Dieses geräumige Ferienhaus hat alles. Komplett mit 4 Schlafzimmern, das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein 2. mit einem Doppelbett, ein 3. mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein 4. mit einem Etagenbett. Für die Kinder gibt es ein großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Tischtennis und vielen Spielen, um sie zu unterhalten. Es gibt ein kombiniertes Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude, eine Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler und eine Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Haus verfügt über eine große Außenterrasse mit Grill und Blick auf die tropischen Gärten. Es gibt 2 Parkplätze. Dieses Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 8 Personen, ideal für einen kombinierten Familienurlaub.

Das Haus liegt am Leuchtturmstrand, mit zwei bekannten 18-Loch-Golfplätzen, Emerald Downs und Port Macquarie, die beide nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Es ist auch nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Leuchtturmstrand, der in den Sommermonaten vollständig patrouilliert ist. Lokale Geschäfte, Clubs, Cafés, Restaurants und eine Taverne sind nur einen Katzensprung von hier entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Kelvin Grove property

Great house, great location, very central to everything, Unfortunately for us roadworks were underway the entire stay so a lot of noise spoilt the peaceful surrounds. Property backs onto a major road so lots of traffic noise too. FYI the roadworks won’t be completed until end of 2025.

Property was perfect for keeping us comfortably warm in winter. Road works on Ocean Road/Emerald Road (very nearby) were painful - noise started at 7am. Vibration started at 7am - thankfully both were over by 5pm. Cleanliness was questionable - could have spent a week cleaning but dirt could have been due to the wind and road works.

Great family home

This was a great home for a family. Very pleasant to stay in. Very convenient location as Coles is literally across the road as well as a few other shops plus a great tavern. It is a short drive away to city centre and beaches or you can walk to light house beach. Highly recommended house. House was clean and tidy, it just needed airing. There's Aircon and fans which wasn't in the ad so it was a bonus.

Convenient to shops

The location is good - there's a small shopping centre with supermarket and tavern just on the other side of the main road, but it's also a 10min drive from the centre of town and the patrolled beaches if that's important for you.
