Panorama - Das Haus am Strand hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Dieses mehrstöckige Strandhaus bietet Platz für die ganze Familie oder ein Paarwochenende direkt am Jones Beach.

Dieses absolute Anwesen am Strand verfügt über mehrere Wohnbereiche und Balkone, an denen sich jeder treffen kann, um eine Film- / Spieleabend zu verbringen, oder sich nach dem Strandtag am Strand zu erholen.

Panorama verfügt über mehrere Balkone, mehrere Wohnbereiche, 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Die ultimative Familie am Strand zu Hause!

Ein Kinderspielplatz liegt nur ein paar Häuser weiter unten und ein Basketballfeld im Freien, wenn Sie sich in der Sonne wie im Freien fühlen möchten.

Jones Beach hat auch ein kleines Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe (gleich die Straße runter) mit gut bestückter IGA, einem IGA-Flaschenladen, einem wunderbaren Café / einer Bäckerei, einem großartigen Imbiss zum Mitnehmen von Fisch / Chips / Burger, einem trendigen Café und einem Apotheke / Geschenkeladen. Alle Bedürfnisse / Vorräte sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Panorama zu erreichen.

Ein kurzer Spaziergang (10-15 Minuten, möglicherweise weniger) nach Süden bringt Sie an die schöne Bone Yard Bay. Bone Yard ist eine ruhige flache Kiesel-Bucht, um das Salzwasser ohne Wellen zu genießen. Die Bucht ist ideal für Kinder, zum Schnorcheln oder für ein Picknick auf der flachen, grünen Rasenfläche, kurz bevor die Kieselsteine bis zum Wasser reichen.

10-15 Minuten zu Fuß in Richtung Norden führen Sie zum atemberaubenden Minnamurra River und zum Mystics Beach. Der Fluss und der Mystics Beach sind unsere persönlichen Lieblingsziele. Wieder eine Option für Wellen oder keine Wellen (die Flut kann für diejenigen, die keine starken Schwimmer sind, manchmal stark sein, wenn Sie zum Mystics-Strand hinüber schwimmen möchten). Standup-Paddleboarding, Schwimmen, Surfen und Angeln sind beliebte Aktivitäten hier. Ein tolles Cafe auf der anderen Straßenseite! Sowie eine atemberaubende Landspaziergang.

All House appliances need to be replaced its too old even if that means the rent will go up, location is amazing, a bit of cosmetic renovation will make the house be top 5 in the area for sure.

Almost perfect

Beautiful property, only steps away from the beach and a playground for young kids. The only negative feedback I have is that the (massive) property only has 1 (tiny) 32 inch non-smart tv that was underwhelming, especially as we wanted to watch some of the sport on over the weekend. There is also lots of extra space where a pool table or small entertainment area would be very beneficial for any visitors.

A very poorly maintained property

The listing for this property is very misleading - the pictures hide the fact that this property is in a very run-down state. The washing machine & dryer don't work properly. The balcony doors facing the beach are broken which means you can't lock the house when you go out. Some of the lights don't work. The house generally looks aged & in a state of neglect & disrepair - nothing like the photos on the website. Beware - before booking here.

Excellent location

Great place to stay. Right on the beach close to shops, resturants. Great views. The house was amazing place very comfortable suited all of us. Would stay there again.

Very steep drive, car managed to roll into garage door. Would be good to advise people not to park in the drive. Parts of property need updating.

family celebration getaway

great location, picturesque views, at the time of stay, fridges weren't working so made things difficult, people going to fix fridges but weren't able to fix on weekend, needed a few tweeks here and there, if maintenance was maintained would have been better. Online pictures were fantastic and looked like it had a real beachy vibe but walking in and seeing the real thing was a bit different, coming from the country and not being around the beach very often and looking forward to a different atmosphere it was a bit of a let down, in saying that, if they used all the beachy vibe pillows cushions etc, like it says and shows on the net and not hiding them away in the cupboards etc, it would have been fantastic, so maybe the next people that walk in there will be greeted with this look, if all these things are corrected and things are fixed, it would be an absolute gem, I would stay there again

Only thing nice about property is view

Absolutely awesome view from property, but it ends there. We were welcomed with died flowers and plants in vase in main bedroom. I had clean up the dead leaves and throw it in bin. spider web at many of the places inside main bedroom. Seems like property wasn't cleaned properly. Go outdoor and spider webs on chairs outside. I would go back top Kiama - Absolutely. Go back to same place or recommend to some one - No. I have also contacted property managers and sent pics to them.

Picture perfect location

Property well stocked with everything you could need .. it does need some attention however, most locks need repairs, some windows wont open and taps leak. The BBQ was also very dirty but these are easy fixes and for the price need attention. Awesome location and amenities

Great beach shack position with good views from upstairs

Wonderful spot for family on the beach. Cool but tired beach shack with good feel. Awkward layout for kitchen and tv room for cosy winter but good views from bedrooms and fun grass patch before the beach. Great local beach and cliff walks from your front door.

Awesome property for friends and family

I stayed here for a couple of days with my friends for a surf trip getaway. Absolutely perfect house for a sneaky little road trip. Right on the beach and the house is huge with lots of social areas. Highly recommend.

Wow wow wow

From when we booked to when we stayed it had been refurbished and was quite refreshing. I was sooo thankful to be in Kiama for Christmas and thoroughly recommend this stay. Thank you Thank you for allowing us to make family memories. The only thing was we had ants really bad but dealt with this ourselves.

Nice views but thats all

Thwre were no airconditioning in the property and nets in windows and soors were broken,si we couldnt leave them open and was really hot inside.I have never seen so many stairways like in this house and as we have for young kids ,its nothing you are looking for.The house definately needs a renovation at least of bathrooms.We were dissapointed!The house is in the first row just in front of the ocean which is really beautiful.

Hi Lucie, Thank you of your review of Panorama Place. I would like to confirm that we have since had the fly screens replaced at the property to ensure that the windows can be left open. There has also been fans purchased for the property to make it more comfortable during the summer period. We will definitely have the discussion with the owners about renovating the bathroom, although as this is significant expense, this may take some time to implement. The property is a 2 story house, allowing for the first floor to receive the stunning views of the ocean. Thank you for your feedback!
