Die Dolphin Eigentumswohnung am Meer ist ein privat geführtes Wohnung befindet sich in der Acquilus II Condominium Gebäude in Nord Jacksonville Beach, ca. 8 Blocks nördlich von Jacksonville Beach Pier.


Diese Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Das offene Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche bietet einen weiten Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Ein großer Balkon mit Meerblick rundet die ruhige Umgebung dieses Ferienhaus bietet.


Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, und eine große Master-Bad komplett mit separater Dusche und Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der erste Gast Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Doppelbett und das zweite Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten, so dass die Wohnung wird bequem schlafen 8 Erwachsene. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Fernseher mit Kabel-TV.


Die Wohnung Küche ist im Grunde bestückt mit Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Gläser, Geschirr, ist auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung in einem separaten Waschraum. Der Balkon verfügt über einen Elektrogrill.


WLAN ist in der gesamten Einheit zur Verfügung und wird als Gefälligkeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Badetücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.


Wir treffen Sie persönlich in der Unterkunft beim Check-in und geben Sie Schlüssel und eine Orientierung. Wir sind auch zur Verfügung um Ihnen zu helfen oder Fragen beantworten, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts.

We had a small family reunion 6 adults (3 couples). Originally, my husband and his family are from Jacksonville. We enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast and dinner so we did minimal cooking. The amenities was very convenient--pools, walk to the beach, etc. Parking is perfect for two vehicles. This is probably our favorite place.

Family vacation

We arrived to find an amazing condo that absolutely beautiful. Our stay was from Monday to Saturday, and the weather was awesome. Check in and check out process was super easy, and Lancelot Leasing gave great customer service and communication. The condo was exceptional, stock and very clean. I would recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!

Beach getaway

Location best on Jax beach with nearby shopping as needed. Spacious rooms and easy to spread out. View fantastic from from the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Two pool areas with spas in each. Underground parking keeps car clean and away from salt spray. Third time at this place.

This is our second time staying in this rental, 9 months apart and instead of the owners investing just a little bit to improve some things mentioned in previous reviews all are the same or worse. It’s truly unfortunate because this could be a spectacular rental. TIP - check under the sink to see if there is a pan to catch drips. I’m not sure if we are just incredibly unlucky or what but on each stay we had to have a plumber come to fix flooding under the sink. It had to have been a known issue because someone placed a pan and container to catch water without addressing the problem We could not believe we came home to water coming out from under the sink AGAIN. Pros: - The view - 3 bedrooms with en suite for each - Two pools Cons: - Balcony furniture. DO NOT SIT ON THE CHAIRS. Seriously…the rust will stain and the cushions needed to be replaced years ago - Pots and pans. Such an easy fix to replace with a inexpensive set on occasion - Slider to balcony from living room….impossible to open without using two hands and then it was really, really difficult - Fix fan in the back room - Check AC We could not get it to work properly all week - Blinds in master bedroom do fall off at the slightest touch Some of these issues probably relate to this being a rental and get frequent use but a little TLC would go a long way We will not return to this rental. There are other places with the same spectacular view and we booked our next stay at a neighboring place.

It felt very spacious with decent accommodations (bathrooms and space) for even the 2nd and 3rd bedroom occupants. The building has 2 options for pools and the 3rd floor one was perfect since it was heated and had a hot tub that was in great condition (and very hot). Often we had the pools to ourselves. We brought lots of beach items (surfboards, wetsuits, chairs, etc) and so the private garage space was a great perk too for convenient secure storage. The comments others mentioned about pots and pans, and bring extra TP are accurate. I’m not a decorator but I’d suggest brightening up the back two rooms somehow. Otherwise it was awesome. Location not too crowded. Amenities (pools and fitness room) were lovely. Beds comfy. Provided towels nice (beach ans regular) but also good to have some extra beach towels.
