Location of this property was excellent easy walking distance to shops, club and town. Clean and tidy. Beds could do with mattress topper(bit too firm for me), but would stay there again.

I'm glad to hear that you found that the unit was in a great location, it is a very popular unit & we have a lot of repeat holiday bookings. It's unfortunate that you had a cleanliness issue, if you had brought these issues to our attention on arrival we would have had our cleaners return to rectify the problem straight away, but unfortunately these issues were only brought to our attention when you returned the keys on departure. As for the stove top not working our cleaner checked it on your departure & it was working perfectly fine.

The mould around the windows and doors was disgusting to say the least. We asked that the cleaner come in to do some cleaning but still should not have been rented out...explanation not satisfactory. Stove was not working properly...electrician rang us but did not turn up, fridge very old, vanity in ensuite needs replacing, door to ensuite did not open or close, spoke to manager on the Monday as to when the unit had last ben inspected and was told it hadn't, bed frame was very dusty. I have many pictures

Westport Palms

A spacious apartment in a good location. Unfortunately the hot plates were old, inefficient and needed replacing. Likewise the reverse cycle air con unit was very old and noisy. Basic cleaning products, such as toilet cleaner and bin liners weren't supplied. Room for improvement.
