Das Gulfside Townhomes ist ein Komplex mit geringer Dichte und 250 Fuß Privatstrand. Keine Hochhäuser auf beiden Seiten, der weiße Sand und das klare blaue Wasser sind atemberaubend schön! Großartige zentrale Lage, in Gehweite zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, dem Hangout, Lebensmittelgeschäften und vielen Souvenirläden. Es gibt auch eine große Outlet Mall in der Nähe und einige lustige Gebrauchtwarenläden!
Ein familienfreundliches Stadthaus mit einem schön angelegten, grasbewachsenen Innenhof in der Mitte des U-förmigen Komplexes und einem großen, in den Boden eingelassenen Pool ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt schwer zu finden! Genießen Sie den Komfort eines privaten Holzkohlegrills und bequemer Stühle unter dem Gerät mit einem der größten Pools am Strand in Gulf Shores!
Kürzlich dekoriert und aktualisiert, wird diese 2-stöckige Einheit 8 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 1/2 Bädern, 1150 Quadratmetern und überdachten Parkplätzen für 2 Fahrzeuge direkt unter der Einheit schlafen.
Es ist niemand über oder unter Ihnen, gehen Sie einfach eine Treppe hinauf in den ersten Stock mit einem offenen Grundriss, der Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, 1/2 Bad und Wäscherei umfasst. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den großen Pool und den begrünten Innenhof mit Blick auf den Strand. Das Pooltor ist buchstäblich zwei Schritte von unserer Einheit entfernt. Auf unseren Balkonen können Sie Ihren Kindern beim Schwimmen zusehen!
Es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen 55 "Smart-TV. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Es gibt auch 2 TV-Tabletts hinter dem Buffet und einen Hochstuhl für zusätzlichen Komfort. Die Küche hat Schränke, Arbeitsplatten, neue Spüle aktualisiert und ist voll ausgestattet, um alle Ihre Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Blick auf den Pool mit Blick auf den Strand, eigenem Bad, Kingsize-Bett, Sitzecke und 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, ein Queensize-Bett, Etagenbetten, ein Pack-n-Play im Schrank und einen 26 "-Flachbildfernseher.
Die Schlafzimmer haben neue Fußböden und beide Badezimmer im Obergeschoss wurden kürzlich ebenfalls aktualisiert!
Unsere Familie genießt Gulf Shores seit vielen Jahren - es ist ein Ort, an dem Sie alle Arten von Unterhaltung, einzigartigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und köstlichen lokalen Restaurants genießen können. It was our first time at the beach in Fall and it was amazing! The townhouse had everything we needed for the beach and more, including tools for eating crab legs we bought from the market! Wonderful week at the beach!

We love this location! It was so nice that the unit had boogie boards, beach chairs etc, so we did not have to bring them. The owners were very responsive to any question/needs we had, and got back to us promptly. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay.

Very nice, wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Clean and plenty of room for several people to relax. I would have loved to bring the comfortable bed home with me. Owners are wonderful to deal with. Could not have asked for better folks to deal with or a nicer place to spend our vacation.

Great Beachfront Townhome

Beautiful beachfront townhome! Great for families! The check in process was so easy. The host provided us with all the information needed for our stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available for us to use. Beautiful pool on the property as well. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Walked down to the Hangout several nights to listen to the bands playing. Great place to stay!

Great Beach Location

Having the bedrooms on the upper level made it nice for those that rise at different times. Fixing breakfast or watching TV doesn't disturb those catching few extra winks. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out was simple and easy.

Very nice and clean property. Great location!

Loved the proximity of the townhouse to the pool and beach. Had 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room - didn't feel like we were tripping over each other at all. A few restaurants were within walking distance and others were just a short drive away. The townhouse was clean and neat. The only problem we had was spotty wi-fi but that was actually good because it kept the kids from being on their electronic devices the whole time. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Location for Families!

