We loved our stay! Check in was a breeze. Simona was very helpful during our stay with answering questions on a couple of minor issues. The house is older, but has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite was the backyard pool area with the bar and outdoor bathroom. It’s a great area close to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend the Cajun Boil for great seafood. We also went to The Hard Rock Casino in Ft. Lauderdale and highly recommend Bae Korean Grill. We would definitely stay here again!

July 2025 - Super property!

My family and I stayed for a week at Hollywood Beach. The property is very well located on a quiet residential street 2 streets off the main street. The house is well laid out and exactly as described in the ad and in the pictures provided.Whilst we had a minor issue in getting in touch with the host at the start of our stay this was resolved quickly. The property's amenities are very good, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooker and oven, with a pool and hot tub but the outside star of the show was the poolside bar with tv, fridge, sink, counter space and BBQ.The property's interior is well furnished and deceptively spacious and there is a helpful guide provided on house rules, with shops, and restaurant recommendations. There is a Publix supermarket c. 3 minute drive away so everything is within easy reach. If you are looking for a property that is centrally located, yet quiet and peaceful then I would recommend this one!

Excellent stay

My husband and I along with another couple, stayed 2 nights while in town for a wedding. The house was older but very clean and updated. We mainly booked the house for the backyard which did not disappoint. The pool was a perfect size for us. The outside bar was great for watching sports and having drinks cold by the pool without going in the house. The outside bathroom is a perfect addition! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood within a short distance to the beach and bars/restaurants. Communication with the manager was fast and easy. We would would definitely stay again.

Vacation with the dogs.

House was very clean. Perfect size for vacation home. Backyard is amazing. Outdoor bar to watch the games while in the pool. Full bathroom by the pool. Took all my showers out there. So cool. Close to boardwalk. Neighborhood is very nice. Walked the dogs and people were friendly. Perfect location for multiple sporting events. Went soccer on the north side of house. Baseball to the south. Great Weekend

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and beautiful house! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the stunning pool and the outdoor bar area—perfect for lounging during the day and enjoying drinks in the evening. The location was ideal, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Simone was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Girls' Spring Break

We really loved the house but the pool area is amazing! Normally we spend very little time in a rental house, opting for the beach and tourist areas, not this time. The tropical and private backyard oasis was too good to leave. We hope to come back and enjoy this home with additional family. PS - the outdoor bathroom & shower was a great surprise.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back again. The neighborhood was amazing, very well kept and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax after being busy with family all day. The hot tub was such a sweet treat and the owner made it so accessible. Anytime we wanted to use it she was available. Overall it was a comfortable clean place to call home for a few days. Just loved everything about it. Please consider staying here for your next visit. So worth it!

I have not one complaint about our stay at this property all around!!!! Just FABULOUS! Communication was on point, owner was VERY accommodating with an earlier check in and any of our needs!!! Tropical Oasis Close to Everything!!

Where do I begin? My family and I stayed at this rental property during our annual vacation for 9 lovely nights and we certainly could have stayed longer! The location was just a couple of blocks from the park and downtown area. The beach is just a short ride away as is the broad walk with all it has to offer! Check-In was flawless, as was check-out! Simone, the owner of the property, was hands down a delight! The home was exactly what we needed and we had no issues
. the one simple question I had in regards to turning something on/off was answered as quickly as it was sent! The backyard area is a literal mini paradise. We only spent a day and a half on the beach because we had everything we needed in that backyard with the gorgeous pool. I can’t imagine how long it took them to landscape it, but it’s perfection! You can tell the owner sincerely cares about the property and really strives to give guests an experience and not just a place to stay! I cannot recommend this property enough and I thoroughly plan to stay again next summer! Thank you Simone for providing such a wonderful place for visitors and vacationers to get a real sensation of being swept away to a tropical paradise!

John and I (Simona) recently purchased this property less than one year ago but chose it because we fell in love with Hollywood beach and the adjoining South Lake neighborhood over 10 years ago. It’s a true Paradise Getaway. It’s a beautiful, fun and happy place that’s very family friendly but offers many exciting attractions for adults as well. All making you want to come back year after year, just like we have!
