Spektakuläre Ocean Front Condo in sehr begehrter Lage. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge vom Pool / Whirlpool oder Ihrer privaten Veranda. "Shorefront ist felsig und fantastisch zum Schnorcheln, es gibt jedoch keinen Sandstrand direkt davor". Der Pool liegt direkt am Meer und blickt in die Innenstadt von Kona in der Ferne. Großartige Aussicht auf die 4. Juli Show in Kialua Bay. Das Sea Village Condo liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Innenstadt von Historic Kona entfernt. Nah genug für die Bequemlichkeit und doch weit genug für einen friedlichen Aufenthalt. Das Condo verfügt über einen eigenen großen beheizten Pool und einen Whirlpool, beide mit Blick auf den Ozean. Barbecue für die Küche im Freien. Café befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Dies ist eine sehr private Eigentumswohnung mit einer der besten Aussichten in Kona. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine / Trockner und anderen Annehmlichkeiten, um Ihren kompletten Komfort zu gewährleisten. Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, dass Ihr Urlaub Entspannung und Komfort bietet. Die Big Islands bieten eine Vielzahl von Sandstränden und fantastischen Schnorchelstränden. Wir haben Fotos von einigen unserer Lieblingsorte auf der Insel hinzugefügt.

Wonderful Stay

Big Island....Fun and Adventure

This condo was exactly has described. Location was perfect for seeing all of the sights on the Big Island. There was snorkeling gear, and anything else you needed for the beach. Everything you may need has been thought of. Great rental.

Enjoyable stay on The Big Island

We were looking for a quiet place with parking and a good view that was close to restaurants and attractions. The condo was perfect. Very quiet, yet close to town. Well stocked with everything we needed for a weeklong trip. Especially enjoyed ending the day on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Would happily return!

Great place, great view

Overall, we were very impressed with the place from the location, to the cleanliness, to the view. Every morning around 630/7am the dolphins swam in the bay and we could see them from the kitchen. The pool was great if you just wanted to relax after being out and about all day. We loved Kona and definitely will be back. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Best Stay in Kona

The stay was just what we wanted. When we arrived the property manager had food available for us since we arrived late in the day. The property was like the photos and very clean. Everything we could have needed the property provided. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and was very helpful and kind. My husband and I would stay there again. It was everything we were looking for and some. We are so thankful to have found this property and are looking forward to returning there again!

Perfect spot for relaxing

This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

Great Location, amazing views!

My wife and I stayed here for just under a week and we loved its proximity to downtown Kona. We would see dolphins in the morning if we happened to be out on the lanai drinking our coffee. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all my wife and I had a fantastic stay here and would happily come back to this condo!

Fantastic Stay in Kona

My husband and I spent a week at this well located condo. Communication with Chris, the owner, was outstanding. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality cookware and dishes, there were plenty of beach items (including a small cooler, which was great), and beach towels. The common areas were very nicely maintained, and we appreciated the grills and picnic tables. The sunset view may have been one of the best parts of our vacation!

The condo was a perfect addition to the amazing scenery. The view from this space must be the best of all the condos. Awesome!!

This condo has everything ! It’s spacious, all completely new & beautiful. It is home away from home with new all Bosch appliances & all the amenities you could want. It’s also very quiet. The TempurPedic bed was wonderful. We stayed here from 3/1-3/15, 2024 & will go back in a heartbeat. The ocean view is gorgeous. Sad to leave the island now as we sit at the airport awaiting our flight.

Aloha! Best Kona location !

Our stay was better than anticipated, very well equipped condo with everything we needed including all the beach toys to use! Fresh fruit was waiting for us on our arrival too. Easiest check in we've experienced in our travels to Hawaii. Very close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The free trolly was a surprise and could be picked up right across the street. We walked to most places and enjoyed the views along the way. Chris, the owner, was available anytime we we reached out. Very responsive! We will be back!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We felt very welcomed with a basket filled with papaya, pineapple, maui chips, and a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Every thing was clean and spotless. The view was magnificent. It was very peaceful looking out on the ocean. The property was very well maintained. Chris was always available for questions. Common condo grounds were well located and very clean. during our visit, the spa was out of order, pool was not heated during winter. Our unit was quite dated, needed an update,and serious cleaning. one kitchen cabinet door was broken and missing. To the credit of our owner, he credited our payment for $200 due to a rain date. overall Kona was welcoming and beautiful, many beaches, restaurants, and sites.
