Beautiful 9 bedroom home in the heart of Winter Park. Enjoy our quiet and relaxing atmosphere, most suited for families and quiet adult getaways. You are minutes from downtown shopping, dining, and the resort!
Three family rooms, pool table, and hot tub. Five king bedrooms(3 suites), Three queen bedrooms, and a bunk area with custom full over full bunks.
Fully stocked kitchen and lots of room for the whole family to enjoy the mountains!

Our beautiful home is on a large lot with views of the mountains right out your window. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your private hot tub. This mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.
Our home also offers high end amenities you would expect in the perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV's, Xbox one game system, two gas fireplace's, and games for everyone to enjoy!

Our home has 9 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and sleeps up to 19 comfortably!
Our main level offers an open layout gourmet kitchen, 2 dining tables, and large family room with plenty of seating, smart TV, and gas fireplace. There are 2 deck area's off of this main family room with seating and grill. This level also features a second large family room with even more seating and gas fireplace to cozy up and read a book or play a family game! The main level also offers the master king size bedroom with ensuite bath, a king and queen bedroom with a shared hall bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a jack and jill bath.
Our upstairs level offers 2 king suites with full size sleeper sofa's in each bedroom, and en-suite baths in each room.
Our basement level offers our custom built full over full bunk beds (4 full size beds total), a king bedroom, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and our pool table!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!
Our home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with cable TV. Each bedroom is also fitted with a smart TV. Additionally, we have an Xbox One game system for you to enjoy with a small collection of games for your use.
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
High speed internet with WiFi connection of course is a must!
We have an outdoor hot tub that is located on the lower back patio.
Please be aware our HOA is very strict and we do have mandatory quiet time hours between 9pm and 7am. During these times outdoor and hot tub use is restricted, and any audible noise that can be heard outside coming from inside the home is prohibited with fine of $1500 for violations. We do use Noiseaware to monitor noise levels both indoor and outdoor, we do also have an outdoor camera.
Get ready to make some wonderful memories here in Winter Park and at our beautiful mountain home!
House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