I don’t think we could have asked for more with this property! It is located right on the beach with its own pool. The house had a great assortment of sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and games that we used all week long. It was so wonderful not having to pack all that with us on a long road trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 5 and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved being able to walk out the door and go to the pool or the beach. There are so many options here in Gulf Shores when choosing a vacation house and I would choose this one again hands down over a high rise condo. The owners are super sweet and very responsive. Will be looking forward to the next time we can come back!

Loved it! So close to everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! This was my 3 year olds first beach trip and it was perfect! The town home was so close to everything!!! The gulfside town homes are older but clean and well kept! We watched the pool being cleaned EVERY day! (Haven't seen many places that do that!) The owners provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and an umbrella! That made packing a lot easier!!! Only suggestion is grippers for the guest bathtub ;) lol Tub was squeaky clean and a little slippery ;)

Great beach stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulfside Unit 28! It is just like the pictures you see, which is not true at a lot of places. Spark has it stocked so well that you will feel at home. There's no need in wasting packing space or money on beach chairs or an umbrella, it is available for you! There are also beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards, board games, pack and play, highchair and so much more! We really enjoyed the big parking space with the water hose, we never had to pack Sandy beach stuff upstairs. We loved the 2 balconies and you're overlooking the pool which is great if you have kids. We contacted Spark about checking in earlier than 4pm and were prepared to pay extra, he told us no problem as long as the unit was clean to go ahead and check in. We got there as the cleaning guy had left but our code didn't work, we called Spark and he got us right in and made us feel at home! We're already looking in to booking a stay in the fall!!

We truly enjoyed staying in your townhouse. It was clean, very nicely decorated with lots of extras. This was our second vacation in Gulf Shores and it was so nice of you to allow us to use your beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, & beach toys. Plus, you supplied a pack and play, high chair, extra blankets/pillows, board games and toys. It saved us from having to pack SO MUCH extra stuff! The bunk beds and full size bed in the second bedroom worked great for our four kids. I loved the tile floors throughout the downstairs. It made for much easier cleanup of all the sand. I also like the keypad entry, so much easier for everyone than having to keep up with a key. The location of the townhouse is perfect! Our older kids could play out in the pool while we watched from the balcony. We were only a short distance to the beach which wasn't crowded like the ones in front of the huge condos. The waves the last day of our stay were awesome! You are easily within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and popular hangouts. Spark and all the owners were very friendly and good to work with. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and fix any problems that arose. Thank you again for sharing your townhouse with us! We hope to be back again soon!

If you're looking for a town home that is conveniently located steps from the pool and beach, this is it! We felt right at home with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and accessible pool and beach toys. Communication with the host was fast and always thorough. Relaxing stay at this little beachside gem in Gulf Shores, and I already want to book it again. Only issue we ran into was asking for an hour early arrival that we ended up having to wait till 4:30 to enter the room due to housekeeping didn't know we were even coming. Afterwards everything went great, the location was the best, beach access was a short walk, the pool was clean and shaded in evening, the condo was clean. Overall satisfactory for everyone.

Our family has vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years now. We live in central Illinois, and love to vacation on the beach! We've found the white sand beaches in Gulf Shores to be the most beautiful and family friendly of all! We also enjoy all of the fun things to do within walking distance! We have extended family members who also own in the area and we have enjoyed their vacation homes in the past. However, recently, we had the opportunity to purchase this townhome, partnering with our daughter and son-in-law. They have four children and are in the photo above. We enjoy watching our grandchildren play on the beach, swimming and fishing and look forward to many more years of vacationing in Gulf Shores, AL.

We really love the beach house feel of a townhome, with no foot traffic above or below. The small complex has a community feel, with the pool and courtyard in the center of a "U" shape. The location is absolutely perfect with the complex being beach side and within walking distance of the Shrimp Festival, The Hangout, and a variety of other restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We have made many memories in Gulf Shores and are excited to make many more at our new home away from home.

It is so nice to be able to watch your kids swim in the pool right from your balcony. In the past, we've stayed in places where the pool was across the street, but our set-up couldn't be more convenient or family friendly, with the pool and courtyard located right in the center of the complex, and the beach only steps away!
