Sie werden den inspirierenden Blick auf die Berge genießen, während Sie in unserem Stadthaus entspannen.
Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss jeweils mit Doppelbetten. Der Meister hat einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein komplettes Bad mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss teilen sich ein Bad mit Wanne / Dusche. Es gibt auch eine Queen-Size-Versteckcouch auf der Hauptebene.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Kamin und einen 55-Zoll-HD-Kabel-TV mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick auf Ten-Mile Range und die Breckenridge-Pisten. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Darüber hinaus gibt es an der Küchentheke Platz für weitere 4 Personen, um mit dem Küchenchef zu sprechen oder ein ungezwungenes Essen oder Getränk zu sich zu nehmen.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Koch- und Essutensilien, die Sie in einem ganzjährig genutzten Haus erwarten würden. Die Küche ist mit einem Gasherd / Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet.

Es gibt eine halbe Badewanne auf der Hauptebene. Die Fußbodenheizung im gesamten Stadthaus sorgt für ruhige und sehr komfortable Wohnbedingungen.

Unser Deck ist mit einem Weber-Gasgrill ausgestattet und verfügt über einen privaten Whirlpool direkt neben unserem Deck.

Es gibt eine angebaute beheizte Einzelgarage.

Perfect condo for fun and family time.

Three bedroom condo allowed our two adult children & spouses (and first grandbaby) to have their own bedroom. Great location

The house and neighborhood was excellent. A shuttle picked us up from the driveway to take us into town for skiing. I was under the impression this was a stand alone home, when in reality it is connected on both sides to another home. However, this is a very quiet neighborhood and no one was on either side of us the entire time we stayed. I am very pleased with this stay.

Awesome location!

We had a great time during our stay. Excellent location in the townhouse community. The private hot tub was a great treat after a day of skiing. The community bus was great when we didn’t want to drive to the slopes. The location is ideally between downtown Breckenridge and Frisco. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Great Mountain Retreat

My family of 5 (parents + 3 teens) stayed here as a home base for spring skiing as it was the perfect location to hit Breck, Vail and Keystone (on EPIC pass) during our week stay. Clean, very cute and warm with everything a family would need, including in-unit washer and dryer and stocked kitchen. Hot tub was amazing after long day on slopes and grill heavily used. The owner was very helpful in giving advice on the area, grocery stores and was attentive to texts with questions. We had a few small issues that once the owner addresses it would take it to a 5-star from my 4-star: 1/ The A/V situation is fine but not great especially with teens and trying to watch Netflix. The audio on the TV is hard to hear and we have 3-4 times where the internet service was down so no streaming (started a movie but couldnt finish it), etc. The owner said it typically works perfectly so perhaps we had a one-off issue with internet? 2/ Small garage - the Tahoe barely fit and everyone had to get out before pulling in. Again, super minor. 3/The living room area, while a very nice space felt crowded during the week with 5 of us. Just a couch and 2 kinda formal chairs. A larger L-shaped couch for people to lounge around would provide a better feel. Overall a great place even with these small points and we would stay here again in a minute.

We appreciated Chad's & his family as guests & hope they will come back to stay with us again. Our internet issue was due to an equipment failure. Comcast/Xfinity came our replaced the equipment & resolved the problem. Our service at the time 500Mbps, but we have upgraded to 1Gbps since Chad's family stayed with us. Our couch is a queen-sized hide-a-bed couch which provides a 4th bed which is important to many of our guests. We would lose that if we switched to an L-shape couch. Our single car garage is adequate for cars as well as mid-sized SUVs. Our Toyota Highlander's back hatch can open even with the garage door closed. Unfortunately the largest SUVs with 9-passenger capacities are extremely tight in our garage. If there were something we could do about that we would. Noral Johnson

The pictures and description of the townhome are spot on. We especially appreciated the heated first floor and the top-notch kitchen appliances, which made our stay very comfortable. The hosts’ messages were welcoming, timely, and helpful throughout our trip. The neighborhood shuttle was a wonderful added bonus on the days we skied at Breckenridge. Fantastic vacation

My wife and I stayed at Noral & Cindy’s Breck townhouse for four months. The place was beyond as advertised, exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable, kitchen had everything you need, well maintained hot tub, good location just outside of town near golf course with convenient access to many hiking trails. Great communication with owners.

Wonderful home & location

We already knew we loved the Highland Greens neighborhood. The location between Breckenridge and Frisco is ideal, the area is easy to get into and out of, and the square footage you get and the quality of home is amazing. The hot tub was icing on the cake. We felt like this was our own home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, even some spices. And checking it was incredibly easy. The only thing we had issues with was the WiFi, at times, when most of us were on our computers trying to work. The owners were also great to work with and were responsive to all of our questions. We will be back!

Wonderful Breck Vacation

This location is beautiful. The views out the patio door is spectacular. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Home was well stocked and made for a very comfortable get away. Shuttle service made getting to the slopes super easy. The condo is just outside of the downtown area which was perfect for our family. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Above and Beyond

I rented this place as a way to combine a wedding and a family ski trip. The house is perfect, cozy and a great spot to explore the surrounding town of Breckenridge and Frisco. But the memories from this experience would not have been possible without Noral and Cindy who went above and beyond the call of duty to solve numerous (and I mean numerous) logistical issues that arose. We couldn't have asked for much more from them and they did it all with a smile. I highly recommend staying here! Jamie and Jaclyn.

Fabulous place and location!

We loved our 11 night stay and would love to stay here again. Great additions like a plug in strip by each bedside, a humidifier for each room, a standing fan, soap in each bathroom, etc. were great touches to make our stay extra comfortable and perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes/pans we needed. The location was perfect for access to Breckenridge and Keystone as well as a great trail to hike in the snow and take pictures. If we had any questions Noral was very quick to reply and help! We want to come back soon!

Great spot to gather for the week!

We stayed here with another couple for the week (4 total), to work remotely and enjoy all the Colorado has to offer. The space was well kept, perfect for each of us to have separate rooms when needed, and a great gathering spots (living room with fireplace and hot tub!). Great communication and hiking recommendations from the hosts. Loved the area and the place. Would definitely stay here again!

In the SUMMER we’re in the middle of all sorts of fun. The Summit County bike trail is a short quarter mile away and provides access to the 55 mile network of hard-surfaced non-motorized trails throughout the area. The Breckenridge Golf Club is within a half mile, fly fishing in the Blue river is just a half mile away as well. Other nearby opportunities include ATV, horseback riding, hot air balloon, tennis, Alpine slide, shopping and picnicking to name a few – or throw some meat on the grill and enjoy a cool beverage with an incredible mountain view from your own deck.

In the WINTER we have a Free Private hourly shuttle that you’ll just love!!! Everyone can head to the slopes on their own schedule and you can forget the hassle of morning and afternoon ski traffic & parking. Our shuttle will pick you up & return you to within a few steps of our front door & has drop-offs at several lifts at the base of the Breckenridge slopes. Our central location allows you to easily expand your ski/ride options with Copper, Keystone, A-Basin & Loveland 20-30 minutes’ drive and Vail is 40 minutes away.
Other nearby Winter opportunities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, tubing, snow cat tours & shopping - or sit by the fire with a warm drink in the comfort of your own living room while enjoying our beautiful mountain scenery.
