Im Inneren finden Sie durchweg Möbel im tropischen Stil. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Flachbild-Kabel-TV und einem temporären Arbeitsplatz für kurzfristige Arbeitsaufgaben ausgestattet.

Der offene Grundriss macht es leicht, in die voll ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Ablagefläche für die Zubereitung von Speisen zu schlendern. Servieren Sie Ihre Snack-Tabletts oder 3-Gänge-Menüs für 4 Personen am Glastisch.

Beautiful family vacation

Our family of four, with two teens, enjoyed this condo immensely. It was a lovely home base from which we explored the island. The lanai and its views were really the highlights. Our rental car was needed to get to grocery store and the larger beaches. Sunsets are magical from this condo. We did not use the a/c at all, and relied on the cross ventilation when we opened all the windows to keep us cool and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Was perfect for our family. We chose the condo for the view, and we were not disappointed. The condo is very comfortable, with a great layout for the 2 bedrooms and the living room. The environment is very quiet, and we did not hear neighbors. Fans and natural ventilation made AC useless for us. The location is great to visit each part of the island. Also very satisfied with the host, we notify then about the coffee machine that was broken, and they replaced it with a new one the same day

Outdated but pleasant and nice. Great ocean front view.

The view from the lanai is fabulous (ocean front). The cleanliness was satisfactory, there were 3-4 dirty towels upon arrival. The location was ideal for our family. The unit (305) is outdated other than the updated/modern bathroom. There are some mechanical issues with windows and blinds. Not all of the blinds can be moved up or down, two of them were entirely broken (both bedrooms). With that being said we would stay in this unit again as well as at this property.

Breathtaking Views - Amazing location!

I hate to spoil the surprise you will get on your first night in this wonderful condo but the sunset views from the lanai are absolutely spectacular! Get yourself a bottle of wine and let Maui treat you to an nearly hour long light show that will delight and captivate you every single night!The location is also great! We traveled the island but no place felt more comfortable than Kihei. It's laid back, convenient, close to multiple great beaches and restaurants. It is also pretty central so day trips to other parts of the island are easy.The park between the condo and the beach is a wonderful asset. Nearby pickleball and tennis courts or just a walk in the soft grass to the beach are at your disposal. The tiny beach at the end of the park is almost like a private beach for condo residents. It was never crowded. It gets rocky fast so it is not really a swimming beach but it is great for hanging out and wading.The little air conditioner wasn't enough for the back bedroom but opening the windows at night cooled things down nicely. We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely stay there again!

This 3rd floor condo has a great view of sunsets, which also means moonsets in the morning when it's full. Lucky us. Kihei is a great location, more Hawaiian than north or west Maui. We didn't look up our arrival details until we got there from the airport after normal business hours. The lady who manned the backup emergency number, Van, gave us the entry code and helped us navigate to the complex, staying on the phone with us until she was sure we were inside! What support! We spent a lot of time on the lanai, listening to the birds and the pickleball players and watching people out walking. First time on Maui for us, so we'll be back!

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. However, please be aware the Air Condition wall unit in the living room can only cool off the living room and the kitchen area. There are only fans in the two bedrooms so both rooms were warm all day and night when we were there for 3 nights in Aug so making it very difficult to sleep. Communication came from multiple hosts and not via VBro messenger like my previous rental in Tampa. Poor, slow and general responses from multiple hosts (Guest contact and Homeowner depending on need). It took more than 24 hours and multiple follow ups to get door access code. When asked about early check-in, the responses was “can't respond until check-in day” after multiple follow-ups. As expected, no one contacted me about early check-in on “check-in” day. However, someone emailed me and even called me if I want to extend by checkout time by 4 hours for additional 50 tax on my last day. I will not rent this place again.

We followed up with the homeowner, and they would like to share the following:- Check-in and stay instructions were sent in advance and resent before arrival. All contact and communication details are clearly included in those instructions for easy reference. The guest later acknowledged receiving the earlier emails but hadn’t reviewed them.- I’m sorry the condo felt warm during the stay. As noted in the listing, it’s a breezy corner unit with windows on three sides, but I’ll have management check the A/C performance to ensure it’s working properly.We appreciate you sharing your thoughts as we continue working to deliver comfortable and enjoyable stays.

