Mullet Manor ist ein charmantes Strandhaus und ist eine großartige Option fĂŒr Ihren Familienurlaub auf der Insel Tybee. Das Hotel liegt weniger als einen Block vom Strand entfernt auf einer Privatstraße mit Extras wie WLAN, Gasgrill und Tischtennisplatte und mehr. In wahrem Tybee-Cottage-Charakter befindet sich das Haupthaus im zweiten Stock des Hauses. Hier finden Sie die KĂŒche, den Wohn- und Essbereich, drei Schlafzimmer sowie ein komplettes und ein halbes Bad. Das Gemeinschaftsbad umfasst eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Es gibt auch ein halbes Bad im Schlafraum. Ein möblierter Wintergarten befindet sich neben dem Wohnbereich.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptebene des Hauses und ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das dritte Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 Etagenbetten mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, einen TV und ein angeschlossenes WC. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Doppelbett und einem TV sowie das zweite Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

Das Cottage ist sĂŒĂŸ und einladend und bietet den GĂ€sten ein unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis. Ihre Familie wird auch den zusĂ€tzlichen Platz unter dem Haus genießen. Hier finden Sie ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, eine Tischtennisplatte, Gas- und Holzkohlegrill sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt auch ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr bis zu vier Fahrzeuge in diesem Haus. Es gibt keinen öffentlichen Strandzugang auf dieser Straße, aber es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zur 10th Street Beach Crossover - und Sie brauchen sich keine Sorgen um den Verkehr zu machen, denn Sie sind am Strand der Butler Avenue!

Shocker! We reserved the home in mid-June for our stay on Aug. 24-26. Upon arrival to the home we entered through the kitchen, and I see mold on the refrigerator door where the water is dispensed, I turn around to look at the oven and the glass is missing on the oven door, upon further inspection of the home its flitty. Linens had been changed but the stain on the mattress protectors had me and all my guest afraid to sleep on the beds, hairs left in the showers that were supposed to be cleaned, the shower curtain hasn't been changed or washed in a long time. We found blood stains on the sofa and the home just has not been kept cleaned. We tried to contact the rental company when we arrived but because it was after 5 PM we were connected to the FL. office who sent us back to the GA. office to leave a message. So no one reached out at all on Friday, we ended up goin out and purchasing blankets & pillows to sleep on. Saturday, I sent another message requesting someone to contact me around 7 AM. we leave and go get breakfast i receive a text they want to know how our stay is going so far and to rate it thumbs up/down. Of course, I I said thumbs down and someone finally called. It was Candice, I told her everything that was wrong with the home, she was very apologetic and said she would get working it immediately. I received a call from Christian, told him everything he too, very apologetic, said he would make a report and get to working on it. Nothing was done during our stay!

Great stay at Tybee

House was very clean and everything in the listing was spot on. There is enough room for large groups and it never felt crowded in the house. Slight walk to the beach isn’t a bad walk at all. Would definitely stay here again in the future, house was great!

Mullet Manor

When we first arrived, we thought this beach house was fine except for the lack of hangers in the closets (and after we called, many hangers were promptly delivered). However it started raining and we discovered multiple leaks in the house, in the master BR closet (where shelves were warped no doubt as a result of previous leaks), in the main bathroom, and in the hallway of the downstairs apartment (the ceiling of the hallway had been patched up probably due to previous leaks). Someone came in to inspect the damage and we were quickly offered another cottage which turned out to be perfect (a big thank you to the management at Tybee Vacation Rentals). Mullet Manor needs to have repairs done before it is rented out again.

Family getaway

My family had a wonderful time at the Mullet Manor. We enjoyed the beach and all the things to do on the island. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere, enjoyed the game area on the lower floor and loved how close the beach was. The house was just like what was described online. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Fun beach stay

The upstairs part was immaculate and very nice. The down stairs area, which had two bedrooms, to finish off the total of 5 bedrooms, was very rustic and not anywhere near as nice as the upstairs area. This was like two separate properties. The twin bedroom was the side of a large closet connected to the jack and Jill bathroom that led to the other bedroom. Very dated and smelled very musty. A dehumidifier is desperately needed in the lower level.

