Great place to stay near the Winter Park/Fraser area. Lots of amenities and plenty of space for large groups! The kitchen was mostly equipped for cooking, there were some utensils and pans that we purchased while there, but otherwise was great. Our group really liked the heated floors throughout the ground floor.

This house was perfect for our multi family group! The massage chair, hot tubs and sauna were an extra special treat and a crowd fav. The views were perfect, house had everything we needed, such a cozy vibe.

Great place to stay. Lots of space for a big group. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils, pots and pans. It also has several refrigerators to use for big groups. The bedrooms were great and well set up. I think the only issue we really had was it was too hot inside and finding all of the individual thermostats was hard. We just ended up opening windows for the bedrooms that were too hot. The hosts were very responsive with a slight hiccup we had with an oven, but it was no biggie and we still had a fantastic weekend.

We overall had a great week and beautiful wedding at this property. However, upon arrival after the stated check in time the house was not ready, we were able to get in after about a 15 minute wait. Not a huge deal but the towels were still in the dryer and we were told someone would stop by later to finish taking care of the towels. That did not happen.One of the hot tubs was cloudy upon arrival and when I checked the chemicals (I have a hot tubs at home and happened to have test strips) it was very acidic. Was told someone would come rectify this…also did not happen.Two bathrooms did not have hand soap. The owner gave me the code to get into the supply closet so we were able to get soap.The garage and dumpster were completely full and overflowing when we arrived. I was told garage day was Friday. We arrived on a Tuesday. After some back and forth maintenance did come remove some garbage so we had somewhere to put ours.Overall we still enjoyed our stay and I would do it again but I would recommend having a day to flip the property between groups as I think it is too large a property to flip the same day.

Our family reunites every two years, so we needed a home that could comfortably accommodate 24 people. Based on the listing, this property seemed perfect. The location truly is beautiful, with stunning mountain views, great trails, and easy access to nearby activities. Unfortunately, the house itself did not match the listing.We arrived to unswept floors, trash still in the bins, towels left in the dryers, tablecloths in the washer, and no towels in many bedrooms. The kitchen was advertised as being suitable for catering weddings, yet it had only one frying pan and no baking dishes. There were holes in the ceilings, exposed pipes and wiring, and leaking plumbing. Although five washers and five dryers were advertised, only two of each actually worked.The advertised "Love Shack" sleeping space was marked "Employees Only" and filled with storage, making it unusable. There was also an old tarp-covered camper with rusty bikes that appeared to be the "bikes" advertised.The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. For most of our stay, 24 people had to take freezing cold showers because repairs only lasted a few hours before the problem returned.The setting is wonderful, but the home was not as represented online. I would not recommend it for large groups at its current price.

We hosted an out of state family christmas here and it was a wonderful time. The location and surrounding mountains are absolutely beautiful and there is plenty of space for kids to wander explore and play. And plenty of TVs for those who dont. We had a few occasions where we needed to contact the hosts for questions or help and they were responsive immediately. Even sent someone to the property twice to help remedy something missing or broken. Overall had a wonderful time and would love to come back again

We had a group of 23, age range 1 to 75. We enjoyed all the space with plenty of room for all, with an extra bedroom to boot. We enjoyed exploring the grounds. It’s pretty rustic so we weren’t stressed about breaking anything. Response time for questions was good. Everyone agreed that it was the perfect place for our celebration. For the first time in a long time that the entire family could attend.

Only thing I really have to say is if you are planning on visiting during the winter season make sure you have a good car for snow.

Approved weddings and events may host up to 250 day guests, while the 11-bedroom estate sleeps up to 36 overnight. Weekend wedding packages include five nights, Wednesday check-in through Monday checkout: $10,000 in May or October and $15,000 June through September. The weekday package is $6,000 for three nights, Monday through Thursday. Packages include the entire estate, 40x80 tent, dance floor, traditional bulb string lighting, sound system, tables, benches, linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, outdoor games, and the Love Shack with two event restrooms. Standard lodging rates do not include event use; arrangements require advance approval. Belize benefit: Every Colorado guest may choose available dates for a complimentary Casa Vista Belize stay of up to seven nights in the two-bedroom downstairs unit. Guests whose cumulative spend across Colorado bookings reaches $15,000 receive the entire Casa Vista Belize property - the six-bedroom upstairs and two-bedroom downstairs - at no additional lodging charge. Belize dates are subject to availability, and guests cover their travel costs.