I had loved my stay in Kihei it wasn’t a long enough stay the condo my family and I stayed in was very nice, comfortable, clean, and had everything that was needed for trips to the beach. The lady whom was the property manager was very friendly and helpful with questions we may have had! I had never been to Maui before only always went to Honolulu so decided to try a different island this time around, I will definitely make another trip to Maui again hopefully soon! I had tried to extend my trip but unfortunately the host had informed me that the day I was checking out that someone else was checking in there for they couldn’t extend my stay which my family and I was a little bummed about I should have known to have planned this trip to be 8-10 days rather then 6 days cuz every time I go to Hawaii I don’t ever wanna leave it’s definitely without a doubt paradise and hopefully one day I end up living there ;) I wanna Thank the host for welcoming my family and I into there condo and giving us such a wonderful warming experience with our first time to Maui and we will be returning again I recommend the place we stayed at the view from our condo was breath taking as well! The unit is close to many stores, restaurants, and etc you won’t go wrong staying at this condo and when it says condo with stunning view that is exactly what it is. Thank you again!

Great location and view, needs updates.

We enjoyed our stay in this Leina’ala condo. The condo was stocked with plenty of bedding, towels, cook ware, and even beach supplies like child-sized boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, an umbrella, etc. We loved the view off the lanai and walking across the park to the beach was perfect. The hose at the front of the condo building was great to wash off sand instead of bringing it into the condo. The bathroom has been renovated and it would be nice to see the same in the kitchen, which is dated. The condo does get warm in the afternoon especially the back bedroom. The large floor fans and the strategic windows were essential in keeping the condo cooled, but some updated windows might help as some were impossible to open or felt fragile. The living room furniture and bedroom mattresses have seen a lot of use but served their purpose. Overall, we loved the location and the view of this condo and our children had a wonderful first trip to Maui!

Beautiful Views and a relaxing place for the Family

This property is wonderful for a family with the 2nd bedroom. The Lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean and the green space that separates the residences from the beach. Short drive to town, and the pool, although small, was perfect for the kids.

Best view of the sunset

The place was quite and sat back from the road. The sunsets here are amazing. Each night sitting out on the lanai and sipping on a cocktail was a great experience. The park in the back is really nice for walks and activities and the beaches are nice. Great shower! Elevator and stairs to get up and down easy. Only complaint might be the furnishings aren't very comfortable and some throw pillows in the living room would make it a little more cozy. TVs are small.

Great view, convenient location

Great view of the ocean and park off the lanai. Convenient location on S Kihei Rd. Fully furnished kitchen, great shower, comfortable beds, nice breeze and fans-didn’t need AC at all. Pickle ball players on the nearby courts and local Maui rooster get an early start if you want to sleep in.

Overall, would stay here again.

Let me start by saying we really enjoyed our stay here. The onsite property managers, Paula and Bob, are wonderful and very friendly. The locals who visit the dog park between the condo and the ocean welcome you like ohana. The view is beautiful - I do miss that sunset and watching the people gather every night like everyday is the Fourth of July. The condo unit, itself, is sufficient. It is very dated and could use some renovations for sure. It does NOT, I repeat DOES NOT have central air. The unit in the living room cools majority of the unit but does not reach the bedroom near the entrance. The second bedroom gets very warm, in fact we moved the kids into the main living space after our first night. I feel like I paid for a two bedroom for no reason. The living room furniture is old and very uncomfortable. The kitchen is stocked well and we found beach chairs and an umbrella in the second bedroom closet the day before we left. I asked the online property management company before booking if there was good snorkeling at the beach in front of the condo and feel as though I was misled. This beach is not really sandy. It is rocky and not suitable for snorkeling. It is a hot spot for kite surfers, though, which is very fun to watch. I know it sounds like I am a negative Nelly, but even with all these negatives, we would stay at Leina'ala Condos again. If I had an option I may choose a different unit though.