Nice location

The upstairs part of the house was lovely and perfect in every way. The downstairs area was a much needed additional space for our group and the recreational area was nice even though the sleeping areas were much more rustic and really need to be updated. The two bedrooms downstairs smelled very very musty. I would recommend that the home owner consider adding a good dehumidifier to pull the moisture out of the air and drastically increase the comfort level as well as get rid of the odor. I really don't feel that the basement living area is usable at this time.

Great Selection

This property was perfect for our "bridging to Senior" Girl Scouts to Savannah and Tybee Island. We used it to cook most dinners and all breakfasts for our week-long stay. It is just around the corner (very walkable - 10 minutes?) to Lighthouse, Marine Center and the public beach access. Driving, you can get gas, ice cream, souvenirs or grocery shop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is very peaceful but active enough with dog walkers and golf cart riders. While you sit on the porch (which we used a lot), you can see the water through the trees but not the beach itself. The walk to the beach was an easy, across the street journey that took probably 10 minutes to arrive at the private beach. There are no lifeguards on that part, but I did see them drive through the area on their ATVs occasionally. There are lifeguards stationed on the public part that can be walked to on the beach or via the Marine Center area access. We appreciated the charcoal grill access, as well as having the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and all dishes needed. We did bring our own paring knives and glad we did. Other than that, we had everything we needed for utensils and such. Two major things about this street (not just this house): Parking is tough if you have a larger vehicle. We had two cars; a mini-van and Mazda 5. We fit perfectly with those sizes, but I have no idea what we would have done if we chose a larger vehicle to bring. The parking spaces are on a road but to visualize it would be to think of an alley-sized roadway; one-way passes and the need to not stick out onto the street. Due to the age of the neighborhood, it is understandable. It would have just been nice to understand that better before we came to ensure we chose proper vehicle. Again, we had no real issue, but others could. This property has A LOT of steps. Your parking space is at the back of the house and you unload everything starting with brick steps and then steps to the porch and then steps either upstairs to the bedrooms or downstairs to the basement bedroom/laundry. Again, it was not an issue for us but for someone not used to it or unable to, it would be a considerable hardship. Also noted, the bath upstairs only has a claw-foot tub with a shower/spray handle and no shower curtain going around it. This eliminated a shower option for us. We enjoyed ourselves very much & would definitely use this rental again!

This house was an easy walk from the beach! Great for families. It had a nice kids room with bunk beds and lots of other space for adults. It's a bit older but was very clean and I would recommend it.

There is lot of things which can be improved

There are lot of things which can improve . The basement rooms had this very bad small all the time , the AC was not working on the basement room. While booking I thought the basement room rooms are connected from inside of the house but we have to come out of the house on the 2nd floor and then entert the basement separately. And then the TV remotes did not had any batteries. The HDMI was not working in case if want to connect any smart device . Also we found a cockroach the moment we entered the house . Please make all these improvements for better experience

Family Thanksgiving 2018

This is the 2nd time we have stayed with TVR and will be staying with them in 2019 again. This year we stayed in Mullet Manor and it was perfect for our family. Thanksgiving on Tybee is a family tradition for us and I'm thankful to have someone that makes the process so enjoyable and easy. Thanks from the Bailey, Fox and Hope families.

March 2018 Stay

We loved staying at Mullet Manor! Although there were only 4 of us, we couldn’t help wishing that we had a much larger group since this house is just packed with sleeping options. We had a fantastic time playing ping-pong and grilling out and loved being able to walk to the grocery store and the beach. But most of all we just enjoyed having this space to be together with our oldest son who is in the Army at Fort Stewart. We played games around the table and enjoyed some family time. We had a great time at Mullet Manor! The house is maintained and clean and the decor is lovely and adds to the beachside experience (especially for us snow escaping Canadians!) We had a great time!

I first would like to say Susan is wonderful!! And a big thank you for saving our vacation. This was our first trip to the island. We have a rocky start however Susan came to our rescue. Mullet Manor is more then its pictures. Its warm and inviting. It felt like home. We would without a doubt stay in this home again.

Mullet Manor on Tybee Island

House is great and super close to beach. Only suggestion to owner is to update the bathroom! Really old bathroom needs redoing badly! Other than that...great house.
