfahrt erreichbar.

Gorgeous, clean two story apartment with a bathroom on each floor and three separate bedrooms including one that is a traditional tatami matt room with sliding doors and a futon. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there is a huge supermarket within walking distance. It's in a quiet neighborhood very close to the train station. The two decks are wonderful for relaxing on and there is a covered outdoor area to hang laundry. There is a cute park with a playground for children nearby. We would love to stay again in this wonderful home in Osaka.

This was an amazing experience! The property was clean, spacious, had everything I could possibly need, AND was super conveniently close to the station. Tons of great food within walking distance and the location is central, so it's close to everything in Osaka. You can't go wrong here!

Very comfortable stay, our family of 5 enjoyed it.Pros:- great location, quiet street, but just one block away from a main street- excellent and very speedy communication with host- living room had lots of windows and lights and was a very comfortable place to hang out (usb hub for plugging in devices was a nice touch)- convenience store (Lawson's) just steps away, we visited them a lot for snacks and drinks and supplies!- three different subway lines nearby (5 min, 10 min, 15 min walk approximately, respectively)- air conditioning worked nicely during a very hot and humid summer weekCons - just one:- 3rd/4th floor walkup was more stairs after a long and tiring day touring the city :)Summary: Great place, would recommend!

The place was beautiful and the host was very responsive! We only stayed here for a couple of days to explore Universal studios and a little bit of Osaka. We appreciated the proximity to the station given the house is located in a quieter, less busy part of town. The only downside to this beautiful place is it is located on the top floor (3 flights of stairs) without an elevator, so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage and a stroller like we did, you will have to carry it all the way to the top. Also the bathroom does not have the best sound protection, so a lack of privacy is there. Other than those factors, we enjoyed our stay!

Great size VRBO in a cute neighborhood

We really enjoyed Tyler’s vacation rental. It’s in a great neighborhood (That’s Pizza, Hang, close to the station). It was big enough we could all hang out together in the living room. The beds were comfy and the fridge had everything we needed. Host was also very attentive. Would happily stay there again.

Good location, spacious home but outdated

The large unit is in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to two train stations. Beds are comfortable and there are adequate kitchen supplies. Tyler was communicative and kind. Overall, though, the unit did not feel super clean, and there was not adequate bathroom tissue, body soap or shampoo from the first day. The toilet seat needs repair. Appliances were old. On the good side, hot water was plentiful and the shower worked well. Some extra care in cleaning and some updating would change my rating to a 5.

Good location to public transportation both JR train station and Metro/subway. Nice light and airy upstairs common area. Having 2 toilets was a must for us. Host very responsive to my needs/msgs. For consideration: lots of narrow stairs. On 3rd floor of bldg, no elevator. Two story apt with more narrow stairs. Information booklet needs to be updated. Never completely figured out how to use induction stovetop. Overall, enjoyed the accommodations. Lots of room/space for the 5 of us.

Overall a very enjoyable stay at this home in Osaka.Pros: - location is close to the subway line, and only took 20-25 mins to get to Dotonbori or Namba. - large home by Japanese standards, plenty of rooms and space for luggage and people to spread out. - kitchen, dining, and living room areas were great to relax after returning from activities around Osaka. - grocery store, shopping mall & convenience stores are very close (within walking distance).Cons: - the stairs to get to the front door are very narrow and difficult to carry up two flights with large heavy luggage. - the front door lock takes a little getting used to for initial entry, but no problems after solving the sensitivity of pressing the number pad, an updated button style lock would be a good upgrade. - washing machine and microwave were not clean, and bath rooms are very dated and need much updating. - A/C in the smaller rooms were fine, but the larger living/dining area was hard to get cool (there was a terrible heat wave during our stay - so A/C's were definitely maxed out everywhere).We enjoyed our stay in Osaka, and this city villa was a big part of the experience. A solid 8 out of 10 for us!

great location with plenty of natural light and space

Our family stayed at Tyler's when we visited Osaka a couple of weeks ago. The place was roomy and had lots of natural light. The accommodation was conducive to relaxing and decompressing after a full day of walking and touring. If there was one thing that took us a while to get used to are the steep and narrow staircases! But the place's proximity to a Metro Station and quiet neigborhood was worth the trip up and down those steps. :-) Age was very friendly and helpful in orienting us to Osaka (and Kyoto). His advise has certainly helped us adjust our plans so we can see more of the Osaka and Kyoto (we were planning to use public transportation but after Age's feedback, we booked a private van and tour to maximize our time in Kyoto. thank you Age!) Then, we will be able to devise an effective public transportation route for you. In addition, if you are planning to visit Osaka, and the suburbs such as Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, etc., we will search for restaurants and tourist attractions that are worth visiting and make reservations on your behalf.
