Einheit 122, die wir als "Beachy Keen," ist eine im ersten Stock Eigentumswohnung, die die persönliche Note des Besitzers bietet, und die Vorteile der nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Kante der Strand.

Diese Eigentumswohnung wurde eine komplette Renovierung im Januar 2015. Es verfügt nun über einen König im hinteren Schlafzimmer Bett und ein offener Wohnbereich, ein elegantes Sofa, das in ein Queen-Size-Bett verwandelt hat. Das fühlt sich nicht wie eine Ferienwohnung. Es fühlt sich an wie zu Hause.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alle Zutaten für ein paar ernste Hausmannskost. Ein schlüsselloses Zugangssystem verhindert Aussperrung. Wi-Fi ist kostenlos und ein Passwort geschützt.

Es gibt eine Bank direkt vor Ihrer Tür direkt am Meer und eine kurze Treppe Recht auf den Sand.

The Sea Gypsy is one of my favorite places to stay. The units are always clean and well stocked. The view is spectacular with easy beach access and, a short walk to Kylios for a delicous meal. Centrally located so all my favorite shops and galleries are an easy walk or short drive.

Just lovely!

Hubs and I wanted to get away and this was perfect! Nice little short walk to the beach, cute little kitchen (with utensils and cookware!) and a fancy little restaurant near by! We were able to walk to the shops and the view was amazing. We had a great time!

A great solo escape

This little space is so perfect for a beach getaway! I love the decor and the creature comforts! It truly is such a great place. So close to walk out to the beach and enjoy the features Lincoln city has to offer. I will be back!!

So close to everything.

Great location, close to all activities. Only issue for us was the constant people walking right outside the patio door. We love to have the door open while we are at the beach to enjoy the sound of the waves but with all the kids it was pretty noisy. Would probably be better for a young family since it is steps from the beach.

Almost gave it a 5 star but the living area heater wouldn't go on. Great location and ocean view! Having 2 bathrooms also great and we appreciated the specific instructions on how to operate things.

Comfy unit

Nice midsize lodging, slightly outdated BUT really comfy. Extra blankets were really nice. Location was great for close to town with beautiful views. The salt water pool was a very clean area with lots of space to store your things. We enjoyed the dry sauna which felt clean, comfy and SAFE. While staying on the bottom level we felt like we had plenty of privacy while the curtains closed and enjoyed the bench right outside our room. Can’t wait to stay during the summer so we can utilize the BBQ area located next to the pool😃

Beachy Keen is amazing!

We stayed in 122, Beachy Keen for 4 nights and it was the best possible stay! The room felt more like a really comfy apartment and was amazingly well stocked! The kitchenette has probably anything you could ask for, which really helps save some money vs eating out all the time. The front desk gal was super nice and very helpful with my questions. Not to mention that for the cost, you can't beat it! So close to the beach, it's literally just a few steps away! Don't hesitate to make Sea Gypsy your destination!

The one and only thing that happened is there were no blankets. There was a spread for the king but no blanket for the sofa bed. All us ladies are over 60 and one is 70 so that was a slight problem. Of course we didn't know until after midnight and the contact we had offered to let us go to the maids closet to get one but we managed without. An adjustment in the rent would be appreciated. We do understand, with all the necessary measures there can be some oversights.

We keep extra blankets inside the cupboard in the living room did you look there? If you did and it was oddly not stocked, I sincerely apologise your unit wasn't stocked appropriately. Literally steps from the beach!

The only reason this was given 3 stars is because upon arrival, the condo was not cleaned properly. The floors were filthy and full of sand and the bed was not made. We were given sheets by the housekeeper, but because of a language barrier, we were unsure if he was to put them on, or us. It seemed we were to do that. We swept the entire condo, and the floors were so dirty, they left our socks black. The gal in the office was very nice to bring us a mop and some floor cleaner, but we did that work as well. The gal said she would talk to the manager to see what they could do for us, but we never heard back. Other than that nightmare, the stay was very pleasant. Everything we needed to cook with was there. The ocean view was wonderful and it was so nice to be able to walk out the back door and walk a very short distance to the stairs to be quickly on the beach! Beautiful location! If the place had been cleaned properly, we would definitely book another stay. Very unfortunate.
